Abstract

Kanker preinvasif berpeluang sembuh jika dideteksi lebih dini dan ditangani dengan tepat, Priode Sel kanker menembus membran dasar (basement) menyebar ke struktur pelvis dan terdiseminasi ketempat jauh melalui rute limfatik, pada pasien yang berusia 30-50 tahun. Tujuan : Menumbuhkan Motivasi ibu-ibu usia subur yang berkaitan dengan masalah reproduksinya, Meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang IVA dan bersedia melakukan pemeriksaan secara suka rela. Metode : Melakukan pendekatan melalui kader kesehatan, usia peserta berkisar antara usia 20 s/d 45 tahun, melakukan pendidikan kesehatan dan pemeriksaan IVA. Pemeriksaan dilakukan oleh dokter dan bidan terlatih dari Puskesmas, sesuai dengan kontrak yang sudah di sepakati sebelumnya. Hasil mengikuti kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan & pemeriksaan IVA diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Simpang Sungai Duren kota Jambi. Seluruh peserta (42 peserta) hadir melebihi target yang diharapkan, Terlaksananya seluruh kegiatan 100% peserta mengikuti kegiatan sampai dengan selesai dan Puskesmas mendukung penuh dalam kegiatan sampai dengan selesai.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pasien hemodialisis seringkali mengalami kecemasan. Kecemasan ini apabila tidak diatasi akan mempengaruhi aspek fisiologis dan hemodinamik yang dikhawatirkan akan menimbulkan komplikasi yaitu dialysis disequilibrium syndrome. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kecemasan dengan kondisi hemodinamik pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang sedang menjalani hemodialisa. Metode : Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 57 responden. Analisis univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan analisis bivariat menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil : Hasil penelitian didapat tingkat kecemasan hanya berhubungan dengan Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) sebelum hemodialisis dengan nilai signifikan 0.023 dan sesudah hemodialisis didapatkan nilai signifikan 0.026. Sedangkan nadi dan respirasi rate tidak terdapat hubungan dengan nilai signifikan >0.05. Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang sedang menjalani hemodialisa di ruang Hemodialisa RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi Tahun 2018.

Abstract

Background: Patient safety incidents continue to occur in primary health care services despite being 24% to 85% preventable. Promoting and assessing patient safety culture is the primary step to minimize and prevent adverse incidents. Aims: This research examined the level of patient safety culture implementation in Primary Health Centers. Methods: A quantitative descriptive research design was conducted involving 319 employees randomly selected from 11 Primary Health Centers in Jambi province. Data were collected using the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) questionnaire and analyzed descriptively, with an average cut-off point of 75%. Results: The implementation level of patient safety culture in the Primary Health Centers in Jambi Province was 71.5%. Furthermore, seven dimensions of patient safety culture were weakly implemented: staffing, communication openness, organizational learning for continuous improvement, supervisor/manager expectations and actions promoting patients, non-punitive response to error, general perception of patient safety, and frequency of error reporting. Conclusion: Continuous examination should be conducted to ensure better changes in improving patient safety culture. Keywords: Jambi Province, Patient safety culture, Primary health center

Abstract

Diarrhea is a disease which if not treated properly can cause sudden loss of fluids and electrolytes, so that various complications can occur including dehydration, hypovolemic shock, organ damage and even coma. The most severe threat posed by diarrhea is dehydration which can lead to death, therefore the incidence of diarrhea is a health problem whose occurrence needs to be suppressed. The type of research used in this research is "One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design", which is a type of research that is pre-experimental design with pretest and posttest, where observations are made 2 (two) times before and after implementation. Therefore, Thus, the results obtained can be known more accurately, because they can be compared with before being given treatment and after being given treatment. Where the students who were the targets of this activity were student representatives from grade 4 and grade 5 with a total of 35 students. From the results of the research that has been done, it was found that there was an increase in students' knowledge of prevent diarrhea US a preventive measure in groups of elementary school children against the risk of getting diarrhea. With an average pre-test score of 45.71 and a post test average of 64. Provision of counseling on diarrhea prevention to students in grades 4 and 5 of SDN No. 205/IV Natural Barajo District Jambi has an influence on student knowledge.

Abstract

The problem related to personal genital hygiene is maintaining cleanliness. The aim of the service is to increase participants' knowledge in maintaining genetalia cleanliness in everyday life. Community service is carried out at the Jambi Province Mental Hospital. The number of participants was 40 people. The activity began with building a relationship of mutual trust and entering into a time contract. The activity began with an opening, a pre-test, delivery of material using pictures and videos, a demonstration of cleaning women's genitalia, especially during menstruation using pantoms, evaluation of participants' responses, followed by a post-test. The results of the evaluation showed an increase in patient knowledge about personal genital hygiene. The results of participants' correct answers on the criteria of knowledge about the effects and risks of not maintaining personal hygiene and knowledge of the meaning of menstruation in the posttest were 100%, the pretest was 33 participants (82.5%), the correct answer was on the criteria of knowledge of personal hygiene methods during menstruation. in the pretest 27 participants (67.5%) and 38 participants (95%) in the posttest. Regarding the criteria for knowledge about alternative sanitary napkins, the results were 21 participants (52.5%) in the pre-test to 36 participants (90%) in the post-test. On the criteria of knowledge about how to maintain personal hygiene during menstruation, results were obtained from 20 participants (50%) in the pre-test to 36 participants (90%) in the post-test

Abstract

Heart failure was one of the number one causes of death in Indonesia in 2018 at 1.5%. Heart failure can result in the patient's inability to carry out self-care. Self-care can be influenced by self-efficacy where self-efficacy can encourage the process of self-control in carrying out self-care. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with a correlative descriptive research design with a cross sectional approach. The total sample was 74 respondents with heart failure, sampling used purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is the SCHFI questionnaire for self-care and CSE Scale questionnaire for self-efficacy. Univariate data analysis used frequency distribution and bivariate analysis used the Chi Square statistical test. There were 45 heart failure respondents with high self-efficacy (60.8%), 29 people with low self-efficacy (39.2%). 38 people (51.4%) had high self-care and 36 people (48.6%) had low self-care. From the results of the Chi Square analysis, the p-value was 0.000 (<0.05). There is a relationship between self-efficacy and self-care in heart failure patients at Dr. Hospital. Bratanata Jambi. It is hoped that nurses can provide health promotion in the form of motivation to increase self-efficacy in heart failure patients in carrying out self-care.

Abstract

Abstract Internet addiction is a compulsive behavior in which individuals fail to control internet use and dependence on the internet. Individuals withinternet addiction are more prone to experience poor sleep quality. Poor sleep quality will cause physical problems, memory and learning disorders, suboptimal performance, mental health problems and are prone to accidents. The purpose of this study was to determine therelationship between internet addiction and sleep quality. This research method uses a literature study approach by searching for articles on the Google scholar database, Garuda Portal, Pubmed and researchgate. The keywords used are internet addiction, sleep quality and internetaddiction and sleep quality. The results obtained 11 articles in accordance with the research topic, 10 of which stated that there was a relationship between internet addiction and sleep quality. The conclusions and suggestions of this study are internet addiction can cause poor sleep quality, so the role of nurses as educators is needed as an effort to prevent internet addiction and its bad impact on sleep quality

Abstract

Background: Scabies or scabies is an infectious skin disease caused by investment and sensitization of the parasite Sarcoptes Scabiei of the Hominis variety. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that scabies is a very neglected skin disease. It is estimated that 200 million people worldwide suffer from scabies at any one time. The Muara Kumpeh Inpatient UPTD Health Center, located in Muaro Jambi Regency, has the highest incidence of scabies, recorded throughout 2022 there were 112 cases. Based on these data, scabies is experienced by many students or students, one of whom is a student at the Jauharul Falah Islamic Boarding School. This study aims to determine the effect of health education about personal hygiene in adolescents on the prevention of scabies at the Jauharul Falah Islamic Boarding School, Sungai Terap. Methods: This study used a quantitative method with pre-experimental designs with the "One Group Pre-Test-Post-Test Design". This research was conducted at the Jauharul Falah Islamic Boarding School in Sungai Terap, Muaro Kumpeh. from September 2022-May 2023. The time for data collection was carried out in June 2023. The population in this study were all class VII students of the Jauharul Falah Islamic Boarding School Sungai Terap, totaling 113 people. The sample is 30 respondents. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The statistical test used is the paired sample t-test. Results: The results of the study found that the average prevention of scabies in adolescents before being given health education about personal hygiene was 45.90 (out of a total score of 88). After being given health education about personal hygiene was 80.87. There is a significant effect of health education about personal hygiene in adolescents on scabies prevention behavior at the Jauharul Falah Islamic Boarding School Sungai Terap (p-value: 0.000 <0.05). Conclusion: The average difference in the prevention of scabies in adolescents before and after being given health education about personal hygiene is 34.96. It is hoped that the UPTD Inpatient Health Center at Muara Kumpeh Health Center can work together with the Jauharul Falah Islamic Boarding School Sungai Terap to educate teenagers (Santriwan and Santriwati) to always pay attention to personal hygiene, not to borrow clothes from friends so that the incidence of scabies at the Jauharul Falah Islamic Boarding School Sungai Terap can minimized. Abstract

The age of babies under six months is a golden period that can be realized if during this period the baby gets the appropriate nutritional intake for optimal growth and development. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of the growth of body weight and body length of babies aged 0-6 months who are given breast milk and additional food at the Rawasari Community Health Center, Jambi City. Using a descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used Quota Sampling with 15 respondents who were exclusively breastfed and 15 babies who were not exclusively breastfed. The results of the study The description of the weight of babies aged 0-6 months who were exclusively breastfed were in the undernutrition and overnutrition categories of 1 respondent each (7%) and the good nutrition category was 13 respondents (86%), The description of the weight of babies who were non-exclusively breastfed were in the good nutrition category of 10 respondents (67%), the overnutrition category was 4 respondents (26%), the undernutrition category was 1 respondent (7%), The description of the length of babies aged 0-6 months who were given exclusive breastfeeding and non-exclusive breastfeeding at the Rawasari Health Center had the same results, namely the short category of 1 respondent (7%) with the normal category of 14 respondents (93%). It can be concluded that babies who are given additional food at the age of 0-6 months can make babies become overweight or obese. Suggestions The results of this study can be a source of information for mothers so that they can provide nutrition to their children at the right time or age.
