Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the causes of conflict, if the cause of conflictis known then the way to control conflict can be done by means of mutualisation,mediation, arbitration and control with peer mediation, so that conflicts can be resolvedcorrectly and appropriately in ways that are not harmful one of the parties, so thatthere is no hostility or violence caused by the conflict. The object of this study was theprincipal, teacher, and students of SDN Kemayoran 1 Bangkalan. The research methodused in this study is a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach toidentify factors that cause students to be involved in conflict in school and to find outhow schools handle conflicts that occur in elementary school students. To get theexpected data, researchers will collect data using two techniques, namely interviewtechniques and documentation techniques. The results of the study stated that the causeof the conflict in the form of ridicule of another student who led to a fight. The maincause is that no one wants to budge so there is a fight which results in a fight.

Abstract

Disabilitas fisik memerlukan perhatian khusus dalam pembelajaran. Disabilitas fisik di bagian tangan secara kognitif dapat dikategorikan baik. Kendati demikian fungsi sensoris motoriknya mengalami hambatan karena hanya berfungsi sebagian. Observasi terhadap karakteristik dapat menjadi indikator penerapan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa difabel fisik di bagian tangan. Berdasarkan hasil ujicoba Flow diperoleh hasil hasil uji t yang telah dilakukan, harga t diperoleh 5,666 yang kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan tabel t 0,05 dengan derajat kebebasan 2 yaitu sebesar 4,303. Hasil konsultasi menunjukkan harga t lebih besar daripada tabel yakni 5,666 > 4,303. Sebelum diterapkan Flow mahasiswa disabilitas (subjek) tersebut memperoleh nilai dibawah kritteria ketuntasan minimal karena merasa gugup dan kurang nyaman dengan model pembelajaran serta mersa sangat berbeda dari yang lain. Setelah diterapkan model Flow subjek memiiliki kepercayaan diri yang tinggi dan kenyamanan dalam pembelajaran dengan titik utama fokus pada keterampilan menulis puisi dan prosa. Setelah penerapan Flow subjek semakin yakin pada kemampuan dan cita-citanya sehingga merasa percaya diri untuk melanjutkan menulis. Subjek 1 telah dapat menulis 25 judul puisi dan subjek 2 telah percaya diri untuk melanjutkan menulis cerpen.

Abstract

This paper discusses the comparison of the bourgeoisie and the working class in terms of social and economic life. Emile Zola's novel Germinal represents the life of the workers and their misery compared to the life of the bourgeoisie. For decades the workers have not been able to improve the standard of living and the economy for decades, while the bourgeoisie has always lived in sufficiency and economic life from generation to generation. The workers who are hegemonized by the bourgeoisie are economically alive in limitations, children who are teenagers who should go to school must accept being laborers because of economic conditions. To create a bourgeoisie because of its wealth does not do manual labor and is able to attend high school. The novel Germinal contains literary works which are able to provide education about economics and implicitly provide a movement towards a better direction to improve the standard of living so that it is not always controlled by the bourgeoisie.

Abstract

This research is about the moral message in the novel Sehidup Sesurga by Asma Nadia. This study has a purpose, namely to describe the types and forms of moral messages and forms of delivery (1) Types and forms of moral messages in Asma Nadia's novel Sehidup Sesurga, (2) The form of delivery of moral messages in Asma Nadia's Sehidup Sesurga novel. qualitative. The data in this study are in the form of sentences that show the moral message in the novel Sehidup Sesurga by Asma Nadia. This study uses an analysis of the types and forms of moral messages and forms of delivery. Based on research, based on research, the types and forms of moral messages as well as the form of delivery in the novel Sehidup Sesurga by Asma Nadia, there are 116 date. which includes the type of human relationship with God there are 20 date, the type of human relationship with himslef 20 date, the type of human relationship with society 36 data and the form of direct delivery there are 20 date and the form of indirect delivery there are 20 date.

Abstract

ABSTRAKInteraksi individu di setiap sektor kehidupan, seperti politik, keamanan, ekonomi, sosial, budaya, dan pendidikan tidak bisa terhindar dari konflik. Disektor pendidikan, kita dengan mudah bisa menyebutkan kasus-kasus konflik atau kekerasan yang sering terjadi di sekolah. Berita-berita konflik kekerasan dan tindak kekerasan yang terjadi disekolah tidak sedikit dan banyak yang melapor. Berdasarkan uraian diatas maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab konflik. Objek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa SDN B3 kecamatan Kamal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan siswa terlibat konflik di sekolah dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sekolah menangani konflik yang terjadi pada siswa sekolah dasar. Untuk mendapatkan data yang diharapkan, peneliti akan mengumpukan data menggunakan dua teknik, yaitu wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa penyebab konflik berupa ejekan seorang siswa kesiswa lainnya yang berujung perkelahian. Penyebab utamanya yaitu tidak ada yang mau mengalah sehingga terjadi rebutan yang mengakibatkan pertengkaran. Oleh sebab itu, setiap konflik yang terjadi harus segera diselesaikan dengan benar dan tepat melalui cara yang tidak merugikan salah satu pihak, agar tidak terjadi permusuhan atau kekerasan yang diakibatkan karena adanya konflik.Kata kunci: Siswa, Konflik, Ejekan, PerkelahianABSTRACTIndividual interactions in every sector of life, such as politics, security, economics, social, culture, and education cannot avoid conflict. Abstract

ABSTRACT This community service activity was conducted in Moarah Village, Klampis District, with the aim of raising public awareness of the importance of education as a key factor in improving the quality of life. Low levels of education in some communities limit their ability to obtain decent employment and access useful information. Through outreach activities, the community service team provided an understanding of the benefits of formal and non-formal education, as well as the role of families in supporting children's learning. Implementation methods included interactive lectures, group discussions, and motivational learning mentoring. The results of the activity showed an increase in public knowledge and awareness of the importance of education, reflected in parents' increased interest in sending their children to school and their active participation in literacy activities. This activity is expected to be the first step towards building a more education-conscious and highly competitive society in the future. Keywords: education, community empowerment, awareness, community service   ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Moarah, Kecamatan Klampis,, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pendidikan sebagai kunci utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Rendahnya tingkat pendidikan di sebagian masyarakat menyebabkan keterbatasan dalam memperoleh pekerjaan yang layak dan akses terhadap informasi yang bermanfaat. Melalui kegiatan penyuluhan, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat memberikan pemahaman tentang manfaat pendidikan formal maupun nonformal, serta peran keluarga dalam mendukung proses belajar anak. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan pendampingan motivasi belajar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pendidikan, yang tercermin dari meningkatnya minat orang tua untuk menyekolahkan anak-anak mereka dan partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan literasi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal untuk membangun masyarakat yang lebih sadar pendidikan dan berdaya saing tinggi di masa depan Kata kunci: pendidikan, pemberdayaan masyarakat, kesadaran, pengabdian
