Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of anti-corruption values ​​in honesty, awareness, and independence on the implementation of principles of Islamic financial system. Sampling technique using proportional random sampling obtained by 45 respondents from all employees of Sharia Commercial Bank in East Java. The data analysis technique using multiple linear regression because there are four variables in this research. The results showed that the value of anti-corruption values ​​in the value of honesty, caring values, and the value of independence partially or simultaneously able to give a positive influence on the application of principles of Islamic financial system. However it should be noted on the value of independence because the results showed not in line with the implementation of Islamic financial system principles

Abstract

This study discusses to analyze the influence of non performing financing (NPF) from financing for the results seen from Mudaraba and Musharaka contracts to the level of profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate inconsistency with the theory that profitability is influenced by non performing financing (NPF). This study shows the opposite result of non-performing financing (NPF) as measured from Mudaraba contract and Musharaka contract no significant effect on profitability level of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. Simultaneous tests also show results that have no significant effect. The results of this study indicate that Non Performing Financing does not always have an effect on profitability because the value of financing problem is relatively small.

Abstract

Likuiditas merupakan hal yang tidak bisa lepas dalam bisnis perusahaan untuk mempertahankan eksistensi dan perkembangannya di dunia usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh arus kas operasional, arus kas investasi dan arus kas pendanaan terhadap likuiditas pada perusahaan asuransi. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa neraca dan laporan arus kas perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2013-2017. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 7 perusahaan. Data yang telah terkumpul diproses menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan dilakukan pengujian hipotesis. Pengujian dilakukan dengan model regresi linier berganda, uji t dan F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa arus kas operasional secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap likuiditas. Arus kas investasi, dan pendanaan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap likuiditas, namun secara simultan arus kas operasional, arus kas investasi dan arus kas pendanaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat likuiditas.

Abstract

This study provides an overview of the development of MSMEs from the perceptions of MSMEs, not from the perspective of Islamic financial institutions. The purpose of this study is to show the development model of MSMEs through a profit-loss sharing agreement that is applied to the type of bound investment. It is applied in the mudharabah muqayyadah contract through the principle of profit sharing distribution. The method used in this study is a survey of MSMEs. The results of this study indicate that the development of MSMEs can be carried out with a mudharabah muqayyadah agreement through the principle of profit sharing distribution. To develop MSMEs in order to gain increased revenue, enlarge business scale, and diversify businesses, there needs to be a fair distribution of profit-loss sharing with the principles of revenue sharing, profit sharing, and agreed risk builders despite restrictions in business management such as the type of business determined by the owner of the fund, there are limits in the management of funds, as well as restrictions in running a business or investment, where businesses run must be guided by sharia principles

Abstract

This study intends to provide an overview of the consistency of research results with theoretical and empirical points of view, it is done because many research results are inconsistent with the theory. Quantitative research methods are used to make generalizations using a sample of 14 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia with time series data collection techniques for 5 years. The data analysis technique used is multivariate analysis using the Warp PLS structural equation model. The results showed that the level of profitability of Islamic banks is always overshadowed by the occurrence of credit risk that causes non-performing financing from financing of the type of natural uncertainty contracts because it is type of financing is a financing that does not provide certainty of results. The results of this study are consistent with agency theory that explains the existence of information asymmetry, and consistent with the theory of mixing that by providing opportunities to manage business to business managers (mudharib/mustyarik) without interference from the owner of the fund (shaibul maal) can lead to the risk of default and thus affect the ability of Islamic banks to obtain profitability.

Abstract

Medicinal plant is a plant that has many efficacy especially in the health field. because of the efficacy of the medicinal plants in community service activities in the form of training is done processing of medicinal plants by processing ginger (Zingiber officinale) into instant ginger. this training to program at village level to educate women on various aspects of family welfare Bulurejo Benjeng Gresik. the purpose of this activity is to utilize medicinal plants and can improve the health of the community independently by utilizing medicinal plants, as well as provide knowledge to the community of the importance of medicinal plants for health and gives an understanding of how management and utilization of medicinal plants, as well as familiarize the people to plant and utilizing medicinal plants in the home environment, the methods used are active learning and parcipatory learning, which includes lectures, practice of processing plants healthy and continue with the discussion of the results of this training, this training showed knowledge about the importance of medicinal plants for health, as well as skills processing of medicinal plants for program at village level to educate women on various aspects of family welfare. Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of sharia financing by the real sector through micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and the influence of capital adequacy of Islamic Banking in Indonesia in order to earn profit by using managed assets. This study uses a quantitative approach that analyzes secondary data from financial statements Islamic Banking in Indonesia period 2012-2015. Sampling technique using purposive sampling with the ratio of each variable as a unit of analysis. The analysis used multiple linear regression with t test partially. The results showed that the influence of Islamic financing of micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) on the ability to get a very significant profit partially by 0.708 or 70.8%, while the influence of capital adequacy as measured by Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) -0.519 or -51.9%. The Effect of micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) financing and Capital Adequacy of Islamic Banking in obtaining profit amounts to 55.7%. This research shows that the financing of UMKM given by Islamic Banking gives an important role for entrepreneurs to develop his business with sharia scheme.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine trends and predict the level of profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method uses quantitative descriptive to explain trends and quadratic analysis techniques to predict profitability. Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia were used entirely as samples in this study. Observation of data used before and during the Covid-19 pandemic starting from 2019-2020 in a time series. The results showed that during the Covid-19 pandemic, Islamic banks were still able to generate profits even though they experienced a downward trend, while the predictions of profitability during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021 showed an average decline and losses.

Abstract

This study aims to show the development model of MSMEs with mudharabah capital schemes through the principle of profit sharing distribution from the perception of MSME actors. The object of research is in East Java by using a sample of three regions using random with total of 75 respondents who were obtained incidentally considering the number of MSMEs is very much. The analysis technique used is multivariate analysis using Warp PLS. The results showed that mudharabah financing with mudharabah mutlaqah, mudharabah muqayyadah and mudharabah mustyarakah financing schemes significantly influence the principle of profit sharing distribution. Furthermore, the mudharabah mutlaqah, mudharabah muqayyadah, mudharabah mustyarakah, and profit sharing distribution principles have a significant effect on the development of MSMEs. The profit sharing distribution principles can be mediated in the development of MSMEs with a capital scheme mudharabah mutlaqah, mudharabah muqayyadah, mudharabah mustyarakah. The recommended MSMEs Development Model is the Mudharabah capital scheme through the mediation of fairly in principles of profit sharing distribution.
