Abstract

CV Sinar Elektronik is a trading company that distributes electrical equipment like a cables, sockets, switches and etc. As a trader engaged in trading, it is important to pay attention to the information on the sales system. Sales are the main component of business processes so the exhibition can run smoothly and rhythmically. A great sales system and system will produce the right information for users. The operating system researcher conducted an analysis of the CV Sinar Elektronik distribution system and procedure which had several drawbacks and caused problems. The first problem is the lack of sales order number information and shipping information on sales orders, dust particles can be used as transaction identifiers. The second problem is that hive customers don’t have a credit limit. The last problem is the absence of a customer complaint collection system. This study to analyze and evaluate the computerized information system of the sales cycle of CV Sinar Elektronik. This type of research information is qualitative and uses kick-the-bucket information sources obtained within the company. The data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. The result of this research is the design of an automated commercial information system, the improvement of the techniques and documents of the CV Sinar Elektronik.

Abstract

Increasing competition in the hospitality industry, making hotels should increase the advantage in competing. An important part of improving the competitive advantage of hotels is to set, measure and allocate accurately the costs to be efficient. Cost efficient will help managers to make decisions so as to increase the occupancy rate of hotels that ultimately impact on profit. Researchers conducted research on the Hotel "X" located in the city of Surabaya where this hotel is one of the oldest four-star hotel in the city of Surabaya. Determination of the cost as the cost of room rental at Hotel "X" is still using the traditional method of the cost of renting each room on the same "X" Hotel. The purpose of this study is to know the application of Activity Based Costing (ABC) method in the calculation of service fee and the determination of the hotel room rental price "X". The technique of data analysis performed is to analyze the traditional method that is being used by Hotel "X" and compare with ABC method. The results of this study is the calculation of the cost of room rental using ABC method is more accurate when compared with traditional methods. Hotel "X" should consider undercost in the cost of room rental so that the hotel does not suffer long-term losses resulting in earnings.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pergerakan harga di pasar modal Indonesia pada saat peristiwa politik pemilihan presiden negara adidaya AS tahun 2020. Statistik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis peristiwa tersebut adalah rata-rata abnormal return dan aktivitas perdagangan. Perusahaan industri makanan dan minuman secara keseluruhan yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada saat peristiwa politik terjadi adalah populasi dan sampel. Metode sensus digunakan untuk menentukan sampel. Artinya, jumlah sampel yang diuji sesuai dengan total populasi. Data sekunder diimplementasikan dengan akses dari bursa efek Indonesia. Wilcoxon Signed Ranks adalah teknik analisis yang digunakan dengan jendela peristiwa 7 hari. Penelitian mengindikasikan temuan bahwa rata-rata pengembalian abnormal atau volume perdagangan selama periode peristiwa tidak berbeda.

Abstract

Accounting information system is one of the instruments used by companies to achieve company goals. A good information system is an information system that is supported entryway an effective internal control. The company's internal controls must be periodically reviewed to be effective. The Garden Palace Hotel already has a computerized accounting information system, but internal control is not effectively linked to access control activities. Increase the effectiveness of inside control with five COSO components. The results of the research were: climate control, especially hierarchical construction, did not work as expected. This affects the adequacy of internal controls in the cycle of credit transactions. Doubled posting bets and error values ​​were still reasonable and the control measure that susceptible was access control.

Abstract

This study has the aims of detecting the impact of ROA and ROE on CSR, the population of the financial statemenst of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk, sample of financial statements starting from 2018-2020 obtained 36 samples, the sampling mechanism is purposive sampling. As well as information collection techniques using documentation. Material testing using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression data analysis, hypothesis t test and F test. Based on simultaneous testing, the ROA impact on CSR is 0,000<0,05, ROE has an impact  on CSR 0,033<0,05. The implementation of better corporate social responbility can practice good things for the sustainability of the company in the long term. CSR disclosure can also show that a company is carring out its obligations properly according to existing regulations and the surrounding population and environment of the company. With the activities carried out by CSR, the company can give people confidence in the company’s products after which the good name of the company becomes excellent in the eyes of the population, and can grow financial capacity which can be shown from the ROA and ROE ratio.

Abstract

Human resources are an important component in efforts to achieve company targets through the resulting performance. Every company that wants maximum work results from its human resources, the company must provide workers' rights and facilitate workers with facilities that must be available in a company. With the attention given by the company to workers, it will have a good impact on the company's working relationship with the workers or employees of the company. Employees have a big impact on companies that want to achieve their targets quickly, contributing to the company must be maximal. The approach used to find the method quantitatively, with a population of all employees of CV. Brilliano Perkasa Group as many as 40 employees & 40 respondents were selected as samples. The findings from the results of the tests conducted by the author show that partially and simultaneously there is an effect of workload, work stress and work motivation on turnover intention.

Abstract

The achievement of an enterprise may be measured with the aid of using the capacity of control to layout the proper approach and enforce it domestically to gain results. The use of legal responsibility accounting in a enterprise can assist gain this goal. Research carried out at the Stan Raja Amran Hotel the usage of descriptive qualitative strategies indicate that the resort applies accountable accounting however is not maximized in phrases of organizational structure, finances planning, accounts categories and reporting accounting. However, the cost category. King's booth Amran Hotel's price middle overall performance is notable in each planning and price manipulation process.

Abstract

Financial Knowledge adalah kemampuan untuk memahami, menganalisis, mengelola keuangan untuk membuat keputusan keuangan. Sedangkan Financial Attitude merupakan sebuah perilaku untuk mengelola dan menggunakan keuangan yang dimiliki untuk mencapai tujuan dari penggunaan keuangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude dan Financial Management Behavior pada Mahasiswa FEB UNIPA Setelah Pandemi Covid-19, karena sebagian dari mahasiswa beban hidupnya masih ditanggung oleh orang tua terutama mahasiswa yang tidak tinggal bersama orang tua, setiap bulannya mahasiswa masih mengandalkan kiriman orang tua untuk memenuhi keperluannya selama kuliah.  Agar kondisi keuangan mahasiswa tetap terjaga sampai lulus maka perlu adanya pengetahuan keuangan dan sikap keuangan serta perilaku mananajemen terkait pembiayaan perkuliahan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa FEB (Prodi akuntansi dan Prodi Manajemen) dan sampel yang dipergunakan sebesar 80 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan 5 kali jumlah indikator. Teknik analisis menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial  Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Financial Management Behavior pada Mahasiswa FEB UNIPA Setelah Pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Potensi di pedasaan merupakan sumber daya utama pembangunan desa. Kehadiran Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu jalan untuk memfasilitasi warga desa menyalurkan potensinya dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Warga Desa Banjarsari Kecamatan Manyar Kabupaten Gresik berharap agar potensi desa ini dapat dikelola dengan baik dan memanfaatkan desa wisata sebagai mata pencaharian baru bagi warganya. Peluang yang ada saat ini adalah dengan membuka Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di sekitar tempat wisata tersebut. Banyak diantara warga yang bingung untuk memulai usaha terlebih di era new normal. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan potensi yang menarik sekaligus terdapat tantangan didalamnya. Dimana kondisi masyarakat Desa Banjarsari Kecamatan Manyar Kabupaten Gresik masih membutuhkan penguatan di bidang (1) pengetahuan dan ketrampilan (skill) dalam menguasai teknologi, (2) produktivitas masyarakat dan (3) terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana. Hal ini berakibat pada rendahnya kesejahteraan masyarakat dan partisipasinya dalam pembangunan perekonomian desa. Mendapati kondisi yang seperti itu, tim pengabdian pada masyarakat fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas PGRI adi buana Surabaya memberikan penyuluhan dan pendampingan pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Banjarsari Kecamatan Manyar Kabupaten Gresik. Pendampingan tersebut di tujukan untuk penggerak UMKM dengan memberdayakan hasil alam sekitar dan membuat produk baru/tambahan yang relevan dengan kondisi kebutuhan dan perilaku pasar di masa new normal ini. Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan tujuannya untuk memberikan wawasandan ketrampilan pelaku UMKM di Desa Slempit-Kedamean-Gresik agar mampu mengelolakeuangan dengan baik dengan mengutamakan kebutuhan yang sangat urgen. Selain itu, jugauntuk menjaga kondisi keuangan pelaku UMKM baik dimasa normal maupun pandemi covid 19ataupun masa-masa resesi ekonomi. Artinya pelaku UMKM harus siap dalam kondisi apapundengan berbagai macam perencanaan keuangan dimana harus mampu memisahkan kebutuhanprioritas maupun kebutuhan yang dapat ditunda. Tidak ada yang menyangka jika pandemi covid19 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perekonomian secara global. Metode yang dilakukan dalamprogram ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan dan pendampingan mengenai perencanaan keuanganpada pelaku UMKM sampai pada tahap aplikasi sederhana namun dapat dipahami. Hasil programpengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan solusi sederhana untuk bersikap hati-hati dalammengelola keuangan dengan memperhatikan beberapa kemungkinan terburuk. Peserta merasamendapatkan solusi ketika ingin merencanakan keuangan baik dalam jangka pendek maupunjangka Panjang.
