Abstract

Efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam proses operasional menjadi hal yang penting dalampeningkatan produktifitas bisnis perusahaan terutama dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis. Perubahan proses administrasi dan proses kerja dari proses manual ke proses otomatisasi dandigitalisasi sudah menjadi kebutuhan yang penting bagi perusahaan. Berkembangnya TeknologiInformasi membantu ada nya perubahan tersebut. Proses penagihan pembayaran kepadaPelanggan merupakan bagian dari operasional dalam perusahaan. Dimana proses tersebutmerupakan proses pembuatan dan pengiriman tagihan yang menjadi kewajiban yang harusdibayar pelanggan atas barang atau jasa yang telah diberikan perusahaan kepada pelanggan. Agar proses pembuatan dan pengiriman tagihan tidak dilakukan secara manual makadikembangkan sebuah sistem otomatisasi tagihan yang memiliki tujuan secara otomatis membuatdan mengirimkan tagihan beserta rincian lampiran dan invoice nya kepada pelanggan melaluiemail. Sistem otomatisasi tagihan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan agile softwaredevelopment yang merupakan metodologi pengembangan aplikasi yang memerlukan prosesadaptasi cepat terhadap segala bentuk perubahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam agile softwaredevelopment adalah Metode Scrum , dimana metode ini terdiri dari sprint dan beban kerja yangmana masing-masing sprint didorong oleh Prioritized product backlog. Prioritized ProductBacklog terdiri dari fitur terbaru, perbaikan bug, dan hal lain yang memberikan kontribusi padaproduk akhir. Metode Scrum membuat beberapa blok waktu yang dinamakan sprint. Metode inimemiliki tiga artefak, yaitu Prioritized product backlog, sprint backlog, dan deliverable. Padapenulisan ini dibahas bagaimana mengembangkan sistem otomatisasi tagihan denganmenggunakan Metode Scrum agar lebih efektif dalam proses kerja dan mengganti proses manualdalam membuat dan mengirim tagihan kepada pelanggan.

Abstract

Yoy Manajemen Internasional is engaged in the tourism services sector. This company is a sharia-based hotel development and management company that was newly formed in October 2020. The hotel and tourism business network initially used a manual system. The tourism information system connects various entities at once, namely: hotel managers, tourist attraction operators, car rentals, restaurants, micro-enterprises supporting the tourism sector and tourists. Tourists can come from domestic or from abroad. The purpose of this research is to develop a tourism information system specifically for the sharia-based hotel industry that integrates all partners from PT Yoy Manajemen Internasional. This information system connects two interests, namely PMS (Property Management System) for the hospitality industry and YPA (YoY Personal Assistant) for mobile applications used by tourists. The system development method by applying the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method, consists of: planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and training. Development of information systems with a management-to-consumer (top-down) and management-to-consumer (bottom-up) approach so that the development of information systems is expected to be more optimal. Testing this application was carried out through usability testing on both companies and SMEs assisted by PT. Yoy Management with a total of 50 respondents and 20 students of the Informatics study program. Usability testing using User-Interface and User-Experience users.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a dense population and among them are young people who have the potential to open new jobs. Many university graduates cannot be absorbed by the industry and they have to develop new businesses. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) reported that the number of unemployed for the August 2020 period increased by 2.67 million people. The number of startups is growing and growing in Indonesia, but the main problems for startups are in the capital, human resources, customers, laws and regulations, and market segments. This research aims to develop the "Sinema Startup" application which aims to create and develop new startups in the right ecosystem. The research methodology uses a combination of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and Lean Startup methods with an Object Oriented approach. Respondents are potential startup creators, mentors, developers, testers, incubators, and investors. 1. Based on the results of User Acceptance Testing for the “Sinema Startup” Application, it was found that 93% of creators had no difficulty using the application and the remaining 7% had little difficulty. For mentors, 97% had no difficulty using the application and the remaining 3% had little difficulty. The limitations of this study are that not all stages of seeding, incubation, stocking, and publication can be carried out and the results monitored. The uniqueness of this research involves many users for testing, namely prospective startup creators, mentors, developers, testers, incubators, investors, students, and students. Testing this application requires a testing process that goes along with the growth of the Sinema Startup application.

Abstract

Technology helps people do things. IoT is a buzzword, but some need explanation. It means internet-connected devices. IoT seeks continuous internet benefits. Lighting, fans, automated doors. These things have internet-connected sensors. IoT technology allows internet-controlled household appliances. Internet-connected computers or smartphones monitor this tool. The purpose of this research is to create a system that can monitor the electric power in the room of the house in real-time through the Blynk application using a smartphone and make it easier for consumers to estimate the cost of electricity for a month. Systematics simplify and summarize this study. This study will use the Blynk smartphone app to monitor room electric power in real-time and anticipate monthly electricity expenses. Literature review expands research theories. Analysis and design, explaining the analysis based on the background and literature review, then constructing tools and designing the source code and workflow of the Wemos D1 R1 ESP8266 Microcontroller system. Implementation and testing discuss experimental results and how to test new technology. Study report analysis and development ideas conclude this section. This study produced a guide for designing IoT-based power monitoring device applications. Allow users to estimate their household electricity costs quickly and keep this option available. This research is limited by the Wemos ESP8266 D1 R1 microcontroller, INA219 current sensor, and LED for room lights. Wemos D1 R1 ESP8266 and IOT will be used to create a monitoring system tool and estimate electric power in real time using room fans. Future accomplishment. This method requires many components. This research may reveal how to lower electricity bills by monitoring and cuttingusage online.

Abstract

The development of technology and communication is increasingly sophisticated, the choice of using marketing through Social Media is the main choice made by business people, now the use of Social Media has become the main pillar in delivering information. One of the advantages of Social Media is that it has a lot of potential for the advancement of a business. So interested are Indonesians in Social Media services that various platforms continue to arrive in Indonesia. Various new Social Media platforms continue to be introduced, and interestingly always find the right market share in Indonesia. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) utilize internet media as a means of online marketing to obtain a satisfactory market share. Currently, the internet is very accessible to anyone around the world, including MSME business people who use the internet as a means of providing and sharing information about products offered to consumers online. The purpose of this PKM activity is that MSME players, especially in the Cipayung sub-district area, East Jakarta, can utilize Social Media and internet technology to advance their business in the following ways: a) providing counseling in utilizing various Social Media platforms to support businesses, b) providing motivation and knowledge of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship, c) explaining internet technology and information technology to provide opportunities in business development.

Abstract

Bitcoin, as the first cryptocurrency launched in 2009, has experienced rapid growth and significant volatility.The high price fluctuations of Bitcoin have attracted the attention of investors and traders worldwide.Predicting Bitcoin prices poses a challenge due to its inherent complexity and volatility. Various methodsare employed to predict Bitcoin prices, including fundamental analysis, technical analysis, and deeplearning techniques. This study explores the use of neural networks, specifically Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM), as a tool for predicting Bitcoin prices. Long Short-Term Memory is a type of recurrent neuralnetwork (RNN) designed to address the vanishing and exploding gradient problems present in traditionalRNNs and can learn long-term dependencies in data. The LSTM model used in this research comprises 50neurons, 400 epochs, a batch size of 32, and utilizes Adam optimization. Model evaluation indicates thatLSTM performs well, with a Mean Square Error (MSE) of 2688. Additionally, the model achieves a MeanAbsolute Percentage Error (MAPE) accuracy of 97.77%. Based on these predictions, Bitcoin's price isexpected to decrease over the next month, with an estimated price of approximately 66,191.00 on June 15,2024, and around 64,271.64 on July 15, 2024
