Abstract

The Independent Learning Thematic Real Work Lecture or what is called (KKNT-MBKM) is one of the tri dharma of higher education whose function is as a means for community service. Community service in Jepara Village through this Real Work Lecture aims to take advantage of the potential of tourist villages in Jepara Village, Bubutan District, Surabaya. To optimize this potential, a tourism village development was held through the introduction of MSME products by holding a Culinary Bazaar Festival in the Jepara Village area. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type which aims to describe how the introduction of SMEs in Jepara Village through three stages, namely preparation of activities, implementation of activities, and reporting of activities. The results obtained from this study indicate that the introduction of MSME products sold at the culinary bazaar festival has increased sales. After this activity, it is hoped that local MSMEs in the Jepara region will have high competitiveness and have a wider (consumer) market share.

Abstract

The Belimbing Wuluh MSME is one of the leading SMEs in Sambiarum which produces food and beverages made from starfruit, Some of the processed products are nastar, mochi, and syrup. The Belimbing Wuluh SMEs sell their products only when they receive orders or are made by order, so public awareness or brand awareness of the presence of these SMEs still tends to be low. If you look at the current conditions, the problems that arise for Belimbing Wuluh SMEs still do not have a business identity. For this reason, the solution is to rebrand starting from the logo, packaging, and product photos, this is done to introduce their identity. Business identity is very important for business progress with logos, packaging, and product photos as one of the important elements in the application of branding. Branding has a purpose in terms of marketing a product, branding can show product quality that can be trusted and make consumers familiar with the brand. This study uses qualitative methods by conducting observations and interviews. The branding project aims to make products more known with their characteristics and stick in the minds of consumers in order to increase competitiveness and high sales.

Abstract

Pada industri pariwisata, daya saing produk wisata yang mencakup daya tarik wisata, aksesabilitas dan fasilitas pariwisata berpotensi meningkatkan daya saing usaha dan industri. Tetapi saat ini, ketiga komponen tersebut masih dianggap kurang sehingga memerlukan strategi ataupun model bisnis serta terobosan dalam pelaksanaannya. Value proposition design sebagai business model tool yang dapat membantu sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi untuk mengenal lebih dalam mengenai produk atau jasa yang akan dibuat atau dikembangkan dan menghubungkannya dengan keinginan pasar sehingga dapat tercipta value untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Konsep Value proposition design dinilai dapat diterapkan di Lokawisata Baturraden sebagai salah satu bagian industri pariwisata Indonesia. Value proposition design pada Lokawisata Baturraden diharapkan dapat menciptakan produk pariwisata yang sesuai dengan keinginan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai gambaran terhadap kondisi atau fenomena mengenai penerapan value proposition design pada Lokawisata Baturraden. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa customer jobs pada Lokawisata Baturraden adalah segmen yang murni berminat pada pengalaman alam (nature). Hal ini dikarenakan salah satu produk wisata yang ditawarkan Lokawisata Baturraden adalah keindahan alam. Customer pains yang dialami oleh customer Lokawisata Baturadden adalah kondisi Pandemi. Sedangkan Customer gains wisatawan di Lokawisata Baturraden adalah daya tarik, ketersediaan fasilitas, aksesabilitas dari destinasi wisata yang di presepsikan, serta tingkat harga destinasi wisata yang terjangkau. Value Map Lokawisata Baturraden terdiri oleh product and services dimana industri ini menawarkan kekayaan sumber daya alam dan budaya, pada pain relivers berisi kebijakan yang ditawarkan sebagai solusi untuk meminimalisir resiko keselamatan dan resiko wabah. Sedangkan gains creator berisi bagaimana kekayaan sumber daya alam dan budaya Lokawisata Baturraden membuat wisatawan mendapatkan customer gains. Abstract

This research aims to analyze how the use of digital strategies can increase of Indoesian Pepper exports. This resrearch using qualitative study methods and literature review methods as a basic for understanding the use digital strategy to provide pepper export. The results of this research can be used as recommendations for businesses, especially SMEs and for begginer exporter, to engage in pepper exports efficiently and effectively strategy.

Abstract

Assistance in community service programs with an entrepreneurial and creative economy scheme by the East Java National "Veteran" Development University in the Merdeka Learning KKN-T program - Merdeka Campus which aims to solve the problems faced by UMKM Opak Gambir Cahaya Kita which is engaged in selling light snacks, namely many competitors in the market and less related to brand awareness. The method used is to conduct a survey combined with interviews in addition to the Forum Group Discussion (FGD) combined with brainstorming and distributing questionnaires. The benefits of research are knowing the importance of brand awareness which affects brand awareness to consumers and the level of consumer purchasing power in the market, in addition to the successful rebranding of logos, stickers and packaging which will later be used by MSME assistance partners Opak Gambir Cahaya Kita after the mentoring program is carried out

Abstract

Sistem pembiayaan perdagangan untuk petani kecil dan pemilik usaha masih menghadapi permasalahan berupa kurangnya jaminan kredit dan kendala modal di era globalisasi ini. Di Indonesia, penurunan harga pada musim panen raya merupakan permasalahan yang sering terjadi di bidang pertanian. Karena kurangnya ruang penyimpanan dan biaya modal yang rendah, petani tidak dapat menyimpan hasil panennya untuk jangka waktu yang lama. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, pemerintah menyiapkan sistem resi gudang (SRG), kredit usaha rakyat, dan pasar lelang komoditas. Petani dapat melakukan panen di gudang yang disetujui dan menggunakan dokumen resi gudang sebagai jaminan untuk mendapatkan pinjaman bank berdasarkan SRG, sehingga mereka tidak perlu menjual produknya dengan cepat.Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memfasilitasi petani dalam mendapatkan akses pembiayaan yang lebih mudah dan terjangkau, Mengurangi risiko kerugian akibat fluktuasi harga beras dengan memberikan jaminan pendapatan melalui sistem resi gudang, sehingga petani dapat menjual hasil panen mereka pada waktu yang lebih menguntungkan. Hasil yang ingin dicapai dengan adanya skema ini diharapkan para petani dapat memperoleh pinjaman kredit bank dengan subsidi bunga dari pemerintah yang membuat pinjaman lebih terjangkau, sehingga meringankan beban biaya produksi, menjaga stok komoditi yang berkontribusi pada stabilitas harga, dan memfasilitasi petani dalam memperoleh komoditas berkualitas yang dapat meningkatkan nilai jual.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat melalui pendampingan program Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) merupakan salah satu program dari Bank BJB yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akses pembiayaan bagi masyarakat yang mempunyai atau ingin memulai udaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di sektor peternakan dan pertanian. Permasalahan umum yang sering terjadi adalah para peternak ini tidak memiliki modal untuk memulai usaha dan jika sudah panen para peternak akan lebih mudah untuk menjual hasil panen domba tersebut. Pemerintah kemudian menangani masalah tersebut dengan diadakan Program Kredit Usaha (KUR). Pendampingan untuk program KUR ini dilakukan melalui penyuluhan teknis, manajerial, dan keuangan, serta pemantauan berkelanjutan terhadap penggunaan dana KUR yang di terima. Dengan adanya KUR, maka peternak akan lebih mudah untuk mendapatkan modal awal untuk usaha, dan akan lebih mudah untuk menjual hasil panen domba tersebut,karena peternak bisa menjual hasil panen tersebut kepada mitra yang sudah bekerja sama dengan Bank BJB. Pendampingan intensif dari mitra kepada peternak juga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peternak mengenai pengelolaan keuangan, teknik budidaya, serta keberlanjutan usaha peternakan uang mereka bangun. Oleh karena itu, di perlukan sinergi antara pemerintah lembaga keuangan, dan masyarakat untuk memaksimalkan dampak positif dari program KUR terhadap kesejahteraan antara mitra dengan para peternak domba. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah, di harapkan pendampingan pemberian KUR ini dapat membantu para peternak dapat memperoleh pinjaman untuk modal usaha awal dari bank dengan subsidi bunga dari pemerintah yang jauh akan lebih ringan untuk peminjaman modal usaha awal.

Abstract

Inclusive and diverse communities are vital for sustainable development. Supporting people with disabilities through community initiatives is crucial. Social entrepreneurship can be an effective tool for empowering individuals with disabilities and raising public awareness about social and economic diversity. This community service project in the form of Sociopreneurship Exhibition at Taman Bungkul Surabaya brought together people with disabilities, entrepreneurs, and the community The aim of this activity was to foster direct interaction between entrepreneurs and the wider community, and to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of inclusivity and diversity in social and economic life. The exhibition successfully raised public awareness of social inclusion and diversity, connected people with disabilities and entrepreneurs, and created opportunities for public participation in inclusive economic activities. The exhibition's interactive activities helped the public understand the importance of inclusivity and encouraged collaboration between entrepreneurs and people with disabilities. This not only promoted businesses but also raised public awareness about the significance of social inclusion in economic and social life

Abstract

Organizational commitment is a key factor influencing a company's effectiveness and sustainability. PT PLN Nusantara Power UP Pacitan is a company engaged in power generation, transmission, and distribution. This study aims to explore the effect of workload and work discipline on organizational commitment, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable among employees of PT PLN Nusantara Power UP Pacitan. This research employs a quantitative method using a questionnaire for data collection. The study population consists of 247 employees, with a sample of 90 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis is conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results indicate that workload has a positive but insignificant effect on organizational commitment, while work discipline has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, workload significantly influences organizational commitment through job satisfaction, and work discipline also significantly affects organizational commitment through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract. The tourism sector, the economy, and the industries that support it have all been severely damaged by the worldwide pandemic. Several of the tourism industry's market segments, such as lodging, dining, and travel agencies, are at saturation. To maintain a sustainable competitive advantage and achieve the intended results, companies need to have a well-defined plan of action to navigate the constantly shifting business landscape. This study will examine the mediating role of organizational strategic orientation in the performance of travel agency companies in the face of environmental uncertainty. The data is collected via a questionnaire and then PLS-SEM analysis is performed. The results show that the choice of an organization's strategic orientation, which includes market and entrepreneurial orientations that can impact learning orientation and organizational performance of travel agency companies, is influenced by technology uncertainty. As a component of a vibrant and alluring travel industry, travel agency businesses must be flexible and inventive in the face of ongoing technological advancements. This can be achieved through organizational strategy orientation, which emphasizes market and entrepreneurial orientations to boost the performance of travel agency businesses.
