Abstract

Ikan bandeng telah dikenal masyarakat sebagai ikan yang banyak dikonsumsi karena rasanya yang lezat, mudah didapatkan, dan harganya murah. Selain itu, nutrisi dalam ikan bandeng juga bermanfaat bagi tubuh sehingga tak heran banyak anak-anak hingga orang dewasa yang menyukainya. Kabupaten Maros merupakan daerah yang menghasilkan ikan bandeng sehingga Masyarakat mengupayakn untuk mengahsilkan sebuah produk inovaatif yang berbahan dasar ikan Bandeng. Namun, Masyarakat sekitar masih diperhadapkan dengan beberapa persoalan diantaranya adalah; (a) inovasi produk khsusunya yang berbahan dasar ikan Bandeng, (b) daya tarik konsumen terhadap produk olahan masih kurang serta (c) pengemasan atau packaging. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah agar tim pengabdi dapat membantu Masyarakat dalam menangani persoalan yang mereka hadapi. Adapun cara atau metode yang digunakan dalam inovasi produk adalah (1) mengolah bahan dasar ikan Bandeng menjadi otak-otak serta membuat stik abon (2) mempromosikan produk tersebut di sosial media atau dengan mambantu mereka untuk membuat Instagram dan FB khusus memasarkan produk olahan tersebut (3) pengemasan dengan memberi sentuhan warna dan gambar yang menarik. Adapun hasil pengabdian adalah Masyarakat sudah mendapat Solusi dari persoalan yang dihadapi seperti pengolahan ikan bandeng menjadi otak-otak dan pengemasan produk serta cara promosi melalui sosial media.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Bontotangnga melalui pengolahan tomat menjadi produk bernilai tambah berupa keripik tomat. Desa Bontotangnga, Kabupaten Bantaeng, Sulawesi Selatan merupakan desa agraris dengan komoditas utama pertanian berupa tomat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Bontotangnga menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan tomat menjadi keripik dapat menjadi solusi dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa. Melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan, warga tani mampu mengembangkan keterampilan baru dalam mengolah produk pertanian menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai tambah. Pelatihan dan praktek pembuatan keripik tomat diberikan kepada kelompok tani di desa. Dalam pelatihan ini, masyarakat diajarkan cara memilih tomat yang berkualitas, proses pemotongan, pengeringan, teknik penggorengan untuk menghasilkan keripik tomat yang renyah , tahan lama Keterampilan ini tidak hanya membantu meningkatkan pendapatan, tetapi juga membuka peluang usaha baru bagi masyarakat. Dengan manajemen yang baik dan pemahaman tentang pemasaran, diharapkan produk keripik tomat dapat menjadi salah satu produk unggulan dari Desa Bontotangnga, Kecamatan Ulu Ere Kabuapaten Bantaeng

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of servant leadership and compensation on employee engagement at the Makassar City Tourism Office in Indonesia. The research addresses a critical gap in understanding how leadership style and compensation strategies affect employee engagement within public sector tourism organizations. Using a quantitative methodology, the study collected data from 50 employees through a mixed-method approach incorporating questionnaires, direct observations, and interviews. Statistical analysis revealed that servant leadership has a significant positive influence on employee engagement, demonstrating that leadership approaches focused on serving and supporting employees can enhance their workplace commitment and involvement. Similarly, compensation was found to have a substantial positive effect on employee engagement, confirming that both financial and non-financial rewards play crucial roles in fostering employee motivation and dedication. The findings provide practical implications for public sector organizations, particularly in tourism management, suggesting that the implementation of servant leadership principles combined with effective compensation strategies can create an optimal work environment that promotes higher levels of employee engagement. This research contributes to the growing body of literature on public sector management and offers valuable insights for policy makers and organizational leaders seeking to enhance workforce engagement in government tourism offices.

Abstract

The population in this study were all employees of PT. Dawn Makasar Television. While the samples used in this study were 58 respondents, and to test the hypothesis, researchers used descriptive analysis methods and simple regression analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to view and explain respondents' responses and improve employee performance. Indicators used for competency variables include work spirit, development, education level, work productivity, achievements and awards And the indicators used for performance variables are the quality of work, quantity of work, and timeliness of PT employees. Dawn Makasar Television. The results of this study showed that there is an influence between human resource competency variables on performance variables where conducted t test with t calculated test results = 13.11 and t table 1.672 for a significant level of 0.05 means t calculate > t table with dk = 58 - 2 = 56. This means the hypothesis in this study which states that there is an influence of human resource competence on the performance of PT employees. Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) in terms of career planning strategy allows the organization to develop and place its employees in a position that suits their interests, needs and career goals. PT PLN (Persero) in the management of human resources career is very attentive to the career development of its employees. the research was carried out at the office of PT PLN (Persero) Sulselrabar Load Management Unit, Jln Letjend Hertasning Makassar. the sample taken in this study was 55 people. From the calculation of regression coefficients obtained that the influence of career development variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Office of PT PLN (persero) Makassar Sulselrabar Load Management Unit. The regression equation is as follows: Y= 0.969+ 0.604 X. T calculated value obtained and significant level on the table of 0.000 which means 0.000<0.05 then Ho rejected and Ha received means that career development can affect the performance of employees in the office of PT PLN (Persero) Makassar Sulselrabar Load Management Unit at the standard level of its coefficient of 0.730 or 73%.                                                                                                                                                                Keywords: Development, Career, Performance, PLN

Abstract

The problem of this research is whether there is influence of compensation with indicator of giving service mark, health insurance, overtime allowance, giving of facility right, giving of charter of awards and giving praise to employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch? Data collection techniques in this study using observations and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. And the results showed that compensation on employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch has an influence on employee performance. Abstract

The element of need is an internal condition that causes results to appear attractive. An unsatisfied need creates a tension that stimulates the impulse within the individual. Employee coaching is one of the priority assets of the company. This study uses a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. PLS is a component or variant based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model, the result is the residual variance of the dependent variable.The samples proposed in this study were 35 respondents to test the operational hypothesis by using the t test statistic, at the level of a = 10%, so that the resulting decision: Rejecting Ho if t> t table, means that the model is significant and there is a relationship effect. Accept Ho if t count <t table, it means that the model is significant and there is no relationship. Rejecting Ho if t count> t table, it means that the model is significant and there is an effect. Receiving Ho if t count <t table, it means that the model is significant and there is no relationship effect.Work motivation variables, work environment and work culture have an influence of 76.1% (R square value of 0.761%) so there are still 21.8% of other variables that influence job satisfaction apart from the variables examined in this study.Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Application by the village apparatus of Laguruda Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, because the data generated in this study are in the form of written or spoken words. The key informant of the research was the Head of Laguruda Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency. Supporting informants consist of the Village Secretary, the Head of Government and the Head of Services, the Head of Welfare, the Head of Finance, the Head of Planning and the Head of Administration and General Affairs. Collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was determined using the source triangulation technique.The results of the study show the following: (1)data processing tasks which include transmitting data, storing data and displaying data have not been running well because village officials have not optimized the use of existing technology (2)the use of technology in facilitating administrative work is not optimal due to limited expertise the use of computer applications (3)the use of Application Technology in developing the capability of Village apparatus is still not being realized (4)the use of Application Technology in supporting and improving the quality of work is still low (5)the use of Application Technology in improving the quality and quantity of public services has not increased due to limitations in operating computers and knowledge of computer applications (6)the use of Technology in encouraging village progress is still low because it has not utilized Application Technology properly and correctly. Abstract

This study examines how Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and Perceived Organizational Support (POS) shape employer branding and company performance in Indonesia’s digital startups. The contribution lies in extending Resource-Based View and Signaling Theory by positioning green practices and organizational support as strategic resources and credible signals that influence branding pathways rather than direct performance. A survey of 255 employees and driver-partners analyzed with PLS-SEM shows that GHRM builds employer branding but does not directly raise performance, while POS improves both branding and performance. Employer branding emerges as the key mediator that converts internal practices into external outcomes. The findings offer clear guidance for digital startup leaders: invest in green HR and supportive climates not for immediate financial gain, but for the long-term branding strength that sustains competitiveness.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi Kinerja karyawan adalah Lingkungan Kerja, bahwa Lingkungan Kerja yang baik memberikan pengaruh terhadap meningkatnya kinerja pegawai. Tujuan dalam penelitan ini adalah: 1) mengetahui besaran pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja Pegawai. 2) mengetahui besaran pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja Pegawai. 3) mengetahui besaran pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik terhadap kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Mallawa Kabupaten Maros. Penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sebesar 51 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan uji R2, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikan 0,02 ≤ 0,05. Sedangkan Lingkungan Kerja non fisik juga mempunyai pengaruh yang postif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 ≤ 0,05.
