Abstract

Hypertermi is a condition when an individual experiences or risks experiencing a continuous increase in body temperature of more than 37.8 ° C (100 ° F) orally or 38.9 ° C (101 ° F) per rectal due to external factors. Hypertermi is the onset of symptoms in a disease, which begins with an increase in body temperature in the patient, and the usual initial action is to do a warm compress because warm compresses can lower the body temperature of patients with hyperthermia. Knowledge is the result of knowing that happens after someone observes a particular object, while attitude is a feeling of support or partiality or a feeling of not supporting or not favoring the object. Nurses who provide nursing care should have knowledge, and a good attitude in lowering body temperature. The impact of a lack of knowledge, and the attitude of nurses will result in an optimal decrease in heat in patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nurses' knowledge and attitudes towards the action of warm compresses in hypetermic patients in the Aster Childhood Disease Room at TK.II Hospital Dr.AK. Gani Palembang. The design of this study is quantitative descriptively, while the number of samples is 19 people. Samples taken using nonprobability sampling technique with accidental sampling method, the data used is primary data using a questionnaire, the respondents studied were nurses in the Aster Room, the time of the study during August 2017. The results obtained that the level of good knowledge is 73 , 7% (14 people), and nurses who have positive attitudes as many as 16 people (84.2%). The advice that can be given is to further improve the knowledge and attitudes of nurses about the action of warm compresses. Keyword : Knowledge, Attitude, Hypertermi, Warm Compress

Abstract

The rate of stroke incidence is about 200 per 100,000 people throughout the world. This study aims to determine the Relation Suffer Stroke With Independence Level In Neurology Polyclinic TK II DR Ak Gani Palembang Year Hospital 2017. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with cross sectional design that is done by interviewing techniques with questionnaires on 42 respondents with Accidental sampling technique. This research was conducted in August 2017. Data analysis used is univariate data analysis and bivariate data analysis with one way anova test result. The results of univariate analysis showed that the duration of the respondents suffering from stroke was between 2.10 years to 3.38 years. Also found that most respondents were at the level of independence f; independent, except bathing, dressing, moving, and one other function with a total of 12 respondents. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the long suffering stroke with the level of independence with the value of p value 0.025. For that the need for rehabilitation to patients and families of patients in order to help improve the independence of stroke patients in doing their daily activities. Abstract

Education is a basic right that every child in general must have without exception. Academic, social and emotional abilities can develop well through education. The curriculum used in Indonesia at the moment was the 2013 curriculum. One of the schools that carries out educational activities was the Extraordinary School (SLB). SLB was one of the place whom expected to develop the development of mentally retarded children. Through Special School, mentally retarded children got academic and non-academic education that suits their needs. One of the skills that must be taught is the ability to brush your teeth. Retarded students in the moderate category still find it difficult to brushed parts of teeth that were located inside such as right and left teeth and inner teeth. In addition to the position of the teeth, the frequency and time of tooth brushing was also a problem for the mentally retarded child. based on the activities that have been carried out, it appears that the ability of teachers to brush their teeth has improved, this is expected to help their students to brush their teeth properly.

Abstract

Luka  bakar adalah bentuk kerusakan dan/atau kehilangan jaringan akibat kontak dengan sumber panas dan suhu tinggi (seperti api, air panas, dll) atau suhu yang sangat rendah. Kini sedang dikembangkan terapi luka bakar melalui pemberian topikal ekstrak herbal. Daun Mangkokan (Nothopanax scutellarium) adalah salah satu herbal yang dapat digunakan untuk terapi luka bakar.             Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas ekstrak daun Mangkokan dalam bentuk sediaan salep terhadap penyembuhan luka bakar pada hewan uji yaitu tikus putih. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan melakukan proses ekstraksi daun Mangkokan (Nothopanax scutellarium), kemudian dilakukan skrining fitokimia untuk mengidentifikasi alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, dan tanin. Lalu dibuat salep ekstrak daun Mangkokan (Nothopanax scutellarium) dengan konsentrasi 50% dan 75%. Hewan uji yaitu tikus putih, sebelumnya sudah dipersiapkan selama 1 minggu sehingga hewan uji mampu beradaptasi. Dilakukan pembuatan luka bakar pada bagian punggung kanan tikus. Selanjutnya dilakukan penyembuhan luka bakar, disiapkan 4 kelompok hewan uji yaitu: K1: tidak diberi perlakuan (kontrol negatif); K2: Diberikan sediaan bioplacenton (kontrol positif); K3: diberikan sediaan salep ekstrak daun Mangkokan konsentrasi 50%; K4: diberikan sediaan salep ekstrak daun Mangkokan konsentrasi 75%. Pengolesan dilakukan secara merata 2 kali sehari, pagi dan sore, kemudian ditutup dengan kassa steril. Luka diamati selama 21 hari, setiap 3 hari sekali dengan mengamati secara makroskopik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian senyawa kimia terbukti bahwa ekstrak daun Mangkokan mengandung senyawa alkaloid, saponin, flavonoid dan tannin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada hari ke-21, pada kelompok KI keropeng sudah terkelupas semua namun daerah yang terkelupas masih terlihat basah, bentuk ukuran mengecil, daerah bekas luka masih terlihat kotor. Pada kelompok K2 dan K3, keropeng sudah terkelupas dan kering, ukuran mengecil, dan pada K4 keropeng sudah tidak terlihat, warna hampir merata dan ukuran sudah jauh lebih mengecil, bekas luka lebih bersih. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa salep ekstrak daun Mangkokan mempercepat penyembuhan luka bakar pada tikus putih.

Abstract

Jurnal merupakan salah satu sumber belajar yang menjadi referensi wajib bagi mahasiswa ditingkat perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan jurnal terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah anatomi fisiologi genetika dan neurologi pada mahasiswa semester 1 jurusan Pendidikan Luar Biasa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Padang. Jenis penelitian ini pre-eksperimental dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel penelitian adalah Mahasiswa Semester 1 Jurusan Pendidikan Luar Biasa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Padang Tahun Akademik 2019/2020 sebanyak 104 orang yang mengikuti mata kuliah Anatomi Fisiologi Genetika dan Neurologi. Hasil uji kolmogorov-smirnov menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal 0,255 (>0,05) sehingga uji bivariat yang digunakan yaitu Paired T Test. Hasil Paired T Test diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretest, yaitu 68,83 sedangkan pada posttest, terjadi peningkatan rerata hasil belajar 92,84. Selanjutnya, diperoleh hasil p value = 0,000 (p value = <0,05); hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan jurnal dalam belajar memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Melalui pengoptimalan pemanfaatan jurnal dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, hal itu sangat signifikan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

Indonesia has potential and prospects for developing the onion crop commodities show that a positive side of development, such as shallots and scallion commodity. Onion plants are one of the commodities that are intensively developed in West Kalimantan, one of the land used for cultivating this plant is alluvial soil. This research aims to determined the interaction between chicken manure and K fertilizer on the growth and yield of Allium chinense on alluvial soil. This research use a factorial completely randomized design (CRD). The first factor was chicken manure (p) which consisted of three levels  treatment that is, p1 = 10% weight of the soil equivalent to 800 g perpolybag, p2 = 20% weight of the soil equivalent to 1600 g perpolybag, and p3 = 30% weight of the soil equivalent to 2400 g perpolybag. Second factor is K fertilizer (k) which consists of three treatment levels, that is k1 = 175 kg / ha equivalent to 0.7 g perpolybag, k2 = 200 kg / ha equivalent to 0.8 g perpolybag and k3 = 225 kg / ha equivalent 0.9 g perpoly bag. The addictional observation variables in this research were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), number of tillers (fruit), number of tubers (fruit), plant wet weight (g) and plant dry weight (g). The results showed that the main factors of manure significantly affected the observation variables of plant height, number of leaves and plant wet weight. The factor of both K fertilizer and interaction of chicken manure and K fertilizer had no significant effect on all observation variables. Keywords: Allium chinense, Alluvial Soil ,Chicken manure, K Fertilizer.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the best concentration of banana corm manure to the growth and yield of celery plants on peat soil. This research was conducted in the experimental garden of Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University, Pontianak. The study took place from 05 February 2018 to 12 April 2018. The design of this study used a field experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments with 5 replications, each experimental unit consisting of 3 sample plants. The treatments were arranged in a series of manure concentration,  a1 = without addition of banana corm manure , a2 = concentration of banana corm manure 10% equals to 100 ml/liter, a3 = concentration of banana corm manure 20% equals to 200 ml/liter, a4 = concentration of banana corm manure 30% equals to 300 ml/liter and a5 = concentration of banana corm manure 40% equals to 400 ml/liter. The variables observed in this study were root volume, leaf chlorophyll, number of petiole, dry weight of plant and fresh weight of plant. The researh showed that the provision of liquid manure with 10% banana corm manure equivalent to 100 ml/liter is an efficient concentration that can increase the growth and yield of celery on peat soil. Keywords: Banana corm manure, Celery, Peat soil

Abstract

Orchid cattleya sp in phase seeds requires supply elements hara enough to growth and development .Adding to the confusion supply quite needs to be done to spawn orchid growing well developed .One alternative in the addition of the by doing hara fertilizing .Currently fertilizer available dipasaran had a composition of vary , so necessary testing fertilizer which appropriate to spawn orchid cattleya sp .This study attempts to get the library fertilizer leaves the best on the growth of seeds orchid cattleya sp .This research start in march to date 03-03 july 2018 in the garden experiment faculty agricultural tanjungpura pontianak university. Was used in the study design the experimental methods are random complete ( ral ) , consisting of 5 treatment and every treatment consisting of 5 deuteronomy and every unit consisting of 3 treatment plant sample the total sample obtained 75 plants .Treatment that is used is the type of fertilizer leaves where a: fertilizer super bionic , b: fertilizer bio sugih , c: fertilizer orchid booster premium , d: fertilizer top g2 , e: fertilizer green a tonic .Variable observed in this research is the addition of another long narrow leaves ( cm ) , number of leaves ( strands ) , the addition of another wide leaves ( cm ) and number of the root ( strands ) .Based on the research done it can be concluded that fertilizer a kind of green a tonic , super bionic and bio sugih can be used as a fertilizer for growth long narrow leaves , and number of leaves , seeds cattleya orchid sp .
