Abstract

Kata Kajian tentang Islam kultural di Sulsel belum pernah dilakukan secara mendalam, padahal kajian semacam ini sangat penting sebagai bagian dari upaya pengarusutamaan Islam moderat di Indonesia. Kajian ini bertujuan (i) menjelaskan hubungan Islam dan budaya lokal dan melihat realitasnya dalam praktik kehidupan masyarakat Sulsel; (ii) menjelaskan peran sentral ulama dalam diseminasi dan inkulturasi Islam kultural. Tulisan ini merupakan kajian kepustakaan yang lebih banyak bertumpu pada hasil penelitian penulis sendiri selama ini. Analisis kajian ditekankan pada analisis isi dengan menggali kembali substansi hasil penelitian dan pemikiran pakar di bidang hubungan Islam dan budaya. Kajian menemukan (i) Islam kultural di Sulsel, yang tersimpul dalam apa yang disebut budaya panngaderreng (Bugis) atau panngadakkang (Makassar), sebagai sebuah model perjumpaan yang saling mengisi antara Islam dan budaya; (ii) Ulama berperan menjaga keseimbangan antara Islam dan budaya dengan menyerap nilai-nilai dari keduanya. Pesantren merupakan salah satu lembaga yang memiliki peran strategis bagi ulama dalam menyemaikan dan mengembangkan Islam kultural.

Abstract

This article aims to discover the modern era's learning methods according to Muhammad Obaidat and Hamadna. This research method uses library research, there are two sources of data in this study, first primary and secondary sources. Data analysis in this study used analysis content. This research refers to the book: Mafaahimu Tadriisi Fii Ngasri Al-Hadiisi as a primary source, the author chose the book because it discusses learning methods in the modern era. As for secondary sources, the author uses related journals and books. This research resulted in 6 points that there are learning methods in Education that can be used in learning in the modern era, namely project methods, assignment methods, field visit methods, survey methods, conceptual maps, and play while learning methods. This method contributes positively to student learning and improves the quality of educators in teaching, besides that educators and students interact with each other with learning content more dynamically and effectively.

Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) pada tanggal 12 Maret 2020 mengumumkan Covid-19 sebagai pandemik. Virus ini dapat ditularkan dari manusia ke manusia. Di Kabupaten Bogor setiap harinya kasus meningkat, serta wilayah zona hijau di Kabupaten Bogor kini hanya 2 kecamatan, 6 kecamatan berstatus zona orang dan 40 kecamatan berstatus zona merah. Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk memutus rantai penyebaran virus ini baik berupa pengembangan vaksin, mengedukasi masyarakat mengenai prokes 5M, bantuan sosial akibat dampak Covid 19, dan lain sebagainya. Langkanya produk pencuci tangan ditengah ancaman pandemi Program studi Biologi, Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia (UAI) berperan dalam pencegahan covid.19 dengan melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Jampang. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi sosialisasi pencegahan Covid 19, berupa penyebaran brosur, spanduk, pembuatan, dan pendistribusian hand sanitizer ke lingkungan pelayanan umum di Desa Jampang. Pendistribusian hand sanitizer di wilayah Desa Jampang meliputi 10 lokasi yaitu kantor Desa Jampang, kantor kecamatan, puskesmas kecamatan, masjid Al Hidayah, masjid An Nuur, Puskesmas Jampang, klinik Shalahuddin, RST Dompet Dhuafa, lembaga Insani Dompet Dhuafa, Koperasi Syariah Pelita Jampang Gemilang. Pendistribusian ini dibarengi dengan upaya edukasi yaitu dengan melakukan sosialisasi adaptasi kebiasaan baru, pentingnya memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menggunakan hand sanitizer, menjaga jarak untuk mencegah covid 19 dengan pemasangan spanduk dan penyebaran brosur. Setiap instansi mendapatkan 1 dirigen hand sanitizer ukuran 5 liter, 1 botol hand sanitizer ukuran 1liter dan 20 botol hand sanitizer ukuran 60 ml, spanduk dan brosur. Dari kegiatan ini masyarakat mengetahui manfaat hand sanitizer dan dapat menggunakan hand sanitizer secara baik dan benar sehingga dapat memutus rantai covid 19.Kata kunci: Hand sanitizer, Desa Jampang, Covid 19

Abstract

Digital marketing is essential for SMEs to achieve and maintain a competitive advantage. This study investigates the influence of digital marketing literacy and employee engagement in digital marketing campaigns on marketing performance, with internal marketing culture, government policy, and market competitiveness as moderating factors. The research uses a quantitative survey method, targeting SMEs in West Java active in digital marketing. Purposive sampling yielded 240 respondents. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using Smart PLS 3 to test the relationships in the conceptual model. Results indicate that digital marketing literacy does not significantly impact marketing performance. However, employee engagement in digital marketing campaigns positively and significantly affects marketing performance. Internal marketing culture enhances the impact of digital marketing literacy and employee engagement on marketing performance. Government policy and market competitiveness do not significantly moderate the effect of digital marketing literacy on marketing performance, but market competitiveness does moderate the impact of employee engagement on marketing performance. This study uncovers new insights about how digital marketing works in SMEs and concludes by recognizing the crucial influence of employee involvement on enhancing marketing performance. This can be a significant advantage in SMEs; visibility and competitiveness are points to always consider, and involving employees in digital marketing efforts is one of them.

Abstract

Madrasah should seize the opportunities offered by E-learning to enhance the quality of education and prepare students for the digital era. E-learning in the age of digitalization has proven to be an effective alternative in providing accessibility and flexibility in learning. This research aims to investigate and analyze the strategies of E-learning implemented in madrasah, with a focus on the case of MTsN Al Azhar. The study utilizes a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and document studies. The analysis techniques employed involve three processes: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that 1). the madrasah has successfully adopted and implemented E-learning strategies. 2). The implementation of E-learning in MTsN Al Azhar has several advantages, such as flexible accessibility for students, increased student engagement and participation in learning, and access to a wider range of learning resources through digital platforms. 3). The strategies employed by the madrasah head in implementing E-learning include the development of plans and visions, resource development, involvement of teachers and education personnel, establishment of an E-learning Management team, and collaboration with madrasah stakeholders. 4). However, there are challenges to overcome, including limited technology infrastructure, teacher readiness in adopting technology, and managing online interactions between teachers and students.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the educational management of MAN IC Sorong as a superior madrasa that the supporting community can be proud of, with the hope that the results can be used as input in improving the quality of its management towards equality with the quality of the previous MAN IC. The result is that MAN IC Sorong needs a breakthrough to achieve the five advantages that were the main targets of its establishment. Efforts are needed to achieve this, through increasing commitment to developing curriculum and learning towards quality standards above national education standards, emphasizing the choice of local excellence typical of MAN IC Sorong, improving information and communication technology-based learning management, showing more of a spirit of excellence in daily activities such as which is ordered by MAN IC's vision, maximizing the use of available learning facilities, improving dormitory management to be more professional, and improving the daily process of mastering English and Arabic in the madrasah community. That is why strengthening management, especially in the aspect of developing collaborative networks with various related parties, is a priority for improvement as well as ensuring that native West Papuan students receive special quota allocations as an answer to the doubts of the local community and government in supporting the existence of superior Madrasahs in the Papua region.
