Abstract

Penggunaan alat kontrasepsi di Kabupaten Semarang pada tahun 2014 cukup tinggi, yaitu sejumlah 17.771 pengguna Alat Kontrasepsi Dalam Rahim (AKDR), 1.506 menggunakan Medis Operasi Pria (MOP), 6.688 menggunakan Medis Operasi Wanita (MOW), dan 26.952 menggunakan implan. Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa di Desa Nyatnyono Kecamatan Ungaran Barat Kabupaten Semarang menunjukkan bahwa 60% masyarakat mempunyai pengetahuan yang buruk tentang alat kontrasepsi. Untuk itu perlu diteliti efek penyuluhan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan tentang alat kontrasepsi pada wanita usia subur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan di Desa Nyatnyono, Ungaran Barat, Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan 30 responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner untuk pretest dan postest, video dan leaflet untuk kegiatan penyuluhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum intervensi, pengetahuan responden yang masuk dalam kategori kurang sebanyak 53,3%, kategori cukup 6,7%, dan kategori baik 40%. Setelah intervensi menunjukkan bahwa 100% responden mempunyai kategori pengetahuan yang baik, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa penyuluhan efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan.

Abstract

Ketidaklengkapan berkas resume medis adalah masalah yang teramat penting karena berpengaruh terhadap proses pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh petugas medis dan mempengaruhi kualitas mutu pelayanan sebuah rumah sakit Metode: jenis dan perancangan penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dan pembahasan: Bahwa ketidaklengkapan berkas rekam medis pada item identitas ketidaklengkapannya berjumlah 32,74%, pada item pelaporan yang tidak lengkap berjumlah 22,28%, pada item autentifikasi tidak lengkap berjumlah 16,89%, pada item pendokumentasian yang tidak lengkap sebanyak 21,28. Sebaiknya Direktur Rumah Sakit memberikan sosialisasi kepada tenaga kesehatan mengenai pentingnya kelengkapan resume medis pada berkas rekam medis pasien serta yang bertanggung jawab atas pengisian kelengkapan resume medis pada berkas rekam medis tersebut.

Abstract

Community service digital technology training in financial reporting innovation aims to provide an understanding of literacy in preparing software-based digital financial reports. Accurate Accounting Software is an application for financial reporting thar is easy to use quickly and accurately. Training method in the form of practical activities by completing examples of financial transaction cases that have been prepared by the Staya Terra Bhinneka University community service team. This activity was carried out in the accounting computer laboratory of Gajah Mada School on June 10 and 11 2024, 10 -12.00 PM, with 3 activity stages, First providing basic introductory material for using software, practical work on solving financial transaction case question and theoretical case discussions. The implementation of this training makes a positive contribution to the science and technology of reporting digital accounting digital financial report for Gajah Mada school students.

Abstract

Business performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is crucial in reducing poverty rates in a region. This is because business performance is believed to create jobs, increase community income, and drive local economic growth. There are three factors that influence the business performance of MSMEs: product innovation, digitalization or technology utilization, and marketing strategies. The urgency of this research stems from the absence of a business performance model for MSMEs aimed at reducing poverty rates in Langkat Regency. The objectives of this study are to identify the potential and challenges of MSMEs, formulate development strategies for MSMEs, and develop a business performance model based on innovation, digitalization, and marketing strategies to reduce poverty rates. The method used in this study is quantitative with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of the analysis are expected to contribute to the development of an effective business performance model for MSMEs in reducing poverty. From the study results, it was found that adjustments are needed to the model design developed in the previous study. Based on primary questionnaire data from 50 MSMEs in Langkat Regency, it was found that the factors influencing MSME business performance in Langkat Regency contribute to reducing poverty rates.

Abstract

Since the Independent Curriculum is a new curriculum that is currently being implemented, more research is required to determine how it affects PAI learning in elementary schools. The purpose of this study is to investigate how PAI learning at SD N 10 Lebong has been affected by the adoption of the Independent Curriculum.  The research subject for this study is the principal and PAI teacher at SD N 10 Lebong, and it employs a descriptive qualitative methodology. Utilizing interviews, documentation, and observational data collection. The study's findings demonstrate that the initial installation of the Independent Curriculum at SDN 10 Lebong was successful in fostering a more vibrant and welcoming classroom. The flexibility provided by this curriculum allows teachers to adopt a variety of innovative teaching methods, such as the use of technology and project-based learning. Second, the students' enthusiasm and drive to master PAI courses has significantly improved after SDN 10 Lebong adopted the Independent Curriculum. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a flexibility of the curriculum that allows teachers to adopt more creative and interactive teaching methods, increasing student engagement and enthusiasm in learning.

Abstract

Traditional medicine is now seen as an opportunity for modern medicine because it is considered safer and believed to have complementary or synergistic effects, making traditional medicine beneficial. Rimbang leaves (Solanum torvum Swartz) are plants that can be utilized in traditional medicine. This study aims to determine whether ethanol extracts and various fractions of rimbang leaves have antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. Phytochemical screening results show that ethanol extract and ethyl acetate fraction of rimbang leaves contain secondary metabolites including alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, tannins, steroids/triterpenoids, and glycosides. The ethanol fraction consists of alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, and glycosides, while it does not include steroids/triterpenoids. The n-hexane fraction only contains alkaloids and steroids/triterpenoids. The antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus at a dose of 500 mg/ml shows that ethanol extract has an average inhibition zone of 14.83 mm, ethyl acetate fraction has an average of 21.67 mm, and ethanol fraction has an average inhibition zone diameter of 8.17 mm.
