Abstract

Pembelajaran kooperatif adalah pembelajaran yang secara sadar dan sengaja mengembangkan interaksi di antara siswa serta guru. Pembelajaran ini pun memberikan kesadaran akan adanya perbedaan, sehingga menghindari ketersinggungan dan kesalahpahaman yang dapat menimbulkan permusuhan, sebagai latihan hidup di masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom action research). Menurut Hopkins yang dikutip dari buku Rochiati Wiriaatmadja, penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) adalah penelitian yang mengkombinasikan prosedur penelitian dengan tindakan substantif, atau suatu usaha seseorang untuk memahami apa yang sedang terjadi, sambil terlibat dalam sebuah proses perbaikan dan perubahan. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Muara Ilmu yang berada di Jl. H. Kenan No. 135 RT 02/12 Bojongsari, Depok pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2018/2019, pada bulan April 2019. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Muara Ilmu Bojongsari. Penelitian tindakan dilakukan dengan dua siklus, yaitu pra siklus dan siklus pertama. Setiap siklus pada penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa kegiatan yang meliputi perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, dan observasi serta refleksi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Model pemebelajaran cooperatif script dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) materi  ikhlas, sabar dan pemaaf siswa kelas VII di SMP Muara Ilmu tahun pelajaran 2018-2019. Terlihat hasil pembelajaran pada pra siklus adalah 41,25 menjadi 80,50, sedangkan jumlah rata-rata nilai tes pada pra siklus sebesar 4,13 meningkat pada siklus I yaitu sebesar 8,05

Abstract

Staphylococcus aureus becomes a normal flora in humans, especially on the skin and in the nose. However, if it becomes excessive or if there are pathogenic variants, it can cause various health problems. The purpose of the study is to develop a molecular-based detection method for Staphylococcus aureus using the norA primer gene. The norA gene in Staphylococcus aureus is known to play a role in pathogenesis with its antibiotic resistance ability. This type of research is analytical observational with a cross-sectional method. The methods in the study include the isolation and identification of Staphylococcus aureus from healthcare facility equipment. Isolation and identification include bacterial isolation using Blood Agar Plate (BAP) media; isolate purification, Gram staining; biochemical tests using Mannitol Salt Agar (MSA) media, glucose tests, Voges Proskauer (VP) tests, catalase tests, and coagulase tests. Furthermore, S. aureus isolates were tested using a molecular-based method, namely Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). This method includes DNA isolation stages, qualitative testing with agarose gel electrophoresis, semi-quantitative testing with image J software, amplification with Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) using norA gene primers. The Mann-Whitney test results gave a value of p = 0.334 (p> 0.05) indicating the suitability between the culture method and the PCR method with the developed protocol in detecting Staphylococcus aureus. The developed method includes the use of base sequences in the norA gene primer, optimization of annealing and extension temperatures, and the concentration of DNA templates used.

Abstract

Consumer protection is all efforts to ensure legal certainty for consumers. These efforts are firm actions and regulations made by the Government to overcome losses and problems between business actors and consumers. The President formed a special institution to supervise and regulate systems related to safety and standards for both food and medicine, including cosmetics. The circulation of cosmetics, especially facial makeup products, is increasing along with the needs of the community to appear more beautiful and attractive. However, often unscrupulous business actors make cosmetic products from hazardous materials that have a bad impact on the body. This of course raises concerns and unrest in the community. It is hoped that the existence of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) can overcome the circulation of hazardous cosmetics and prevent losses that will occur to the community and provide firm and binding sanctions for violators of the Law. Perlindungan konsumen adalah segala upaya untuk menjamin kepastian hukum kepada konsumen. Upaya tersebut adalah tindakan dan aturan tegas yang dibuat oleh Pemerintah untuk menanggulangi adanya kerugian dan permasalahan antara pelaku usaha dan konsumen. Presiden membentuk lembaga khusus untuk mengawasi dan mengatur sistem terkait keamanan dan standar baik dalam makanan dan juga obat-obatan termasuk di dalamnya adalah kosmetik. Peredaran kosmetik terutama produk riasan wajah semakin meningkat seiring dengan kebutuhan masyarakat untuk terlihat lebih cantik dan menarik. Namun oknum pengusaha sering sekali membuat produk kosmetik dari bahan berbahaya yang memiliki dampak yang buruk bagi tubuh. Hal ini tentu saja menyebabkan kekhawatiran dan keresahan pada masyarakat. Diharapkan dengan adanya Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) dapat menanggulangi beredarnya kosmetik berbahaya dan mencegah kerusakan yang akan terjadi pada masyarakat dan memberikan sanksi yang tegas dan terikat bagi pelanggar Undang-Undang.
