Abstract

Pancasila democracy is a moral guideline that reflects the noble values of the nation that must be applied by every citizen to carry out aspects of life properly. Pancasila Democracy has an important effect on the welfare of national life. The implementation of Pancasila Democracy principles, especially the fourth principle emphasizes the importance of democratic decision-making through deliberation and consensus, which teaches children to respect opinions, be responsible, and work together to achieve common interests. Family is the first place for a child to build character. However, not all children get full support from their families. For some children who grow up in an orphanage environment, they view the orphanage as a facilitator in providing education and good role models. Therefore, foster parents have an important role in children's character education in orphanages. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method by collecting literature sources related to the topic from journals, articles, and other information. The results of the study show that the principles of Pancasila democracy can be implemented by orphanage children by doing play activities, learning in groups, and learning to cooperate.

Abstract

In recent years, there has been an important issue regarding environmental damage and pollution that has occurred in Indonesia, this has finally triggered corporate awareness of the importance of disclosing social responsibility. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of stakeholder pressure and company financial performance on sustainability report quality. The sample in this study were 48 companies listed on the LQ 45 Index in 2018-2021. The sample of this research was determined by purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence on environmentally sensitive industries and company performance on sustainability report quality, while industries close to consumers, employee-oriented industries, and investor-oriented industries do not have an influence on sustainability report quality. It can be concluded that the more sensitive a company is to the environment and is included in a high profile industry, it will get higher pressure from the environment to disclose its activities. Likewise with financial performance (ROA and DER), the higher the company's financial performance, the more it will affect the sustainability report quality.

Abstract

Purpose : This program aims to develop skills in Bonto Mate'ne Village to increase household income and community independence. Methodology: This community service activity uses a participatory approach, this study found that the community empowerment program in Bonto Mate'ne Village increased household income by 30%, with a positive impact on community social capital. Results: Partners show an increase in knowledge and skills in utilizing plastic waste into handicrafts that produce items of artistic value so that they can support local MSMEs. Conclusions: Waste recycling training increases public understanding of the urgency of sustainable waste management which is also an effort to reduce the amount of environmental pollution and reduce negative impacts on the environment. Training can also increase people's creativity in everyday life. Limitations: Lack of understanding about waste utilization and lack of attention and training in making products using waste as the main material, so that the level of environmental pollution cannot be overcome easily. Contribution: Training in making handicrafts by utilizing used goods that focuses on training and educating partners regarding the utilization of plastic waste into useful items that can open up new business opportunities for partners can also be used as supporting products for MSMEs in Bonto Mate'ne Village in realizing sustainable development programs or village SDGs in the third point, namely Healthy and Prosperous Living.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of store atmosphere and location on consumer purchase intention at Opsal Plaza (Sejahtera) Palopo. In the face of growing competition in the modern retail sector, understanding the factors that drive consumer purchasing decisions is increasingly crucial. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression to analyze data collected from 30 respondents through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The results indicate that both store atmosphere and location have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on consumer purchase intention. Among the two, store atmosphere shows a more dominant influence, as reflected in the higher regression coefficient. These findings suggest that a combination of a pleasant store environment and accessible location enhances the consumer shopping experience and increases the likelihood of purchase. This study provides valuable insights for retail management in developing more effective, consumer-centered marketing strategies.

Abstract

Nyeri punggung merupakan salah satu ketidaknyamanan pada ibu hamil khususnya pada kehamilan Trimester III. Terapi pijat atau massage merupakan salah satu terapi non farmakologi yang dapat menurunkan nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil, pijat akan mengurangi ketegangan otot dan rasa sakit, meningkatkan mobilitas serta melancarkan peredaraan darah. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan menggunakan pengukuran skala nyeri numerik pre tes dan post tes yang dilakukan pada ibu hamil trimester III dengan ketidaknyamanan nyeri punggung di PMB Hj.Zurahmi, SST, SKM kota pekanbaru. Tujuan asuhan kebidanan ini  adalah untuk membantu mengurangi ketidaknyamanan pada ibu hamil dengan nyeri punggung dengan menggunakan terapi pijat punggung. Asuhan pada kasus ini dilakukan selama 4 kali kunjungan selam 7 hari. Dari hasil kunjungan yang telah dilakukan selama 7 hari, memperoleh hasil bahwa nyeri punggung yang dirasakan ibu sudah berkurang dari biasanya, Yaitu dari nilai 8 pada Skala Intensitas Nyeri Numerik (1-10) saat pre test menjadi nilai 1 saat setelah mendapatkan asuhan kebidanan terapi pijat punggung selama 4 kali asuhan efektif dalam mengurangi nyeri punggung ibu hamil trimester III. Saran bagi penyedia layanan kesehatan, agar dapat menerapkan masase pijat punggung ibu hamil sebagai salah satu terapi dalam mengurangi ketidaknyamanan kehamilan trimester III.
