Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the ijarah financing model for farmers’ capital with a post-harvest return system at BMT Maslahah Cabang Krucil. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. One of the financing products offered by BMT Maslahah Cabang Krucil is ijarah financing with a post-harvest repayment system whose aim is to make it easier for farmers to obtain capital. Members who borrow capital with a post-harvest repayment system can return the capital they have borrowed in several harvests and the collateral required is also not that difficult, but BMT Maslahah The Krucil Branch continues to apply caution in providing loans. So this is one of the factors of public interest in ijarah financing with a post-harvest repayment system and at BMT Maslahah, the Krucil Branch does not apply an interest system but applies a profit sharing system. Where members can pay profit sharing. At the beginning of the loan period or paying in installments every month but cannot pay in full at the end of the due date.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has transformed trade, especially with the rise of e-commerce, which accelerates transactions and promotes the global digital economy. However, this shift has also introduced risks for consumers, such as receiving items that do not match advertisements or encountering scams, where businesses fail to deliver purchased goods. In Indonesia, consumer protection laws, particularly Law No. 8/1999 on Consumer Protection and the amended Law No. 11/2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions, aim to safeguard consumers and address these challenges amid the evolving e-commerce landscape. This research aims to examine the juridical aspects of consumer protection in e-commerce transactions in Indonesia, focusing on the legal framework governing consumer rights, challenges in the implementation of the law, as well as proposed solutions to improve the consumer protection system. This research is a normative legal research to address a legal problem by determining legal principles and relevant legal rules as a solution to legal problems that become research objects. The research findings indicated that consumer legal protection, as established by the 1999 Consumer Protection Law, protects consumers against scams, misleading terms, and product discrepancies, especially in e-commerce, to ensure trust, security, and fair practices amid the rise of digital transactions. Furthermore, effective legal protection of consumers is necessary to overcome various unfair practices in transactions, especially in this evolving digital era.

Abstract

This research is to examine Public Service Improvement using the Cathcment Area model based on governance 4.0.  The implementation of e-government has experienced challenges since the growth of the industrial era 4.0. The development of technology is so rapid and unstoppable. Digitalisation is starting to enter the cracks of our daily lives. The Catchment Area perspective in this study is an important factor to see the efficiency and effectiveness of services to the community in local government administration based on governance 4.0. The research locus is Sidoarjo Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach. Research focus (1). Identifying factors that affect service quality. Research Results: factors that can affect the catchment area include the function of the region on the condition of the regional economy and also the national economy which is unique in nature, tax sources that can be explored potentially and in real terms to be able to achieve balance between various regions, the efficiency and effectiveness of services to the community in an area that is seen based on the optimal area for the service itself, participation that can be achieved effectively and mutual supervision between citizens and local bureaucracy.

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual merupakan tindakan yang melibatkan eksploitasi seksual tanpa persetujuan korban, termasuk dalam bentuk pemaksaan, pelecehan, atau penganiayaan seksual yang dapat berdampak buruk pada kesehatan fisik dan psikologis korban. Terdapat dua kategori utama kekerasan seksual: familia abuse, yang terjadi dalam lingkup keluarga, dan extra familia abuse, yang melibatkan pelaku di luar keluarga. Dampak dari kekerasan seksual sangat luas, mencakup masalah fisik, psikologis, sosial, dan pendidikan, serta dapat menciptakan trauma berkepanjangan. Pencegahan kekerasan seksual melalui pendidikan seks yang tepat, baik dalam konteks keluarga maupun pendidikan formal, merupakan langkah penting untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan perlindungan yang memadai. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa KKP UIN Mataram bekerja sama dengan pihak SMPN 1 Pringgasela melaksanakan sosialisasi sekolah ramah perempuan dalam upaya mencegah terjadinya kekerasan seksual. Kegiatan ini bertempat di lapangan  SMPN 1 Pringgsela dan dihadiri oleh seluruh siswa dan guru.  Dalam pandangan Islam, pendidikan seks harus seimbang antara pengetahuan seksual dan nilai-nilai agama, mengajarkan kesucian diri, adab pergaulan, dan tanggung jawab untuk melindungi diri dari kekerasan seksual.

Abstract

Good financial management is a crucial factor in the success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which contribute significantly to the Indonesian economy. However, many MSMEs, including those managed by Yayasan Darul Anwar Banten, need help in structured financial recording, which impacts cash flow management and business decision-making. This research aims to provide counseling and training on effective, simple financial record-keeping for MSMEs. The methods used include interviews, lectures, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests to measure participants' understanding. The training results showed that 80% of participants experienced increased knowledge about recording and preparing financial statements. The conclusion of this activity emphasizes the importance of continuous training in financial management to improve the operational efficiency of MSMEs. Suggestions include the need for constant counseling and soft skills development to support the ability of MSMEs to face industry challenges

Abstract

Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi. Metode yang digunakan pada Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berupa ekspositori yaitu penyampaian materi secara verbal dan inquiry yaitu pembelajaran yang menekankan pada proses berpikir kritis dan analitis terkait kelimuan akuntansi dan manajemen pemasaran dengan pemahaman mendalam terkait materi bagaimana menentukan masa depan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang diperoleh adalah bertambahnya keilmuan bagi para anggota dan ketua Bank Sampah Griya Asri Pamulang, terutama dilihat dari segi menghitung nilai pendapatan dimulai dari menghitung biaya produksi sampai dengan harga pokok dari produk tersebut, selain itu dari memanfaatkan limbah sampah tersebut, diharapkan mereka lebih bisa mengubah paradigma masyarakat untuk memaknai sampah sebagai sesuatu yang mempunyai nilai untuk dimanfaatkan kembali sekaligus mengurangi jumlah sampah nasional. Pada bank sampah, sampah organik akan didaur ulang menjadi kompos. Sementara sampah non-organik akan diolah kembali agar bisa bermanfaat secara ekonomis. Pembangunan bank sampah, juga dapat menjadi momentum untuk membina kesadaran kolektif masyarakat untuk memulai memilah, mendaur ulang, dan memanfaatkan sampah, karena sampah ternyata mempunyai nilai jual yang cukup baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Archive Management System at the Representative Office of the National Family Planning Population Agency (BKKBN) of South Sulawesi Province. To achieve this goal, the researchers used data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data that has been obtained from the research results are processed using qualitative analysis with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the results of the study were processed using data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study show that the Archives Management System at the Representative Office of the National Family Planning Population Agency (BKKBN) of South Sulawesi Province is seen from Ahmad Saransi's Archive Management (2014), namely: (1) Creation of Archives, (2) Arrangement/Storage of Archives, (3) Borrowing Archives, (4) Rediscovery of Archives, (5) Maintenance of Archives, (6) Shrinkage of Archives shows optimal results. The assessment of the Archives Management System is seen from the observations of researchers and the results of interviews between researchers and informants, so it can be concluded that this archive management can be said to be going well. This is proven by the existence of human resources who are experts in managing archives consisting of young archivists, first-time archivists and skilled archivists and are supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure so that the archive management becomes optimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of tax aggressiveness, debt policy, and financial performance on the value of companies in the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018-2023. In this study, 72 samples from 12 companies were sampled using the purposive sampling method and observed for 6 years. In this study, the multiple linear regression analysis technique is used in the application of e-views 9. The results show that tax aggressiveness, debt policy, and financial performance have a simultaneous effect on the company's value. Tax aggressiveness has a positive effect on the company's value, as investors consider the extent to which a company complies with its tax obligations. Companies exhibiting high levels of tax aggressiveness are often perceived as riskier, prompting investors to exercise greater caution in their investment decisions. Debt has a positive effect on the company's value, as there is a strong relationship between the two. The more optimal the debt policy implemented by management, the more positively investors perceive the firm. A well-managed debt policy tends to enhance firm value by reflecting capital structure efficiency and the firm's ability to manage financial risk. Financial performance does not affect the company's value.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in driving the local economy, yet many still struggle with effective financial management due to a lack of basic bookkeeping skills. This community service activity (PKM), titled "Simple Bookkeeping to Improve the Efficiency and Effectiveness of Financial Management for UMKM Jawara Bojongsari", aimed to address these challenges by equipping MSME actors with practical knowledge of simple financial recording methods. The program was conducted in April 2025 in Bojongsari Subdistrict, Depok City, and involved 15 lecturers from Universitas Pamulang as facilitators. A total of 25 MSME participants from the Jawara (Jaringan Wirausaha) Bojongsari network took part in the training. The implementation methods included material presentations, hands-on practice, group discussions, and Q&A sessions. As a result, participants gained a better understanding of financial recording practices such as income and expense tracking, ledger preparation, and basic financial planning. The activity significantly increased participants' financial awareness and confidence in managing their businesses. This PKM program demonstrated that structured and practical financial education can contribute positively to improving the financial literacy and operational efficiency of local MSMEs.
