Abstract

This study aims to prove is there a significant influence between learning readiness and learning motivation simultaneously and partially on the learning outcomes of the student economics in class X SMA Negeri 1 Batang Angkola. The method used is descriptive method. Data collections technique using questionnaries and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple and multiple linier regression test with the help of SPSS version 26.00. the results obtained prove that Fhitung is 9,479 with a value sig 0,001 while the Ftabel value at the 95% (α = 0,05) is 3,28. Therefore, in both calculation, i.e F hitung F tabel (9,479 3,28) and value sig(0,001 0,05) shows that there is a simultaneous and partial effect of learning readiness and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of economic subjects in class X IPS SMA N 1 Batang Angkola. This means that the better students learning readiness and the higher the motivation to learn, the higher the learning outcomes achieved. Learning readiness and learning motivation are learning principle that can affect student learning outcomes. With good learning readiness and followed by high learning motivation it will produce good learning outcomes. Motivation will form awareness and good learning readiness causing studens to learn actively

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tutor sebaya dalam praktik pembelajarannya, dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif yang mengambil sebanyak 30 orang siswa sebagai sampel, terbagi pada kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Hasil yang diperoleh pada kelas eksperimen adalah, siswa dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar, yang dibuktikan dengan skor N-Gain minimal 50.00% dan maksimal 100.00%, standar ini telah melewati nilai ketuntasan belajar yang ditetapkan sekolah, yakni sebesar 65. Sementara itu, berdasarkan respon siswa terhadap aktivitas belajar tutor sebaya, sebanyak 90 siswa menyatakan ketertarikannya terhadap proses pembelajaran tutor sebaya dan 68% siswa sangat antusias dan tertarik untuk mengikuti aktivitas pembelajaran dengan tutor sebaya. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut diketahui metode tutor sebaya dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil dan aktivitas belajar siswa SMP N 1 Bakongan.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam ekonomi bangsa, terutama pada masyarakat ekonomi bawah. Namun, pelaku usaha UMKM seringkali menghadapi tantangan dalam menjalankan usahanya, utamanya dalam hal produksi, manajemen usaha dan pemasaran produk. Dengan demikian, dilakukan pendampingan kelompok Usaha Dalihan Natolu (UDANA) oleh Pelaksana pengabdian kepada masyarakat Institut Pendidikan Tapanuli Selatan (IPTS) yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Hanopan Kecamatan Padangsidimpuan Selatan Kota Padangsidimpuan untuk meningkatkan produksi dengan menyediakan alat-alat teknologi, memperbaiki manajemen usaha melalui pelatihan perijinan dan label halal. Selanjutnya, meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku usaha di bidang pemasaran melalui literasi digital marketing. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan produksi, kualitas produk, dan kepercayaan pelanggan yang berdampak langsung pada meningkatnya omset usaha. Pendampingan yang berkelanjutan juga tidak kalah penting untuk terus dilakukan agar para pelaku UMKM semakin berkembang serta mampu menyelesaikan permasalah yang dihadapi untuk masa yang panjang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Team Quiz learning model on the learning outcomes of Economics students in Financial Services Institution materials in Class X of SMA Negeri 2 Padang Bolak. In particular, this study wants to know: (1) the effect of the application of the Team Quiz learning model; (2) comparison of student learning outcomes before and after the application of the model; and (3) the extent to which the Team Quiz learning model has a significant influence on improving learning outcomes. This study is an experimental research with a population of 53 students and a sample of 25 students who were randomly selected through the lottery method. The data collection technique uses observation and learning outcome tests. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the value of t-count = 9.669 was greater than the t-table = 1.711, with a significance value (sig. 2-tailed) = 0.001 < 0.05. Thus, an alternative hypothesis (Hₐ) is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between the application of the Team Quiz learning model on students' Economics learning outcomes in Financial Services Institution materials in Class X of SMA Negeri 2 Padang Bolak.

Abstract

This research is based on the era of digital transformation and the Industrial Revolution 4.0, which demands education that is adaptive to technology and involves a contextual approach integrated with local wisdom. The problem in this research is the implementation of economic learning, which tends to rely on conventional learning models and underutilise students' critical thinking skills. This study aims to develop a learning model that combines the Deep Learning model, the Contextual Approach, and Tapanuli Local Wisdom that can teach students critical thinking skills. However, at this stage, the discussion focuses on the validity of the learning model product. To achieve the research objectives, the Plomp model was used, which involved the stages of Preliminary Investigation, Design, Realization/Contruction, Test, Evaluation and Revision, and product revision through product validation by five validators. The results of the study indicate the need for a learning model product that integrates deep learning, the Contextual Approach, and Tapanuli Local Wisdom. Furthermore, the model book design was found to be valid and suitable for use, with only minor revisions required. The research conducted provides a conclusion that the Deep Learning learning model, integrated with a contextual approach and local wisdom, is worthy of being tested to teach students' critical thinking skills in economics.

Abstract

The increasing tendency of adolescents to adopt a hedonistic lifestyle, characterized by hedonistic behavior and the pursuit of pleasure, has become a concern in schools. One factor that can counteract this tendency is self-efficacy, or an individual's belief in their ability to regulate behavior and face challenges. This study aims to identify the self-efficacy profile of eleventh-grade students at SMAN 44 East Jakarta, describe their hedonistic lifestyle tendencies, and examine the influence of self-efficacy on this lifestyle. The population consisted of 120 students, with a sample of 80 selected using the Slovin formula and purposive sampling. The research instruments included the Self-Efficacy Scale (SES), based on Bandura's indicators (magnitude, generality, strength), and the Hedonistic Lifestyle Scale (HLS), based on Engel's indicators (consumption, pleasure seeking, peer conformity). Instrument validity was tested with Pearson correlation and reliability with Cronbach's Alpha, resulting in α = 0.87 for self-efficacy and α = 0.85 for hedonistic lifestyle. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean, percentage, and distribution by gender) and simple linear regression with SPSS. The results showed that self-efficacy had a significant and negative effect on hedonistic lifestyle (p = 0.01 < 0.05), with R² = 0.390. This indicates that self-efficacy explains 39% of the variance, while 61% is influenced by other factors. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening self-efficacy to reduce students' hedonistic tendencies, which provides practical implications for guidance and counseling interventions in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Economics Textbook using a Contextual Approach based on TPACK to improve students' problem-solving and creative thinking skills. The research employs a development research method using the ADDIE model, which consists of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation phases. The development process involved six expert validators who assessed the textbook's format, language, and content. Validation instruments were used to collect data and obtain feedback for improvement. The validity analysis was conducted using descriptive percentage analysis, calculating the Average Percentage Score (PRS) for each validated aspect. The results show that the Economics Textbook developed with a Contextual TPACK-based approach meets validity criteria. The average percentage scores (PRS) were 81 for format, 87.82 for language, and 83.13 for content, with an overall average of 83.98, all falling into the high category. This textbook is suitable for implementation in economics courses at the higher education level and is expected to significantly enhance students' critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills by promoting more active and meaningful learning experiences.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Gambaran Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL), 2) Gambaran Kesiapan Menjadi Guru 3) Pengaruh Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) terhadap Kesiapan Menjadi Guru Mahasiswa Prodi Ekonomi/Akuntansi Institut Pendidikan Tapanuli Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi seluruh Mahasiswa Prodi Ekonomi/Akuntansi Institut Pendidikan Tapanuli Selatan yang berjumlah 253 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 45 orang. Berdasarkan analisis data diketahui bahwa gambaran Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) Mahasiswa Prodi Ekonomi/Akuntansi Institut Pendidikan Tapanuli Selatan memperoleh nilai rata-rata yaitu 66,31. Apabila dikonsultasikan pada kriteria penilaian yang terdapat pada Bab III tabel 3.5, berada pada posisi “Baik”, sedangkan nilai rata-rata Kesiapan Menjadi Guru yaitu 66,18. Apabila dikonsultasikan pada kriteria penilaian pada Bab III tabel 3.5, maka berada pada posisi “Baik”. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa nilai thitung 8,446 ttabel 2,016 dan signifikan 0,0010,05, artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) Terhadap Kesiapan Menjadi Guru Mahasiswa Prodi Ekonomi/Akuntansi Institut Pendidikan Tapanuli Selatan

Abstract

The maximum output voltage of the audio amplifier is limited to the magnitude of the power supply voltage of the power transistor or the operational amplifier on the final amplifier. This limits the maximum power of the audio amplifier output. The way to enlarge the output power of the audio amplifier without increasing the voltage is the bridge method or bridged modes. With this method a bridge amplifier will be generated. This Bridge Amplifier is also known as Bridge-Tied Load (BTL) or Bridged Transformerless. The principle of Bridge Amplifiers is to use a pair of final amplifiers whose outputs have opposite phase each other. There are 3 ways to make a pair of power amplifiers have opposing phases: with internal modification, with an audio transformer (phase splitting audio input transformer) and with a simple active phase reversal splitter circuit). This paper will discuss Bridge Amplifiers with simple phase inverting circuits. A pair of audio power amplifiers using two TDA2050 chips which are operated at ± 19 Volt supply voltage. The phase inverting circuit using IC TL072. Sinusoidal signal with an amplitude of 200 mVp and a frequency of 1 KHz is used as an input signal. The results to be observed and measured are gain, input, output and bandwidth of the bridged amplifier compared to the usual amplifier
