Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee morale How the productivity of employees at PT. Angkasa Pura Logistic Branch Makassar, the study was conducted during two months at PT. Angkasa Pura Logistic Makassar. The method used is Validity and Reliability. From the results of this study to test the validity (validity) and reliability testing (keterhandalan) of the items on all the variables, shows that there are validity and reliability. Because of the correlation coefficient values ??that qualify valid and reliable at the critical value. As such items are used as a gauge for each variable in this study is used as a measuring tool worthy of study. The results of this study also showed that knowledge and understanding of the spirit of the work is an effective tool to determine the wishes of the employees themselves. Individual needs (X1), expectations of the individual (X2), fair treatment (X3) and clarity of purpose (X4) has a very important role for employees in the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is whether the organizational culture, leadership and communication affect the performance peagawai. Penelituian type is quantitative research. The results of this study are based on testing F obtained that independent variables such as organizational culture, leadership and communication together or simultaneously significant effect on the dependent variable / performance is evidenced by the large value of F count> F table (8629> 2740). Based on test results obtained by the value of the coefficient of determination of 24.9%. This means that 24.9% of employees work performance variables environment of the Public Works Department can be explained by the presence of variable organizational culture, leadership and communication although the effect was not as great.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence consumers in making purchasing decision of instant noodle brand product, to know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable used multiple linier regression analysis formula. The results of this study indicate that the variables of cultural, social, personal and psychological factors simultaneously have significant (significant) influence on the decision of Sedaap brand instant noodle product purchase. Psychological variables have a dominant influence on the purchase decision of instant noodle product of Sedaap brand.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Leadership Style Director Of Function Leadership Director of Undertaking Management In Hospital Pelamonia Makassar, the results of research that has been done, it is obtained that There is a significant relationship between leadership style and flexibility of leadership style to function leadership but there is no significant correlation between the effectiveness of leadership style with leadership functions. The individual characteristics by long working director to director assessed and the type of training that followed had a significant relationship to the function of leadership, while gender and type of education directors did not have a significant relationship to the function of leadership. Results OR of long work became director assessed the function of leadership to come by 0.144 means that directors who have long work became director who rated less than 1 year likely to be assessed as having a leadership function "good" by 0.144 times greater than the director with a long working directors rated greater than or equal to 1 year. It is possible in the director with a long work became director who rated less than 1 year have managerial experience hospital longer than the director who has long work became director who rated more than 1 year and length of employment effect on the onset of saturation resulting in dilution of innovation especially development the new program also from the staff has been more deeply familiar with the director connected the downside.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of promotion costs on the sales volume of tiles at PT. Cahaya Bangun Jaya Perkasa Makassar. The research method used is correlation analysis and determination analysis. The results of this study indicate that the promotional costs that have been issued by PT. Cahaya Bangun Jaya Perkasa Makassar. Every year Promotional Cost increases, The volume of tile sales has increased in each year. The effect of promotional costs on tile sales volume, calculated by statistical analysis. From result of calculation hence relation between variable X (Cost of Promotion) and Y (sales volume) equal to r = 0,782 result show higher value X (Promotion Cost), it will be bigger also Y (sales volume), then counted how big influence Promotion cost to sales volume by using Coefficient of Determination is KD = (0,782) 2 x 100% = 0.6121 means that the average value of sales volume of 61.21% is determined by promotional costs that have been issued company. And from the regression equation obtained results Y = 46.761 + 0.921 (x)

Abstract

Ikan bandeng telah dikenal masyarakat sebagai ikan yang banyak dikonsumsi karena rasanya yang lezat, mudah didapatkan, dan harganya murah. Selain itu, nutrisi dalam ikan bandeng juga bermanfaat bagi tubuh sehingga tak heran banyak anak-anak hingga orang dewasa yang menyukainya. Kabupaten Maros merupakan daerah yang menghasilkan ikan bandeng sehingga Masyarakat mengupayakn untuk mengahsilkan sebuah produk inovaatif yang berbahan dasar ikan Bandeng. Namun, Masyarakat sekitar masih diperhadapkan dengan beberapa persoalan diantaranya adalah; (a) inovasi produk khsusunya yang berbahan dasar ikan Bandeng, (b) daya tarik konsumen terhadap produk olahan masih kurang serta (c) pengemasan atau packaging. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah agar tim pengabdi dapat membantu Masyarakat dalam menangani persoalan yang mereka hadapi. Adapun cara atau metode yang digunakan dalam inovasi produk adalah (1) mengolah bahan dasar ikan Bandeng menjadi otak-otak serta membuat stik abon (2) mempromosikan produk tersebut di sosial media atau dengan mambantu mereka untuk membuat Instagram dan FB khusus memasarkan produk olahan tersebut (3) pengemasan dengan memberi sentuhan warna dan gambar yang menarik. Adapun hasil pengabdian adalah Masyarakat sudah mendapat Solusi dari persoalan yang dihadapi seperti pengolahan ikan bandeng menjadi otak-otak dan pengemasan produk serta cara promosi melalui sosial media.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Bontotangnga melalui pengolahan tomat menjadi produk bernilai tambah berupa keripik tomat. Desa Bontotangnga, Kabupaten Bantaeng, Sulawesi Selatan merupakan desa agraris dengan komoditas utama pertanian berupa tomat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Bontotangnga menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan tomat menjadi keripik dapat menjadi solusi dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa. Melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan, warga tani mampu mengembangkan keterampilan baru dalam mengolah produk pertanian menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai tambah. Pelatihan dan praktek pembuatan keripik tomat diberikan kepada kelompok tani di desa. Dalam pelatihan ini, masyarakat diajarkan cara memilih tomat yang berkualitas, proses pemotongan, pengeringan, teknik penggorengan untuk menghasilkan keripik tomat yang renyah , tahan lama Keterampilan ini tidak hanya membantu meningkatkan pendapatan, tetapi juga membuka peluang usaha baru bagi masyarakat. Dengan manajemen yang baik dan pemahaman tentang pemasaran, diharapkan produk keripik tomat dapat menjadi salah satu produk unggulan dari Desa Bontotangnga, Kecamatan Ulu Ere Kabuapaten Bantaeng

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of servant leadership and compensation on employee engagement at the Makassar City Tourism Office in Indonesia. The research addresses a critical gap in understanding how leadership style and compensation strategies affect employee engagement within public sector tourism organizations. Using a quantitative methodology, the study collected data from 50 employees through a mixed-method approach incorporating questionnaires, direct observations, and interviews. Statistical analysis revealed that servant leadership has a significant positive influence on employee engagement, demonstrating that leadership approaches focused on serving and supporting employees can enhance their workplace commitment and involvement. Similarly, compensation was found to have a substantial positive effect on employee engagement, confirming that both financial and non-financial rewards play crucial roles in fostering employee motivation and dedication. The findings provide practical implications for public sector organizations, particularly in tourism management, suggesting that the implementation of servant leadership principles combined with effective compensation strategies can create an optimal work environment that promotes higher levels of employee engagement. This research contributes to the growing body of literature on public sector management and offers valuable insights for policy makers and organizational leaders seeking to enhance workforce engagement in government tourism offices.

Abstract

The population in this study were all employees of PT. Dawn Makasar Television. While the samples used in this study were 58 respondents, and to test the hypothesis, researchers used descriptive analysis methods and simple regression analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to view and explain respondents' responses and improve employee performance. Indicators used for competency variables include work spirit, development, education level, work productivity, achievements and awards And the indicators used for performance variables are the quality of work, quantity of work, and timeliness of PT employees. Dawn Makasar Television. The results of this study showed that there is an influence between human resource competency variables on performance variables where conducted t test with t calculated test results = 13.11 and t table 1.672 for a significant level of 0.05 means t calculate > t table with dk = 58 - 2 = 56. This means the hypothesis in this study which states that there is an influence of human resource competence on the performance of PT employees. Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) in terms of career planning strategy allows the organization to develop and place its employees in a position that suits their interests, needs and career goals. PT PLN (Persero) in the management of human resources career is very attentive to the career development of its employees. the research was carried out at the office of PT PLN (Persero) Sulselrabar Load Management Unit, Jln Letjend Hertasning Makassar. the sample taken in this study was 55 people. From the calculation of regression coefficients obtained that the influence of career development variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Office of PT PLN (persero) Makassar Sulselrabar Load Management Unit. The regression equation is as follows: Y= 0.969+ 0.604 X. T calculated value obtained and significant level on the table of 0.000 which means 0.000<0.05 then Ho rejected and Ha received means that career development can affect the performance of employees in the office of PT PLN (Persero) Makassar Sulselrabar Load Management Unit at the standard level of its coefficient of 0.730 or 73%.                                                                                                                                                                Keywords: Development, Career, Performance, PLN
