Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) BLK Palangka Raya merupakan suatu tempat pelatihan kursus yang dimiliki lembaga pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk mendidik seseorang sesuai bakat yang dimiliki supaya siap dan mampu untuk terjun kemasyarakat langsung untuk bekerja atau pun membuka usaha sendiri dan Kurikulum BLK Palangka Raya menggunakan SKKN (Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional) dalam penyusunan kurikulum yang digunakan BLK dalam memberikan pelatihan praktek serta teori. (2) Seleksi peserta didik bidang perhotelan dibatasi dengan kouta peserta. Jadi, apabila kouta peserta didik sudah dipenuhi, maka disarankan untuk ke bidang yang lainnya sebelum melengkapi data penerimaan peserta didik. (3) Pelaksanaan pengembangan wirausaha di BLK Palangka Raya di laksanakan melalui kegiatan pelatihan, melalui praktek-praktek khusunya materi perhotelan dan juga diberikan teori berupa kewirusahaan yang dilakukan selama 5 minggu atau 3 bulan dan juga untuk mengenal langsung dengan hotel, maka di lakukan magang ke hotel yang ada di Palangka Raya. Dan metode yang digunakanya itu meode ceramah, dengan 13 materi bidang perhotelan yang diberikan untuk pelatihan. (4) Mengenai hal evaluasi dari unit kompetensi atau materi yang diberikan di bidang perhotelan, dari 16 peserta didik semuanya dinyatakan KOMPETEN selama melakukan pelatihan dan evaluasi. Dalam mengembangkan wirausaha di bidang perhotelan ini terdapat 5 orang yang mendirikan usaha sendiri meskipun bukan hotel.

Abstract

Abstract: The government policy in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 makes lecture can be conducted via online. However, online lecture is not entirely effective because the availability of supporting media and signal limitations. One of the applications that can be used by lecturer is Google Meet. Google Meet application provides some features that can support free online lecture and the using of internet quota is more efficient or more stable. It makes students easier to access Google Meet as an online learning media. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of using Google Meet as an online learning media in UIN Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu. The research uses a qualitative method. The data collection method uses interviews as primary data. The results of this research shows that Google Meet is effective if it is used as an online learning media. It makes easier the delivery and understanding of lecture materials. The using of Google Meet is also efficient because it can be used anywhere and anytime as long as there is an internet network and another supporting media.Keywords: effectiveness; Google Meet; online learning.Abstrak: Kebijakan pemerintah dalam rangka mencegah penyebaran Covid-19 membuat perkuliahan dapat dilakukan secara daring. Namun perkuliahan daring tidak sepenuhnya efektif karena ketersediaan media yang mendukung dan keterbatasan sinyal. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan dosen dimasa pandemi adalah Google Meet. Aplikasi Google Meet menyediakan fitur yang mendukung pelaksanaan perkuliahan daring secara gratis dan penggunaan kuota internet yang lebih efisien atau lebih stabil. Hal tersebut tentunya mempermudah mahasiswa untuk mengakses Google Meet sebagai media pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan Google Meet sebagai media pembelajaran daring di UIN Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui wawancara sebagai data primer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Google Meet efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran daring sehingga memudahkan dalam penyampaian dan pemahaman materi perkuliahan. Penggunaan Google Meet juga efisien karena dapat dilakukan dimanapun dan kapanpun selama masih ada jaringan internet dan media pendukung lainnya.Kata kunci: efektivitas; Google Meet; pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

The crime of terrorism is an act that uses violence or the threat of violence to create an atmosphere of terror or fear on a widespread basis, aimed at people or groups of people, or damaging public facilities with ideological, political, or security objectives. Terrorism is characterized as an unlawful act committed systematically with the aim of destroying or disrupting the sovereignty of the nation and state. This means that terrorism is not just an ordinary crime but also has ideological or political goals and is carried out by means of violence that makes people feel afraid or panic. Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 2018 on the Amendment to Law Number 15 of 2003 on the Eradication of the Criminal Acts of Terrorism provides a more detailed definition of the criminal act of terrorism, including various acts of preparation, attempt, assistance, and the execution of the terrorist act itself. There are various forms of acts of terrorism in Indonesia and there are efforts to prevent criminal acts of terrorism, namely through deradicalization, which is a proactive step and requires caution with consideration of the plurality of Indonesian society and the vulnerability of plurality to social conflict in society.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Strategi komunikasi tokoh adat dalam mempertahankan Tradisi Syarafal Anam di desa Pagar Besi Kecamatan Merigi Sakti Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah dan untuk mengetahui Hambatan yang dihadapi tokoh adat dalam mempertahankan Tradisi Syarafal Anam. Lalu untuk mengetahui solusi dari hambatan yang dihadapi tokoh adat dalam mempertahankan Tradisi Syarafal Anam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yaitu suatu penyelidikan yang dilakukan dalam kehidupan atau objek yang sebenarnya. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis Miles dan Huberman yaitu terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, mengambil kesimpulan lalu diverifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa yang pertama, Strategi komunikasi tokoh adat dalam mempertahankan tradisi Syarafal Anam di Desa Pagar Besi Kecamatan Merigi Sakti Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah dalam hal ini strategi komunikasi yang digunakan tokoh adat dalam mempertahankan tradisi Syarafal Anam mencerminkan pendekatan yang informatif, persuasif, edukatif, dan sistematis. Selanjutnya hambatan yang dihadapi tokoh adat dalam mempertahankan tradisi syarafal anam adalah minimnya minat dari generasi muda, pengaruh budaya luar, serta kurangnya pemanfaatan media modern dalam menyosialisasikan kegiatan tradisi. Anak muda cenderung melihat Syarafal Anam sesuatu yang monoton dan hanya identik dengan generasi tua. Kurangnya media kreatif dan komunikasi visual juga menjadi penyebab tradisi ini tidak begitu menarik di mata generasi muda. Solusi dari hambatan yang dihadapi tokoh adat dalam mempertahankan tradisi Syarafal Anam yaitu dengan melibatkan generasi muda dalam kegiatan tradisional membuat suatu Tim atau kelompok anak muda, menyediakan fasilitas dan dana peningkatan peran pemerintah dan lembaga Keagamaan.

Abstract

Background: Students’ interest in learning, especially in practical religious subjects such as ablution skills, often tends to be low when traditional teaching methods are applied. An engaging and hands-on approach is needed to increase student motivation and involvement. Objective: This study aims to increase elementary school students' interest in learning through the application of the demonstration method in teaching ablution skills. Method: This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in 2023 at State Elementary School 09 Ipuh, Mukomuko Regency. The sample consisted of 20 fourth-grade students. Data were collected through observation and tests, then analyzed using predetermined formulas focusing on the completeness of student learning outcomes. Result: The findings showed that the use of the demonstration method improved students' interest and performance in learning ablution skills. In Cycle II, all students achieved learning scores above the Minimum Completeness Criteria (MCC), indicating increased interest and understanding. Conclusion: The demonstration method is effective in enhancing student engagement and mastery of ablution material in elementary school settings. Contribution: This study provides practical insights for educators, particularly in Islamic education, by demonstrating that the demonstration method can significantly improve student interest and learning outcomes in skill-based religious content.

Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to analyze and determine the magnitude of the influence of competence, organizational climate, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, work discipline, work motivation, leadership style, and career development on the performance of the employees of the Health Office of West Kutai Regency partially or simultaneously. Methods: This research is a quantitative study using an associative approach. Research with this associative approach is used to identify the extent to which the independent variable affects the dependent variable. This research was started in early January 2022 to early February 2022 with the research location at the Health Office of West Kutai Regency and the number of samples as many as 49 people. This study uses the SPSS instrument, which discusses validity and reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination to determine the extent to which the independent variable contributes to the dependent variable. Results: The results showed that simultaneously the variables of competence (X1), organizational climate (X2), job satisfaction (X3), organizational commitment (X4), work discipline (X5), work motivation (X6), leadership style (X7) and career development (X8) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with an influence contribution of 93.5% while the remaining 6.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. However, partially, only organizational climate variables (X2) and leadership style (X7) do not affect employee performance at the Health Office of West Kutai Regency. In contrast, the remaining variables are Competence (X1), job satisfaction (X3), organizational commitment (X4), and work discipline (X4). X5), work motivation (X6), and career development (X8) have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Health Office of West Kutai Regency.

Abstract

How to bring about fun learning experience of PAI students through Quizizz Game in the Media Development and Learning Resources class is the main issue why this paper was written. In this a descriptive research study, the researcher use quantitative descriptive method. Questionnaires, observation schedules, and interview guides as measurement methods to collect data on student perceptions level on using Quizizz. Data students questionnaire was carried out using a saturation sampling method on total 22 student population. And interview to support and deepen the data on student perceptions and experiences regarding the use of Quizizz. The result shows, the level of perception and acceptance of PAI  students in 4A class at the Faculty of Tarbiyah  UIN Bengkulu towards the use of Quizizz shows a good level. This can be seen from several assumptions such as; Quizizz scoring is more fun; Prefer the assessment method with Quizizz over the usual method; Lectures are not rigid; Quizizz gets the class excited; Quizizz makes lectures more lively and active; and they agreed to recommend Quizizz over other courses.

Abstract

Manajerial kepala bidang masih menciptakan kesulitan dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja pegawai Bidang Pendidikan Agama dan Pendidikan Keagamaan Islam. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis manajerial kepala bidang, kinerja pegawai, dan manajerial kepala bidang dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan mulai tanggal 11 Mei sampai dengan 11 Juni 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala bidang sudah melaksanakan manajerial dengan baik hal ini dilihat dari terpenuhinya indicator manajerial yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan kontroling/evaluasi. Kinerja pegawai sudah terlaksana dengan baik hal ini dilihat dari terlaksananya indicator kinerja yaitu kualitas kerja, kecepatan/ketepatan kerja, inisiatif kerja, kemampuan kerja, dan komunikasi. Manajerial kepala bidang pendidikan agama dan pendidikan keagamaan islam sudah baik, maka penulis menyarankan kepada kepala bidang untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan manajerial kepala bidang dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja pegawainya.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' reading skills by using group investigation techniques. The subjects in this study were intensive reading skills to find information for discussion materials of class VIII B MTsN 1 Bengkulu Tengah students. The variables revealed in this study were intensive reading skills to find information for discussion materials and group investigation techniques. This study is a classroom action research that includes two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Data collection was carried out by tests and non-tests. Data collection tools were in the form of observation guidelines, interview guidelines, journal guidelines, and documentation guidelines. The data analysis techniques used were quantitative and qualitative techniques. Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be seen that intensive reading skills to find information for discussion materials after participating in intensive reading learning to find information for discussion materials using the group investigation technique have proven to have increased. The results of the pre-cycle intensive reading test showed an average value of 50.07% and in cycle I an average value of 61.07 was obtained. This means that there was an increase of 11%. In the test results, finding important information in each pre-cycle paragraph was 20.12% and in cycle I was 29.07%. In this test, there was also an increase of 8.95%. In the test results, formulating pre-cycle problems was 30.8% and in cycle I was 32.22%. This also increased by 1.42%. In cycle II, the average class score for the intensive reading test was 74.3. This shows an increase from cycle I to cycle II of 13.22%. For the skill test to find important information in each paragraph, the average score was 30.4%. This also shows an increase of 1.33% from cycle I. The results of the test to formulate problems in cycle II were 43.9%, an increase of 11.68% from cycle I. Based on this, the group investigation technique can be used as an alternative to improve students' reading skills in learning Islamic cultural history.

Abstract

The background of this research is to find out the role of Islamic religious education teachers in guiding spiritual intelligence through religious culture at the Insan Kamil Islamic School Bengkulu. This type of research is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive method. The primary data sources in this study were Islamic religious education teachers. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Then to check the validity of the data using triangulation, namely comparing the data found with existing sources. Data analysis and management were taken when the researcher was in the field and after collecting data from the field. The results of this study indicate that Islamic religious education teachers in guiding the spiritual intelligence of students through religious culture at the Insan Kamil Islamic School Bengkulu Elementary School, Islamic religious education teachers carry out their roles by working together to be actively involved in supervising students at congregational prayers at school. Then through religious culture at the Insan Kamil Islamic School Bengkulu, Islamic religious education teachers also always motivate students by telling Islamic stories to students, and Islamic religious education teachers carry out their role as evaluators by providing evaluation books of worship and moral activities carried out in the school. home, because Islamic religious education teachers at the Bengkulu Insan Kamil Islamic School Elementary School assess students not only from the cognitive aspect, but also from the attitude aspect carried out by students at home as one of the evaluations for Islamic religious education teachers at the Insan Kamil Elementary School.
