Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi penerapan prinsip-prinsip manajemen yang dilakukan oleh penyelenggara ibadah kurban di Musala Ikhwatul Muslimin Renah Surian Kelurahan Pondok Tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan fungsi perencanaan dimulai dari musyawarah pembentukan panitia, gotong royong penyiapan tempat penyembelihan hewan kurban hingga menyiapkan kupon distribusi daging serta penetapan harga kurban. Kemudian fungsi pengorganisasian dilaksanakan dengan membagi panitia menjadi beberapa seksi, mulai dari seksi penyembelihan hingga seksi distribusi. Pengawasan yang dilakukan berupa pengamatan dan mengawasi terhadap tiap-tiap pekerjaan kegiatan penyelenggaraan ibadah kurban dimulai dari penyembelihan, pengulitan, pemotongan, hingga pendistribusian.

Metode adalah cara yang digunakan atau ditempuh untuk mencapai suatu tujuan yang diinginkan, metode dakwah berarti cara yang digunakan seorang da’i dalam menyampaikan pesan dakwah atau ajaran Islam untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan: (1) bagaimana pengetahuan guru tahfidz terhadap metode dakwah; (2) bagaimana metode dakwah guru tahfidz; (3) bagaimana pengaruh metode dakwah guru tahfidz. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif pendekatan evaluatif. Teknik pemilihan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel bertujuan (Purposive sampel), dengan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua pengurus rumah tahfidz al-Quran Habibah Tapan, anggota rumah tahfidz dan penjuru dakwah rumah tahfidz al-Quran Habibah Tapan yang memahami terkait tentang permasalahan yang dibahas dalam masalah ini. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara. Temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana metode dakwah guru tahfidz dalam membina akhlak santri di rumah tahfidz al-Quran Habibah Tapan dengan menggunakan metode dakwah Mauidzah hasanah ialah suatu dakwah melalui nasehat dengan perkataan yang lemah lembut dan penuh kasih sayang. Adapun metode pembinaan akhlak yang digunakan oleh guru tahfidz dalam membina akhlak santri di rumah tahfidz al-Quran Habibah Tapan ialah metode teladan (uswah), metode pembiasaan (ta’widiyah), metode nasehat (mauidzah), metode cerita (qishash), metode perumpamaan (amtsal), dan metode ganjaran (tsawab). Metode tersebut dilakukan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai moral serta etika bersosial baik dalam lingkungan rumah tahfidz al-Quran Habibah Tapan maupun masyarakat.

The aimed of this study was to explore the estimations of experts in the field of communication, focusing on grouping communication in organizations. The results of the study exposed that communication consist of two kinds; oral and written communication, verbal and non-verbal communication, formal and non-formal communication, upward, downward and sideways communication. Oral communication is directly communication done by the people, while written communication focuses on writing as a medium of communication. Verbal communication is less different with verbal communication; it emphasizes the sound (voice), while non-verbal communication is done by using symbols. Formal communication is communication that follows the organizational structure, while informal communication is a type of communication that is socially approved, and its orientation is not on the organization, but rather on the individual. Downward communication shows the flow of information from superiors or superiors to subordinates to state goals improve attitudes, form opinions and others. Upward communication is communication or messages conveyed from subordinates to leaders, while lateral communication is communication that flows between functions within an organization, needed for coordination and integration of different organizational functions.

The purposed of this reaserch was to explore the thoughts and opinions of the experts in the field of communication about the relationship between communication and culture. The results of the resecarch revealed that: the culture as a system will give affect to communication. Because, the basic of communication is the culture that exists in society. Besides, the communicator's cultural context will affect every part and every pattern of communication activity. There were three reasons why culture influences communication: culture teaches meaningful rules, rituals and procedures, culture reinforces values, culture teaches relationships with other individuals

The formulation of the problem in this research is what are the religious aspects contained in the Novel 172 Days by Nadzira Shafa. The aim of the research is to obtain an accurate, complete, detailed and in-depth understanding of the description of the religious aspects contained in the Novel 172 Days by Nadzira Shafa. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method which aims to describe the religious aspects contained in the novel 172 Days by Nadzira Shafa. The data analysis technique that the researcher carried out was a document/content analysis technique with steps: 1) quotations containing religious aspects in the novel 172 Days by Nadzira Shafa which had been collected were identified based on religious aspects, 2) quotations containing religious aspects grouped into one, 3) each classification of the same religious aspect is analyzed further to be described, 4) describes the religious aspects contained in the novel 172 Days by Nadzira Shafa, 5) analyzes and interprets the data by connecting the data with the theoretical basis exists to be formulated into conclusions, 6) draw conclusions. From the research results, it can be concluded that 1) the religious values contained in the novel 172 Days by Nadzira Shafa have 4 religious values, namely the relationship between humans and their God, the relationship between humans and themselves, the relationship between humans and other humans, and the relationship between humans and themselves. natural. 2) based on the results of the discussion about moral values above in the novel 172 Days by Nadzira Shafa, it can be concluded that moral values include 4 types, namely with a total of 157 data which includes 65 data of human relationships with God, 27 data of human relationships with themselves, Human relations with other humans 64 data, and human relations with nature 2 data.
