Abstract

Background: Long-term contraception is the most cost-effective type of modern contraception and to prevent unwanted pregnancies for 3-10 years, one of the methods of MKJP is implant birth control. In 2019, the coverage of long-term contraception acceptors was 23.1%, and the number of implant users was 4.7%. Many acceptors were less interested in implants because they were afraid of how to install them. Therefore, to reduce anxiety and pain, the servants tried to use complementary therapy such as the use of virtual reality, slow deep breathing, and lavender essential oil. Methods: This community service activity is included in a series of events commemorating World contraception day and contributes to the success of the 250,000 MKJP programs launched by BKKBN. The activity was carried out on 19 and 24 August 2020 at PMB Istri Yuliani and was attended by 28 implant acceptors. Results: The number of implant acceptors who participated in this activity was 28 mothers, with an average age at healthy reproductive age (85.7%), an average level of education for secondary education (85.7%), and having more than 1 child ( 64.3%) only 32.1% of the acceptors have never used family planning before, the rest have used various contraceptive methods. The use of effective complementary therapies can reduce anxiety levels in mothers by 9.50 points. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic, which has occurred, followed by a global crisis and the issue of recession in various parts of the world, including Indonesia, has had a vulnerable impact on family resilience. This can be seen from the phenomenon of a significant increase in the prevalence of divorce from 291,677 in 2020, which increased by 53% to 447,743 in 2021, which places Indonesia as the country with the highest prevalence of divorce in Asia-Africa. This is directly proportional to the high prevalence of single parents, which places Indonesia in the second-highest position in the world with fatherless countries and DI. Yogyakarta ranks third highest in Indonesia. According to the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, the phenomenon of divorce is dominated by contested divorce from wives, namely 73.7%, with the reason being ongoing disputes at 62.4%. Various factors, including gender inequality in the domestic sphere, cause the disputes. The research method used was qualitative, with an explanatory research approach to 34 informants who were prospective premarital couples in the KUA Depok Yogyakarta work area. Data was collected through FGDs and deep interviews to explore prospective partners' perceptions of gender partnership in the family—purposive sampling technique according to inclusion criteria. Data analysis uses phenomenological studies, including data familiarization through identifying thematic frameworks, data indexation, coding and charting, and data interpretation carried out independently by the researcher. The research results show that the lowest knowledge of respondents regarding family functions is the socio-cultural function, namely ten respondents (29.41%), followed by the coaching function, namely 14 respondents (41.17%), and the reproductive function, namely 16 respondents (47.06%).

Background: Students have the potential to experience anxiety in their learning process. Low self-esteem can trigger students' concerns about their academic achievements in the future. Excessive anxiety will also interfere with their learning process so that their academic achievement can decrease. Purpose: This study aims testing the relationship between self-esteem and anxiety levels of students in Yogyakarta Methods: A quantitative approach with cross sectional design. The research sample consisted of 596 students from 11 universities in Yogyakarta which was conducted online using a zoom meeting link for detailed explanations and a google form for filling out the questionnaire. Data were collected using the Rosenberg Self – Esteem Scale (RSES) and the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21). Result: The results of the analysis show that there is a negative relationship between self-esteem and anxiety levels (p <0.05). The higher a person's self-esteem, the lower their anxiety levels. Abstract

Background: Prenatal yoga is a non-pharmacological intervention that offers significant benefits for the physical and psychological well-being of pregnant women. This study aims to explore pregnant women's and healthcare providers' experiences regarding the implementation of prenatal yoga and formulate policy recommendations supporting its integration into antenatal care (ANC) services. Method: This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with an in-depth interview method with pregnant women, health workers, and heads of health centers. Data were analyzed using triangulation of sources, techniques, and contexts to enhance the validity of findings. NVivo software was employed to facilitate coding and thematic analysis. Result: The results show that prenatal yoga positively impacts stress reduction, body awareness, and childbirth preparation. However, its implementation still faces challenges such as the absence of formal programs, limited information, and lack of regulatory support. Conclusion: Therefore, inclusive health policies, structured training for healthcare workers, and cross-sector collaboration through a pentahelix approach are essential to make prenatal yoga a sustainable and accessible part of routine maternal health services.
