Hypertermi is a condition when an individual experiences or risks experiencing a continuous increase in body temperature of more than 37.8 ° C (100 ° F) orally or 38.9 ° C (101 ° F) per rectal due to external factors. Hypertermi is the onset of symptoms in a disease, which begins with an increase in body temperature in the patient, and the usual initial action is to do a warm compress because warm compresses can lower the body temperature of patients with hyperthermia. Knowledge is the result of knowing that happens after someone observes a particular object, while attitude is a feeling of support or partiality or a feeling of not supporting or not favoring the object. Nurses who provide nursing care should have knowledge, and a good attitude in lowering body temperature. The impact of a lack of knowledge, and the attitude of nurses will result in an optimal decrease in heat in patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nurses' knowledge and attitudes towards the action of warm compresses in hypetermic patients in the Aster Childhood Disease Room at TK.II Hospital Dr.AK. Gani Palembang. The design of this study is quantitative descriptively, while the number of samples is 19 people. Samples taken using nonprobability sampling technique with accidental sampling method, the data used is primary data using a questionnaire, the respondents studied were nurses in the Aster Room, the time of the study during August 2017. The results obtained that the level of good knowledge is 73 , 7% (14 people), and nurses who have positive attitudes as many as 16 people (84.2%). The advice that can be given is to further improve the knowledge and attitudes of nurses about the action of warm compresses. Keyword : Knowledge, Attitude, Hypertermi, Warm Compress

The rate of stroke incidence is about 200 per 100,000 people throughout the world. This study aims to determine the Relation Suffer Stroke With Independence Level In Neurology Polyclinic TK II DR Ak Gani Palembang Year Hospital 2017. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with cross sectional design that is done by interviewing techniques with questionnaires on 42 respondents with Accidental sampling technique. This research was conducted in August 2017. Data analysis used is univariate data analysis and bivariate data analysis with one way anova test result. The results of univariate analysis showed that the duration of the respondents suffering from stroke was between 2.10 years to 3.38 years. Also found that most respondents were at the level of independence f; independent, except bathing, dressing, moving, and one other function with a total of 12 respondents. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the long suffering stroke with the level of independence with the value of p value 0.025. For that the need for rehabilitation to patients and families of patients in order to help improve the independence of stroke patients in doing their daily activities. Peningkatan penyakit Diabetes Mellitus (DM), akan menyebabkan meningkat pula komplikasi dari DM salah satunya Diabetic Foot Ulcer di masyarakat. Peningkatan pengetahuan kader merupakan salah satu upaya mengurangi terjadinya Diabetic Foot Ulcer dimasyarakat, karena kader merupakan jembatan dari petugas kesehatan. Metode Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah deskripsi operasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional.Sampel pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebanyak 30 kader dan masyarakat di desa Burai , Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Tehnik pengambilan data melalui kuisioner Persepsi Kader Tentang Pemeriksaan Kaki Perawatan Kaki Dalam Pencegahan Diabetic Foot Ulcer yang dilakukan pada 10 Februari 2022. Pemberian edukasi dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab pada kader dan masyarakat dengan media poster dan setelah dilakukan edukasi diberikan leaflet,dan dilakukan kegiatan evaluasi dengan kuisioner Persepsi Kader Tentang Pemeriksaan Kaki Perawatan Kaki Dalam Pencegahan Diabetic Foot Ulcer.Hasil menunjukkan nilai rata rata pengetahuan kader dan masyarakat tentang pencegahan Diabetic Foot Ulcer pada pasien DM sebelum diberikan edukasi 7,17 dan setelah diberikan edukasi 14,03 standar deviasi sebelum dilakukan edukasi 1.02 dan setelah dilakukan intervensi 1,42. Kesimpulan pemberian edukasi dalam Pencegahan Diabetic Foot Ulcer Di Desa Burai dapai meningkatkan pengetahuan kader dan masyarakat.
