Abstract

The intention of this research is to examine the impact of workload on employee performance of PT. Semen Indonesia Logistik by using job burnout as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative research methods. The research participants were employees at PT. Semen Indonesia Logistik. Determination of the sample using saturated sample technique as many as 37 employees. Data collection using questionnaires distributed to employees. Statistical analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Squares 4.0 was used to test the hypothesis. Based on the research results, workload has a significant negative effect on employee performance. Workload also has a considerable impact on employee performance due to job burnout.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia berperan penting dalan memperkuat orgnisasi dan tim agar siap menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang muncul. Menghadapi tantangan tersebut, perusahaan dituntut untuk memiliki sumber daya manusia yang kompeten guna mendukung tujuan organisasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh perceived organizatinal support dan komunikasi interpersonal, terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 40 orang menjadi responden. Motode analisis data dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menjukkan bahwa adanya perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan,  serta komunikasi interpersonal berkontribusi dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of work discipline and training on the service quality of outsourcing employees at the Department of Transportation in Surabaya. This study is associative and employs a quantitative approach. The sample size of this research is 65 employees, using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through interviews and questionnaires. The analytical tool used is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The results of this study are: 1) training has a positive and significant effect on the service quality of outsourcing employees at the Department of Transportation in Surabaya, and 2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the service quality of outsourcing employees at the Department of Transportation in Surabaya.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi strategi pemasaran B21 Digital Printing menggunakan e-commerce Shopee, dengan fokus pada pemanfaatan fitur gratis ongkos kirim dan strategi penetapan harga kompetitif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis data melalui wawancara dengan anggota departemen Shopee B21 Digital Printing dan referensi dari literatur terkait. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan fitur gratis ongkos kirim Shopee secara signifikan meningkatkan daya saing B21 Digital Printing di pasar e-commerce dan memperluas jangkauan konsumen. Strategi penetapan harga yang mempertimbangkan harga pesaing juga berhasil menarik perhatian konsumen. Langkah-langkah ini diintegrasikan dengan baik melalui fitur "Naikkan Produk," partisipasi dalam kampanye promosi Shopee, variasi produk, dan penawaran voucher toko. Evaluasi menyeluruh menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran ini efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Kesimpulan penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang implementasi strategi pemasaran di e-commerce Shopee dan memberikan dasar untuk pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang lebih lanjut di masa depan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the problem of increasing turnover intention at PT. Renesola Distribution Indonesia. This research tries to analyze and determine how compensation and job satisfaction can be related to the increase of turnover intention of PT Renesola Distribution Indonesia employees. The data used in this research was obtained with purposive sampling method directed from PT. Renesola Distribution Indonesia production division worker class with a total of 50 employees, which the sample selection criteria is the same amount of compensation. The data method used is multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS 27. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the company employees. The results of this research show that the variables compensation and job satisfaction simultaneously have a negative effect on the employes turnover intention of PT Renesola Distribution Indonesia. The Compensation variable partially has a significant negative influence on employes turnover intention of PT Renesola Distribution Indonesia The partial job satisfaction variable has a significant negative influence on employes turnover intention of PT Renesola Distribution Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative method was used to obtain objective empirical data, with respondents as many as 51 outsourced employees (security) at PT XYZ. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire, then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. In addition, job satisfaction was shown to significantly mediate the relationship between compensation and organizational commitment. This suggests that adequate compensation can increase job satisfaction, which in turn strengthens commitment to the organization. These findings emphasize that companies need to pay attention to the quality of compensation and working conditions to maintain loyal and productive employees.

Abstract

Human resources are crucial to a company's success and smooth operation. In order to retain quality employees, create a conducive work environment, and improve employee welfare, companies must implement effective resource management strategies that reduce turnover intentions. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work stress on turnover intentions at PT. XYZ. A quantitative approach involving 63 production employees was used, obtained through saturated sampling techniques. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results reveal that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Additionally, work stress positively and significantly affects turnover intention. These findings suggest that the greater the workload, the greater the likelihood that employees will leave the company. Similarly, work stress, or pressure due to role demands, is the dominant factor in experiencing work stress and increasing turnover intention.
