Abstract

Abstract The low student learning outcomes are caused by many factors, including the lack of good student perceptions and learning effectiveness to learning economics. One of the efforts made by the teacher to student learning outcomes is by telling the students that the lessons are not too difficult economy, so the perception of students and the effectiveness of learning in order to better student learning outcomes are also good / will increase.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of students perceptions of the learning outcomes of students in high school economics PGRI I Padang, to determine the effect of the learning effectiveness of the learning outcomes of students in high school economics I PGRI Padang and to determine the effect of perception of students and the effectiveness of learning together terhadab learning outcomes of students in high school economics PGRI I Padang.Based on the data analysis conducted in the form of hypothesis testing, where the value obtained F_hitung = 83.831 and obtained values of 3.10 F_tabel, then F_hitung> F_tabel and significant value <the value of α (5%) ie 0.00 <0.05 means H_a hypothesis accepted. So the perception of students and the effectiveness of the learning economy posirif significant effect or influence on learning outcomes of students in high school economics PGRI I Padang. Keywords : Student Perceptions, Learning Effectiveness and Learning Outcomes

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pakan Morus Alba dan Morus Indica terhadap kualitas kokon di Desa Bili-bili, Kecamatan Bontomarannu, Kabupaten Gowa, dan mengetahui daya tetas bibit ulat sutera hasil dari persilangan Ras Jepang dan Ras Cina di Desa Bili-bili, Kecamatan Bontomarannu, Kabupaten Gowa. Objek penelitian ini adalah Objek penelitian ini adalah Balai Persuteraan Alam, di Desa Bili-bili, Kecamatan Bontomarannu, Kabupaten Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. Pengambilan sampel rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Batasan-batasan  operasional yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup daya tetas /fertilisasi ulat sutera dan kualitas kokon, Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan lewat survei primer. Data yang diperoleh, dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif  secara  analitik  yaitu  mengungkapkan  suatu  masalah  dan  keadaan sebagaimana  adanya,  sehingga  hanya  merupakan  penyingkapan  fakta.Hasil penelitian Daya tetas bibit ulat sutera hasil dari persilangan Ras Jepang dan Ras Cina adalah diatas 90% yaitu 98.25%-98.97 %. Daya tahan larva instar I-III dan daya tahan ulat besar  instar IV-V bibit ulat sutera hasil dari persilangan Ras Jepang dan Ras Cina dari pemberian pakan Morus Alba, Morus Indica dan campuran menunjukkan diatas 90% berarti sudah memenuhi standar bibit komersil. ulat sutera persilangan Ras Jepang dan Ras Cina yang diberikan pakan campuran (Morus Alba+ Morus Indica) menghasilkan Berat kokon segar dan kulit kokon yang terbaik dan masuk dalam mutu A. Persentase kulit kokon bibit ulat sutera hasil dari persilangan ras Jepang dan Ras Cina pada semua perlakuan diatas 21 % yaitu 21.65 %– 21.75 % dengan kelas kokon B. Persentase kokon cacat bibit ulat sutera hasil dari persilangan Ras Jepang dan Ras Cina pada semua perlakuan yaitu masuk ke dalam kelas D yaitu 10.59% – 13.09 %. Karakteristik kokon ulat sutera hasil dari persilangan Ras Jepang dan Ras Cina pada ketiga jenis pakan yang digunakan yaitu warna kokon putih dengan bentuk kokon lonjong dan tekstur kokon halus.

In this writing, the writer wants to promote a creation to support society, especially young people, to get more knowledge about learning international languages beside national language. And it will be bundled in the Faktabahasa Bogor Community. All information exists in the creation of infographic video. With any graphic asset, all compiled together to make people interested to watch, so the meanings can be conveyed as well to the audience. Through this creation become one important thing to promote Faktabahasa Bogor Community in order to be more known by people. The result will published on social media to reach scope widely.

Abstract

Setiap organisasi yang menggunakan anggaran wajib memberikan laporan keuangan kepada pemangku kepentingan utama secara transparan dan bertanggung jawab. Pembentukan Badan Usaha Milik Desa dimaksudkan bukan saja untuk menjadi motor penggerak roda-roda perekonomian desa tetapi juga dimaksudkan sebagai sumber pendapatan Desa. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah meningkatkan profesionalitas aparatur pemerintah desa dan pengelola BUMDes dalam pengelolaan keuangan BUMDes. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode pembelajaran partisipatif dalam bentuk ceramah, diskusi, Tanya jawab dan praktik terkait dengan pengelolaan keuangan BUMDes. Peserta workshop pengelolaan keuangan BUMDes ini terdiri atas Kepala Desa, Aparatur Desa, Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dan pengelola BUMDes di Desa Sandang Pangan. Hasil yang dicapai dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan aparatur pemerintah desa dan pengelola BUMDes dalam pengelolaan keuangan BUMDes.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the production process of the blacksmith industry in Togo Binongko District, Wakatobi Regency, in May 2019. The determination of the research location was determined purposively. Respondents in this study were heads of families who worked as blacksmiths in Togo Binongko District, Wakatobi Regency, with as many as 20 respondents. Data analysis uses quantitative data analysis techniques to describe the data that has been collected and present the data in tabular form so that it becomes clearer according to the conditions in the field. The results showed that the agricultural equipment produced by the smart in Togo Binongko District was made through a traditional production process while maintaining product quality. The production process starts from Tila and Tihi (sorting and cutting of iron raw materials), Kepa'a (forging), Hokomonde'a (modeling), and Soropu'a (re-burning). Blacksmith artisans can maintain the quality of the products produced by improving the production process by participating in training and using equipment that can increase production efficiency.

Abstract

This study looked for the influence and effectiveness of STEM-integrated PBL implementation on scientific literacy skills. The research method is quasi-experimental design, as described by Manova. The results obtained are: 1) there is an effect of implementing STEM-integrated PBL on scientific literacy skills in the domain of knowledge and skills with sig. = 0.000; 2) there is an effect of STEM-integrated PBL implementation on scientific literacy skills in the knowledge domain, with sig.= 0.000 content aspect, sig.= 0.000 procedural aspect, and sig.= 0.000 apistermic aspect; 3) there is an effect of implementing STEM-integrated PBL on scientific literacy skills in the skill domain, with sig.= 0.002 aspects of explaining natural phenomena, sig.= 0.001 aspects of designing, evaluating investigations, and sig.= 0.000 aspects of interpreting data, scientific evidence; 4) The implementation of STEM-integrated PBL is quite effective in increasing scientific literacy in the domain of knowledge and skills with an N-gain of 59% and 58%.

Abstract

PT. Era Musika Indah adalah: perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang seni dan hiburan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisi pengaruh Kepribadian dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kompetensi Kerja PT. Era Musika Indah Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kompetensi kerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian yaitu 88 karyawan dan sampel diambil dengan sensus sehingga jumlah sampel adalah 88 responden. Hasil uji hipotesis simultan menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, Kepribadian dan Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Kerja PT. Era Musika Indah Medan. Secara parsial, masing-masing variabel Kepribadian dan Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Kerja PT. Era Musika Indah Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze abnormal returns and trading volume activity before and after the announcement of the implementation of the new normal in the goods and consumption sector. The object of research is through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Retrieval of data using the documentation method, collecting data and information from www.idx.co.id and the website www.finance.yahoo.com which contains daily stock prices covering the number of stock trading transactions and the total number of shares outstanding at the time of observation. The results of the first hypothesis study show that there is no difference in abnormal returns before and after the announcement of the implementation of the new normal in goods and consumption sector companies. The second hypothesis shows that there is no difference in trading volume activity before and after the announcement of the implementation of the new normal in goods and consumption sector companies. This shows that the stock market does not react around the announcement of the implementation of the new normal. Investors do not react to buying or selling shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementating effectiveness and trust in accounting information systems, technology utilization and human resource compensation on employee performance at Bank BRI, Central Lampung. This type of research is quantitative research. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique performed is using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that the Effectiveness of SIA Implementating has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. SIA trust has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The use of technology has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fenomena bahwa Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) dan Return On Asset (ROA) pada BPRS HIK Parahyangan tahu 2020-2023 mengalami kondisi yang fluktuasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai seberapa besar pengaruh Biaya Operasional PendapatanOperasional (BOPO) terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada BPRS HIK Parahyangan tahun 2020 – 2023. Metode Penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif asosiatif dengan pengambilan data populasi secara sekunder pada laporan keuangan BPRS HIK Parahyangan. Adapun sampelnya adalah data pertahun Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) dan Return On Asset (ROA) pada BPRS HIK Parahyangan tahun 2017-2022 yaitu sebanyak 12 data. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa BOPO berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA pada BPRS HIK Parahyangan. Hasil Koefisien Determinasi yang menunjukan bahwa pengaruh variabel BOPO (X) terhadap ROA (Y) sebesar 97,6%, sedangkan sisanya 2,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. This research was motivated by the phenomenon that Operational Costs, Operational Income (BOPO) and Return On Assets (ROA) at BPRS HIK Parahyangan, 2020-2023 experienced fluctuating conditions. The aim of this research is to assess how much influence Operational Costs and Operational Income (BOPO) have on Return On Assets (ROA) at BPRS HIK Parahyangan in 2020-2023. The research method used is associative descriptive analysis with secondary population data collection in the financial reports of BPRS HIK Parahyangan. The sample is annual data on Operational Costs, Operational Income (BOPO) and Return On Assets (ROA) at BPRS HIK Parahyangan for 2017-2022, namely twelve data. The results of this research conclude that BOPO has a negative and significant effect on ROA at BPRS HIK Parahyangan. the results of the Coefficient of Determination which shows that the influence of the BOPO (X) variable on ROA is 97.6%, while the remaining 2.4% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.
