Abstract

The level of knowledge of adolescents about HIV / AIDS in Indonesia by category is not large enough, which is 48.9%. The small group discussion / SGD learning model is one of the learning steps implemented so that the goal of learning outcomes is quickly achieved more effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the SGD health education model in increasing adolescent knowledge about HIV / AIDS in high schools in Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency. The research method used was a pre-experimental design with one-group pre-test - post test design. The sample technique used was random sampling with a total of 100 students. The statistical test used Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the small group discussion education model was effective in increasing adolescent knowledge about HIV AIDS in Kerambitann Tabanan High School, with a value (p) of 0,000.

Abstract

Gunung Agung termasuk di jajaran Gunung berapi yang stratovolcano,.Masyarakat terutama keluarga perlu untuk meningkatkan pemahaman risiko bencana sehingga mengetahui bagaimana harus menghadapi situasi kedaruratan. Masalah yang ditemukan dimasyarakat belum mengetahui ancaman dan informasi peringatan dini, lokasi titik kumpul dan arah jalur evakuasi baik di rumah maupun di luar rumah,Tujuan pengabmas adalah peningkatan kesiapsiagaan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi erupsi gunung Agung, pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan pelatihan kepada petugas kesehatan tentang meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi erupsi Gunung Agung dan Selanjutnya petugas kesehatan melakukan penyuluhan kepada ibu hamil di kelas ibu hamil,ibu hamil yang kunjungan ke puskesmas sidemen dan puskesmas pembantu dan di evaluasi dengan pre test sebelum edukasi dan post test setelah kegiatan edukasi. Hasil Pengabmas ini sebagai berikuit : Pendidikan trerkahir responden mayoritas SMA 31 responden ( 35,6 %), dengan tidak bekerja 49 responden ( 56,3%) kehamilan saat ini dari responden mayoritas Multigravida 56 responden ( 64,4%), serta tempat pemeriksaan kehamilannya adalah di Puskesmas 40 responden (46,9%),rata-rata umur responden 30 tahun, sedangkan pendidikan suami mayoritas tamatan SMA 40 orang ( 46.0% dan suami responden bekerja 86 % ( 98, 9% ),dengan rata-rata umur suami adalah34 tahun, didapatkan kesiapsiagaan ibu hamil sebelum edukasi mayoritas cukup (54.0%), sedangkan setelah diberikan adukasi terbanyak pada katagori tinggi sebanyak 60%. Dalam hal ini terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesiapsiagaan ibu hamil menghadapi erupsi gunung agung.

Abstract

Masyarakat terutama ibu hamil dan keluarganya perlu untuk meningkatkan pemahaman risiko dari suatu bencana, sehingga mengetahui bagaimana seharusnya menghadapi situai kedaruratan bencana. Masalah sering ditemukan dimasyarakat diantaranya masyarakat, ibu hamil dan keluarganya belum mengetahui ancaman dan informasi mengenai peringatan dini, Lokasi titik kumpul,arah evakuasi, di lingkungan rumah maupun di luar rumah. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan metode pelatihan terhadap 10 petugas kesehatan( Bidan dan Perawat yang bertugas di bagian KIA-KB), yang sebelumnya sudah diidentifikasi oleh bidan koordinator bersama kepala puskesmas, selanjutnya dilakukan pre test dengan hasil kesiapsiagaan tinggi sebanyak 8 orang dari 10 orang dan dilakukan pelatihan terhadap petugas kesehatan, diakhir pelatihan dilakukan post test dengan hasil 10 orang memiliki kemampuan kseiapsiagaan tinggi. Petugas kesehatan tersebut memberikan edukasi tentang kesiapsiagaan ibu hamil menghadapi gempa , dengan metode penyuluhan pada saat kelas ibu hamil,langsung saat ibu hamil melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilannya. Pengabmas dengan hasil akhir sebagai berikut : Pendidikan terakhir responden mayoritas adalah SMA 49 responden (61,25%), dengan tidak bekerja 41 responden ( 51,3 %), kehamilan saat ini dari responden mayoritas Multigravida 44 responden ( 55%), serta tempat pemeriksaan kehamilannya di Puskesmas 42 responden ( 52.5%), rata-rata umur responden 27 tahun, sedangkan Pendidikan suami mayoritas SMA/SMK 56 orang ( 70 %) dan suami responden bekerja 80 orang ( 100%), dengan rata-rata umur suami 30 tahun.Kesiapsiagaan ibu hamil sebelum diberikan edukasi mayoritas cukup 52 responden ( 65%), sedangkan setelah diberikan edukasi terbanyak katagori tinggi sebanyak 73 responden 91,3 %. Ada perbedaan yang signifikan kesiapsiagaan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi gempa bumi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi.

Abstract

The problem of stunting in Nusa Penida District, especially in Klumpu Village, is still a priority. There are many factors that influence the increase in stunting cases, so an integrated approach is needed and involves community participation. The purposed of this community service is to provide assistance and empowerment to families to prevent stunting in Klumpu Village, Nusa Penida. The assistance and empowerment activities use educational booklet media designed interprofessionally by both lecturers and students of the Denpasar Ministry of Health Polytechnic. The assistance activities were carried out on 40 families and succeeded in increasing knowledge and prevention of stunting by 21.3% and attitudes by 38.4%. The results of the final evaluation of the community service activities by visiting several homes of the assistance participants showed an increase in clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in general, which was indicated by an increase in home sanitation conditions and the quality of family consumption patterns. The health center is expected to always provide continuous guidance and education to the community to prevent family-based stunting.
