Abstract

Twitter is a very popular microblog, where users can search for various information, current news, celebrity posts, and hot topics. Indonesia is ranked 5th for the most Twitter users. The large number of users makes Twitter used for the benefit of certain parties with bad goals, such as spreading fake news using fake accounts. Fake accounts are often used by several parties to spread fake news, therefore the spread of fake news must be immediately limited to minimize the negative impact caused by fake news. For this reason, this research is written with the aim of being able to classify fake and genuine Twitter accounts. In this study, using data mining techniques that are closely related to big data in decision making by applying the Naive Bayes method. Naïve Bayes is one of the most widely used classification methods because it has good accuracy and faster computation time. The classification process uses nine parameters, namely based on the Profile Created, Favorite Count, Follower Count, Following Count, Geo Enabled, Follower Rate, Following Rate, Follower Following Ratio, Verified. This study uses 210 datasets of twitter accounts that spread fake news, the result is that Naïve Bayes works very promising  in the classification of fake twitter accounts and in the testing process using 5% of training set produces an accuracy of 80%.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of competence, work performance, and work experience on the career development of employees in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in South Sulawesi Province. The sample for this study comprised 142 respondents who were civil servants employed at the Regional Office. To address the research objective, the author employed the multiple linear regression analysis technique with the aid of SPSS software. The findings of this study provide empirical evidence of the positive and significant influence of competence, work performance, and work experience on the career development of employees in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in South Sulawesi Province. These results underscore the importance of enhancing competence, improving work performance, and acquiring relevant work experience as pivotal factors in advancing the careers of employees within this organizational context. The implications of this research highlight the need for organizations to prioritize competence development programs, performance management systems, and opportunities for employees to gain diverse work experiences. By investing in these areas, organizations can foster the professional growth and career advancement of their employees in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in South Sulawesi Province. Future research can further explore additional variables or contexts to gain a comprehensive understanding of career development within the ministry and provide valuable insights for effective human resource management practices.

Abstract

This paper aims to assess the understanding and attitudes of youth towards energy conservation in Nepal and Indonesia. This research used a quantitative mixed methods approach, including questionnaires and focus group discussions with 101 Nepalese and Indonesian respondents. Qualitative data was obtained from the results of FGDs with 15 respondents from each country. The results show that the training has greatly impacted understanding related to energy conservation. Before being given the training, the level of awareness was 38%. After being given the training, it increased to 65%. The results of the FGD also show that this awareness program has opened the participants' eyes to become aware of energy saving and energy conservation, including water conservation. The study concludes that empowering young people to take action is critical to achieving sustainable energy consumption and highlights the importance of targeting consumer behavior to achieve sustainable energy savings and encourage sustainable consumption patterns. This study also provides insight into the potential of young people to encourage wise energy behavior throughout society and contribute to achieving sustainable energy consumption.

Abstract

This study aims to improve Javanese speaking skills through cooperative play in 45-year-old children at TK Negeri 1 Kretek. The type of research used in this study is Classroom Action Research (PTK) or Classroom Action Research collaboratively with teachers. This research was conducted in Group A of TK Negeri 1 Kretek with 15 children, consisting of 8 boys and 7 girls. The data collection methods used are observation and photo documentation. This study analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The observations used were preliminary data on the ability to speak Javanese pre-action on the criteria developed very well with a percentage of 6%. After the implementation of cycle I actions on the criteria developed very well, increasing by a percentage of 33%. After the second cycle, the criteria developed very well, experiencing a significant increase of 80% ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara bahasa Jawa melalui cooperative play pada anak usia 45 tahun di TK Negeri 1 Kretek. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) atau Classroom Action Research secara kolaboratif dengan guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelompok A TK Negeri 1 Kretek dengan jumlah anak ada 15 anak, terdiri dari 8 anak lakilaki dan 7 anak perempuan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi foto. Penelitian ini menganalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil observasi yang digunakan berupa data awal kemampuan berbicara bahasa Jawa pra tindakan pada kriteria berkembang sangat baik dengan persentase 6%. Setelah dilakukan pelaksanaan tindakan siklus I pada kriteria berkembang sangat baik meningkat dengan persentase 33%. Setelah dilakukan siklus II kriteria berkembang sangat baik mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan yaitu 80%

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Promotion on the Performance of BRI Maros Branch Office employees. This study uses Quantitative Descriptive, with 39 respondents. The data analysis method uses Multiple Linear Analysis. The results indicate that OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Job Promotion does not have a significant effect on employee performance, and then OCB and Job Promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BRI Maros Branch Office employees. The effect of promotion on performance is highly dependent on various factors, including how the promotion itself is performed, expectations related to the promotion, and the characteristics of the individual being promoted. BRI Maros Branch Office employees are a model of employees who always seek satisfaction in their work without being too focused on external rewards. Improving performance is not just about promotion or external recognition. Working well consistently can bring long-term benefits in a career and make employees into better professionals.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are traditional Islamic educational institutions in which religious values are taught as guidelines to be applied in everyday life. Islamic boarding schools are also analogous to enterprise in which there must be a business process to achieve the objectives of the establishment of boarding schools themselves. The design of business processes in Islamic boarding schools may be able to produce the desired results but sometimes it is not in accordance with the desired costs or desired time. These problems can be overcome by running a business process simulation, which aims to help the analysis and understanding of business process models. Anylogic is used in this study to simulate the boarding school business processes and use the Business Process Improvement (BPI) method to analyze problems in business processes and methods BPMN (Business Process and Notation Model) as a tool to describe or create business process flow models in graphical form.

Abstract

Indonesia is intensifying the acceleration of halal certification in Indonesia to realize Indonesia as the Number 1 Halal Food and Beverage Producer in the world, and this hope is targeted to be carried out in 2024. Through this acceleration program, it directly has a positive implication in accelerating the inclusion of strengthening halal literacy in society. This study examines the Correlation of Government Policy, Halal Awareness and Compensation on Halal Product Companion Competence: Human Resource Development as an Intervening Variable. The research method uses Quantitative Descriptive, with 50 respondents. The results of the study indicate that Government Policy has a negative and insignificant effect on P3H Competence, Halal Awareness has a negative or indirect and insignificant effect on P3H Competence. Compensation has a positive or indirect but insignificant effect on P3H Competence. Government Policy has a positive or indirect but insignificant effect on P3H Human Resource Development. Halal Awareness has a positive or indirect and significant effect on P3H Human Resource Development. Compensation has a positive or indirect and significant effect on P3H Human Resource Development. Human resource development has a positive or unidirectional and significant effect on P3H Competence. The indirect effect of Government Policy through Human Resource Development on P3H Competence is positive but not significant. The indirect effect of Halal Awareness through Human Resource Development on P3H Competence is positive but not significant. The indirect effect of Compensation through Human Resource Development on P3H Competence is positive but not significant.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki keanekaragaman hayati laut tertinggi di dunia dengan sekitar 569 spesies dan 83 genus karang batu (stony coral ) yang mencakup 69% spesies dan 76% genus dari total karang batu global. Namun terumbu karang sangat rentan terhadap perubahan iklim. Faktor lingkungan dapat merusak fotosistem II, menyebabkan hilangnya alga simbiotiknya dan tampak memutih. Penerapan model Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Bag of Features (BoF) dilakukan sebagai solusi AI untuk mengklasifikasikan kondisi terumbu karang. Namun, pendekatan ini mengandalkan ekstraksi fitur manual dan memerlukan alur kerja yang lebih kompleks dibandingkan metode pembelajaran mendalam end-to-end seperti CoralNet, InceptionV3, dan MobileNetV 2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisis kinerja analisis dari model ketiga tersebut dalam mengklasifikasikan kondisi terumbu dalam kelas sehat, diputihkan, dan mati . MobileNetV2 memberikan hasil terbaik dengan akurasi pelatihan 97%, validasi 88%, dan pengujian 89% untuk klasifikasi terumbu karang.
