Abstract

Salah satau penyakit degeneratif yaitu hipertensi. Pada umumnya tekanan darah meningkat secara perlahan diringi bertambahnya usia. Hipertensi yang terjadi pada lansia disebabkan adanya perubahan gaya hidup dan bertambahnya usia, pengkonsumsian garam yang meningkat serta stress. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan one group pretest-posttest without control group yang dilakukan di posyandu lansia Tanjung Sengkuang kota Batam, dengan teknik sampel purposive sampling dengan jumlah 16 responden pada lansia dengan kriteria inklusi lansia yang mengalami hipertensi dan tidak megkonsumsi obat farmakologi sebagai penurun tekanan darah dan bersedia mengikuti perlakuan selama penelitian berlangsung serta tidak ada penyakit penyerta lain dan kriteria eksklusi yaitu lansia yang tidak melanjutkan perlakuan ditengah berjalannya penelitian. Responden diberikan rebusan daun seledri selama 5 hari berturut-turut pagi dan sore hari. Pengolahan data dengan uji unvariat untuk melihat gambaran umum pada responden dan bivariate untuk melihat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan dan menggunakan uji t-test. Pada uji t-test didapatkan hasil nilai p-value = 0.000 (a =0.05, p< a) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa didapatkan hasil yang signifikan pemberian air rebusan seledri terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia yang mengalami hipertensi. Berdasarkan dari hasil penilitian didapatkan bahwa adanya efektifitas rebusan seledri terhadap penderita hipertensi pada lansia di posyandu lansia Tanjung Sengkuang Kota Batam Tahun 2022. Abstract

This research aims to determine educational problems at the Ranjeng 2 Elementary School, Indramayu Regency which has implemented the Merdeka Curriculum. The method that researchers used was the observation method, as well as interviews for teachers and questionnaires for students. This research uses data collection that utilizes interview techniques and documentation techniques, and analysis is carried out using data triangulation and method triangulation. Interviews were conducted with several sources who were considered to be directly affected by the changes to the independent curriculum that were being implemented in schools and were only specifically for class VI students. The conclusion from the results of this research is that changes in the curriculum have caused some confusion for the majority of teachers who teach science learning in class VI with an independent curriculum. The lack of direct guidance from the government regarding the implementation of the independent curriculum means that teachers can only imitate driving schools that have implemented the independent curriculum with direct direction from the government. The number of educators to foster the implementation of the independent curriculum in class VI is also considered insufficient so that many teachers feel overwhelmed, and even have to sacrifice mentoring hours for teaching schedules in other classes, where the existing schedules conflict. Teachers also feel that the implementation of project learning has several positive and negative impacts on students. The positive impact is that students have abilities that are honed by technological advances, while the negative is that students will get bored because project learning is carried out consecutively for two weeks without any material learning.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Burnout is a condition of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion often experienced by healthcare workers due to high work pressure. Nurses working in intensive care units... Care Unit (ICU) has a high risk of experiencing burnout due to complex work demands and responsibilities in caring for critical patients. Burnout in nurses can affect the quality of nursing care provided to patients. This study aims to determine the relationship between the burnout level of ICU nurses and the quality of nursing care in critical patients. The study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach . The study sample consisted of 50 ICU nurses selected using a total sampling technique. Burnout was measured using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) questionnaire, while the quality of nursing care was assessed through a standard nursing service observation sheet. Data analysis used the chi-square test . The results showed that nurses with high burnout levels had lower quality of nursing care than nurses with low burnout levels. The statistical test results showed a p value = 0.021 (p < 0.05). It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the burnout level of ICU nurses and the quality of nursing care in critical patients. Abstract

Background: Peningkatan kompetensi guru sekolah dasar dalam penguasaan Bahasa Inggris menjadi kebutuhan mendesak seiring kebijakan pemerintah yang menetapkan Bahasa Inggris sebagai mata pelajaran wajib di tingkat SD mulai tahun 2027. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas guru SDN Klampok 01 Kabupaten Brebes melalui pendekatan immersive learning berbasis kearifan lokal. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah community-based participatory approach dengan melibatkan 20 guru sebagai subjek utama. Program dilaksanakan selama delapan bulan melalui lima tahapan: sosialisasi dan identifikasi mentor sejawat, pelatihan Bahasa Inggris, pendampingan implementasi, penguatan komunitas belajar guru (Kombel Damar Wulan), serta evaluasi capaian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, refleksi, dan angket kepuasan, dengan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil: Kegiatan menunjukkan rata-rata keberhasilan pelatihan sebesar 86% dengan capaian tertinggi pada praktik bersama siswa (90%), pemasangan 55 signage dan poster bilingual di area sekolah, serta penguatan Kombel Damar Wulan sebagai pusat refleksi profesional guru. Survei kepuasan memperoleh skor 4,74 (94,7%), menunjukkan program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi guru, tetapi juga mengonsolidasikan ekosistem sekolah imersif. Kesimpulan: Intervensi serupa berpotensi untuk diterapkan di sekolah dasar lain melalui penerapan pendekatan immersive learning yang sejenis.
