Abstract

The birth of X, Y, Z and Alpha generations cannot be denied, given the rapid development of technology. The formation of the character of Alpha Generation or Gen-A which was born in 2010 is a concern and a challenge for parents in shaping the personality of a civilized and humanitarian child. This article is motivated by a critical review of the conditions of intolerance among religious people. Where the soul of intolerance that arises in a person is due to the absence of a sense of humanity and civilized human elements in themselves. One of the main causes is the influence of misuse of technology which has led to the birth of the Alpha Generation that is enslaved by technology. A person's social life deteriorates so that he does not respect differences. The use of technology well can avoid the anti-tolerant nature and be able to form prospective generations who are civilized and humane in accordance with Islamic values. The provision of technological education for children of old age can not be separated from the role of parents as the first madrasa for children. The habit of children will be difficult to change when from the beginning parents do not do education in the family through parenting education. Parenting education is one of the efforts made by parents in educating, nurturing and teaching children.

Abstract

This study uses bibliometric methods to conduct a meta-analysis of research on children's moral education in the digital era, published between 1977 and 2021. The study analyzes literature to address questions related to children's moral education in a digitalized society, where digitalization affects various aspects of social life and changes ways of thinking and living. The bibliometric analysis excludes the year 2022. Data was collected to examine the contributions of various authors, research institutions, and countries in this field. The analysis identifies key authors contributing to the field, with Cooney, M., Firth, A., and Herman-Pillath, C. being the most prolific. Leading research institutions include Delft University of Technology, City University of New York, and Cornell University. The United States, the United Kingdom, and China are the top contributing countries. The study also visualizes the types of documents published, with articles being the most common (48.6%), followed by book chapters (27.6%), books (10.0%), reviews (9.0%), conference papers (2.1%), editorials (2.1%), and notes (0.7%). This study highlights the importance of moral education in the digital era, emphasizing that effective methods—such as best practices, socialization, counseling, mindfulness, humor, and supervision—are crucial for children to navigate digital media responsibly. The findings provide valuable insights for families, educators, and policymakers to enhance moral education strategies in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the impact of Islamic work ethic on employee response and job satisfaction within the Indonesian Islamic banking sector. It contributes to the academic literature by examining the nuanced relationships among these variables, shedding light on organizational dynamics specific to Islamic banking contexts. This study investigates survey responses from 120 Islamic banking employees by employing partial-least-square structural-equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Our findings indicate a significant positive influence of Islamic work ethic on both employee response and job satisfaction. We uncover the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between Islamic work ethic and employee response, providing valuable insights for human resource management practices in Islamic banking environments.

Abstract

This research analyzes the Islamic Economic Analysis of Accountability and Transparency of the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES) in Cempa Pinrang District. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of accountability, identify the level of transparency, and conduct an Islamic Economic Analysis of the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES) in Cempa Pinrang District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This type of research is field research. This research approach employs a case study approach. The data sources used are primary data in the form of direct interviews with village officials, the community, and secondary data in the form of books, journals, and articles related to the discussed topic. The results of this research show: 1). Overall, Siskeudes has successfully improved various aspects of accountability in village financial management, although it is important to continue monitoring it. This system encourages honesty and legal compliance, makes financial processes more orderly and easier to supervise, and makes the planning and implementation of village programs and policies more transparent with active support from the community and the BPD. 2). The transparency of Village Funds in Cempa Pinrang District is good in providing data. However, the main issue is that the community still has difficulty understanding information that is too technical and not all residents have equal access. Therefore, true transparency means that information must be easy to understand and accessible to everyone, so that accountability in the use of Village Funds can truly be realized3). Siskeudes has reinforced the principles of Islamic economics in village financial management: encouraging honesty (Siddiq) in data, enhancing responsibility (Amanah) through transparency and oversight, and honing the intelligence (Fathonah) of village officials in digital administration. However, the main challenge of Tabligh (information dissemination) is to ensure that transparent data can be easily understood and accessed by all layers of society, so that transparency truly empowers and encourages public participation.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of the marketing mix strategy in strengthening the family economy of female silk weavers in Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency, from the perspective of Islamic economics. Employing a descriptive qualitative methodology with a phenomenological approach, this field research aims to explore how the implementation of the 7P marketing mix strategy—Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence—contributes to business sustainability and household welfare among women-led silk weaving enterprises. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with female silk weavers, while secondary data were sourced from relevant literature, including books and peer-reviewed journal articles. The findings indicate that the effective application of the 7P marketing mix, when aligned with Islamic economic principles such as fairness, honesty, and mutual benefit, enhances product competitiveness, improves market access, increases sales performance, and ultimately strengthens family economic resilience. Furthermore, the integration of ethical values derived from Islamic economics supports sustainable business practices and empowers women as key economic actors within their households and communities. This study offers practical implications for policymakers, development practitioners, and micro-entrepreneurs by highlighting the importance of integrating strategic marketing approaches with Islamic economic values to promote inclusive economic development and improve the welfare of female micro-entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This study explores the role of seaweed cultivation in enhancing community economic welfare from a Sharia Economics perspective in Bone Regency, Indonesia. The research aims to analyze the contribution of seaweed farming to economic growth, its impact on production patterns and income distribution, and its alignment with Sharia economic principles. A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving field research through interviews with village officials and community members, supported by secondary data from journals, books, and relevant articles. The findings indicate that seaweed cultivation provides a stable source of income, supports poverty reduction, and encourages ethical and sustainable practices in accordance with Sharia principles. However, challenges such as price fluctuations, climate variability, and limited access to capital remain significant. The benefits of cultivation are unevenly distributed, with larger producers gaining more advantages, highlighting the need for policies that empower small-scale cultivators. From a Sharia perspective, seaweed farming emphasizes justice, balance, sustainability, and ethical entrepreneurship, requiring supportive conditions such as access to capital, training, fair markets, and information. Sustainable production, stable pricing, capacity building, and product diversification are essential to optimize economic and social outcomes. This study contributes to the literature on Sharia-compliant economic development by demonstrating how community-based agricultural practices can generate equitable growth, enhance livelihoods, and foster responsible economic behavior aligned with religious and ethical values.
