Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between loneliness (loneliness) and fear of missing out among teenage students who use Instagram at SMA Pertiwi 1 Kota Padang. The variables in this study consisted of two variables, namely the loneliness tool and the fear of missing out. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The measuring instrument used is a Likert scale questionnaire based on the loneliness scale and the fear of missing out scale. The sampling technique used is random sampling, with a total of 90 people, namely teenage students who use Instagram in high school. Pertiwi 1 Padang City The results of the study found that 16% of the loneliess level was low and 70% was moderate, meanwhile 17% of the teenage students had a high level ofloneliness.

Abstract

Research with the title "Consolidation of Employee Performance in terms of Work Motivation and Work Discipline at the Padang City Sub-District Office". The object of this research is employees who work in Padang City District. The type of research used in this study is quantitative causality research, the data collection method is by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sample by analyzing 60 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT Haleyora Powerindo Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Haleyora Powerindo Padang yang berjumlah 90 karyawan. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan total sampling dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan SmartPLS 3.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan, maka hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas kerja. Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui motivasi kerja sebagai intervening. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui motivasi kerja sebagai intervening pada PT. Haleyora Powerindo Kota Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work experience and work motivation on employee performance with work competence as a mediating variable at PT TEU. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, and data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees across various divisions. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to assess both direct and indirect effects among variables. The findings indicate that work experience and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on work competence. Additionally, both work experience and motivation significantly improve employee performance. Work competence is also found to play a mediating role in strengthening the relationship between work experience and motivation toward employee performance. These results highlight the importance of enhancing employee competence as a strategic effort for improving overall performance within the company. The study provides practical implications for organizational management in developing targeted training and motivation programs.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has had a major impact on various aspects of life, including the world of education and the daily lives of the younger generation. One of the most prominent technologies today is Artificial Intelligence (AI). Understanding of AI is still very limited, especially among teenagers who come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, including children in orphanages. Children at the AL-Hidayah Padang Orphanage often face limited access to information and cutting-edge technology, including knowledge about AI. As part of the role of the tri dharma of higher education, lecturers have a responsibility to participate in educating the nation's life through community service activities. Through the PKM program entitled "Introduction to Artificial Intelligence Technology at the Al Hidayah Padang Orphanage", lecturers and students want to make a real contribution by introducing the basic concepts of AI to foster children and the orphanage's guidance. This socialization is expected to spark curiosity, enthusiasm for learning technology, and open their insights to future opportunities in the digital and artificial intelligence fields. This activity aims not only to provide a theoretical understanding of AI, but also to provide practical and interactive experiences through simple demonstrations, AI-based educational games, and inspiring discussions. With a fun and easy-to-understand approach, this activity is expected to be the first step in building technological literacy among the foster children and their caregivers at the Al Hidayah Orphanage in Padang.

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan serta teknologi banyak cara yang bisa dilakukan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan. Salah satunya manfaat dari teknologi adalah dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli, yang biasanya dilakukan secara konvensional dan sekarang mengikuti perkembangan zaman transaksi tersebut bisa dilakukan secara online dan terkomputerisasi. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilakukan pada UMKM Lubuk Kilangan Padang yang masih minim akan teknologi sehingga diberikan sosialisasi dasar mulai dari pengenalan hardware, software dan juga sistem websitenya, sehingga pembelajaran dilakukan secara langsung dengan peserta yang aktif untuk mempraktekan langkah perlangkahnya. Teknologi sebagai penyelesaian masalah yang didapatkan pada jabaran tadi sehingga dengan ini banyak UMKM yang bisa lebih menambah kemampuannya dalam teknologi, memakai, memahami, mengelola dan menganalisis teknologi secara aman, efektif dan bertanggung jawab.
