Abstract

This research aims to describe the increase in students' interest in learning economics subjects through the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method in class XI of SMAN 2 PASIR LIMAU KAPAS . This research was carried out in 2 cycles. In Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 this research was carried out on 8 December 202 3 - 25 January 202 4 , at SMAN 2 PASIR LIMAU KAPAS with the research subjects being class XI students in Economics for the academic year 202 3 - 202 4 totaling 36 people. In the first cycle, the percentage of students' learning completeness from Pre-cycle was 54.75, in the first cycle it increased to 79.25 and in the second cycle it became 88.25. The number of students who completed their studies also increased from pre-cycle, there were only 3 students, in cycle I there were already 25 students and in cycle II it increased again to 36 students, although not all students had completed their studies. Mastery of the material can be said to have increased because in the first to third lessons there was an increase from the first cycle of only 7.5 % , in the second cycle it increased to 62.5%. After students were given additional work by doing exercises and teacher guidance in cycle II, it increased to 62. % and after the second lesson, students were given additional assignments at home. Students who were able to master the learning material increased to 87.5%. Based on the increase in the percentage calculation, it can be concluded that learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method can increase students' interest in Economics subjects in APBN and APBD material. This is proven by the increase in each cycle.

Abstract

This research aims to increase student interest and learning outcomes. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK), with qualitative methods that explore a concept in a research problem. The research location was carried out at SMPN 5 Satu Muara Batang Girls Roof in December- January Research subjects used is a class VII student population of 21 students, with a research sample of 21 student. Student learning outcomes have improved by using the learning modelDiscovery Learning. With the results, the average student score was 84.7619 students who received the value above the KKM has exceeded 75% namely 19 students while students who got marks under KKM as much 2 students with presentations 20. The highest value is 100 and value Lowest 60.

Abstract

Research is to increase the interest and learning outcomes of class This research is classroom action research (PTK) which was carried out in 2 cycles and each cycle consisted of 1 meeting. This research was conducted in class X SMAN 2 Cotton Lime Sand . Data collection techniques use test techniques. Test techniques are used to measure student learning outcomes, while participating in learning using the PBL model. The results of this research show an increase in the completeness of learning outcomes, interest in learning from previous conditions using PBL up to cycle II. The increase in learning outcomes obtained has reached the specified success indicators, namely learning outcomes in cycle II increased to 100 % from pre-cycle , namely 34 %, after using the PBL model in cycle 1 increased to 74 % in cycle II student learning outcomes increased to 100 %. This increase shows the success of implementing the PBL learning model, thus it can be concluded that student economic learning outcomes have increased increase through the PBL learning model has been successfully carried out.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam ekonomi bangsa, terutama pada masyarakat ekonomi bawah. Namun, pelaku usaha UMKM seringkali menghadapi tantangan dalam menjalankan usahanya, utamanya dalam hal produksi, manajemen usaha dan pemasaran produk. Dengan demikian, dilakukan pendampingan kelompok Usaha Dalihan Natolu (UDANA) oleh Pelaksana pengabdian kepada masyarakat Institut Pendidikan Tapanuli Selatan (IPTS) yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Hanopan Kecamatan Padangsidimpuan Selatan Kota Padangsidimpuan untuk meningkatkan produksi dengan menyediakan alat-alat teknologi, memperbaiki manajemen usaha melalui pelatihan perijinan dan label halal. Selanjutnya, meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku usaha di bidang pemasaran melalui literasi digital marketing. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan produksi, kualitas produk, dan kepercayaan pelanggan yang berdampak langsung pada meningkatnya omset usaha. Pendampingan yang berkelanjutan juga tidak kalah penting untuk terus dilakukan agar para pelaku UMKM semakin berkembang serta mampu menyelesaikan permasalah yang dihadapi untuk masa yang panjang

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of using ICT (Information Communication Technology)-based learning media on the economic learning outcomes of Grade X ADM students at SMK Swasta Panca Dharma, Padangsidimpuan City. The method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive quantitative method involving all 30 students of Grade X ADM as the total sample. Data were collected through a closed questionnaire based on a Likert scale to measure the use of learning media and documentation of the odd semester The data analysis technique used is the t-test. The descriptive analysis results show that the average use of ICT-based learning media falls into the 'Good' category with an average score of 75.67, while the students' learning outcomes in economics also fall into the 'Good' category with an average score of 75.23. The hypothesis test using the t-test shows a calculated t-value of 5.879, which is greater than the table t-value of 1.699 and the significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating a significant effect of ICT-based learning media usage on students' learning outcomes in economics. It can be concluded that the use of ICT-based learning media has been proven to positively contribute to improving the learning outcomes in economics for students at Panca Dharma Private Vocational School in Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

The election of the Village Head (Pilkades) is a tangible form of democracy at the local level which should ideally be carried out honestly, fairly, and transparently. However, in its implementation, there are still many irregularities that hurt these democratic values. One of the crucial problems is the occurrence of fraud in the nomination stage of the village head. This study highlights the implementation of the North Padang Lawas Regent Regulation Number 24 of 2023 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of the Regional Elections, especially in overcoming fraud that occurs in Ujung Batu Jae Village, Ujung Batu District, North Padang Lawas Regency. The fraud that occurs includes the practice of partisanship, injustice, nepotism, and collusion by the election committee, which is contrary to Article 11 paragraph (6) of the Perbup which requires the committee to be independent and impartial. This study uses an empirical legal approach with two analysis methods, namely the statute approach and the case study approach. Data were collected through primary sources (interviews, field observations) and secondary sources (legal documents and Islamic literature). The location of the study was centered in Ujung Batu Jae Village as a representation of cases of violation of regulations in the Pilkades. The research results show that the implementation of this Regent's Regulation has not been optimal. Of the 108 villages scheduled to hold simultaneous village head elections in North Padang Lawas Regency, 105 have completed the stages optimally. However, there are several villages, including Ujung Batu Jae Village, that have experienced serious obstacles due to strong indications of fraud at the nomination stage. The fraud found included the disenfranchisement of certain candidates, administrative manipulation, and the influence of kinship relationships in the committee structure. From the point of view of Siyasah Dusturiyah as part of the fiqh siyasah, violations of the basic principles of Islamic constitutionality were found, namely: 1) Amanah (al-amanah): The committee does not carry out its duties with full responsibility and neutrality. 2) Justice (al-'adl): Certain candidates are treated unequally, which harms the principles of public justice. 3) Public interest (al-maslahah al-'ammah): This fraud has a negative impact on social stability and creates conflicts in society.

Abstract

Usaha gula aren di Tapanuli Selatan merupakan salah satu potensi unggulan yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi dan merupakan mata pencarian warga. Namun, kelompok pelaku usaha gula aren masih menghadapi berbagai permasalahan seperti keterbatasan variasi produk, minimnya akses pemasaran (marketing) berbasis digital, serta belum lengkapnya legalitas usaha yang dimiliki para pelaku usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku usaha melalui pendampingan diversifitkasi produk, pelatihan digital marketing, dan fasilitasi pengurusan legalitas usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan, pelatihan, sosialisasi kepada kelompok mitra di Tapanuli Selatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam memproduksi variasi produk turunan gula aren seperti gula semut, sirup gula merah dan permen gula merah, meningkatnya kemampuan promosi melalui media sosial dan marketplace, serta keberhasilan pengurus sertifikat halal dan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Dampak nyata terlihat pada peningkatan diversifikasi produk pasca pendampingan.
