Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop and produce a learning model for kindergarten students in Malind District in the form of Jump games. This method is a development research that refers to the Borg & Gall which has conducted, namely: (1) Conducting Preliminary Research and Gathering Information, (2) Developing Initial Product Forms, (3) Evaluation, (4) Revise First Product, (5) Field trials (20 students), (6) Revise Final Product and (7) Final Results through field trial revision. The questionnaire is used in collecting the data; the results obtained were expert evaluation, small group trials, and field trials. Data in the form of production results regarding product quality, product improvement, and the results of questionnaires by the students. Descriptive percentage used in analyzing data to reveal the psychomotor, cognitive, and affective aspects of students after using the product. Based on the results of the trials obtained, were 82% of Physical Education Experts (Good) and Field Trial 80% (Good), Learning Experts 83% (Good), and Small Group Trials 81% (Good). Based on the data that has been received above, it can be stated that Jump Game can be used by Kindergarten Students in Malind District, Merauke Regency because it can be accepted by students and produces a learning products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of back-up training on the ability to head a ball in eighth grade male students of SMP YPK Merauke. The experimental method used for this study was a pre-test and post-test pattern. In the implementation of this research, the population was used, namely all students of class VIII SMP YPK Merauke for the 2019-2020 academic year. The total population of this study from each class, including; Class VIIIa consists of 28 students, VIIIb has 26 students, VIIIc has 28 students, and class VIIId has 25 students. The total population is 107 students. The number of samples in this study are; 6 students from class VIIIa, 5 students from class VIIIb, 6 students from class VIIIc, and from class VIIId there are 5 students. The total sample in this study was 22 students. The research instrument used a soccer heading test. The results of this study can be concluded that the back up exercise has an effect on the results of students' ball headers. It is proven that students who do back up exercises will produce good ball headers compared to students who head the ball without doing back up exercises.

Abstract

Pendidikan Jasmani Adaptif merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang berperan penting pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan murid berkebutuhan khusus. Pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Adaptif guru juga tidak hanya sekedar menyampaikan materi saja, tetapi juga harus diimbangi dengan pengetahuan. Pemilihan materi dan metode juga harus diperhatikan dan guru juga harus dapat memodifikasi materi pembelajaran yang disampaikan sesuai dengan kondisi murid yang dihadapinya. Oleh karena itu strategi pembelajaran harus dirancang dan direncanakan dengan baik, serta diimplementasikan dengan benar. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yang menjadi mitra dari tim Pengabdi yaitu Sekolah Luar Biasa negeria Animha merauke. Adapun tahapan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi kegiatan, pengenalan alat dan bahan permaianan, pelatihan dan pemberian informasi permainan Edukatif kepada Guru dan siswa, serta mendokoumentasikan dan memvideokan proses kegiatan pengabdian berlangsung. Dari serangkaian kegiatan, dokumentasi, dan wawancara yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya ketertarikan, peningkatan kemampuan sensorik dan morik siswa SLB N Animha merauke dalam melakukan permainan edukatif melalui kreasi pendidikan jasmani. Peserta yang awalnya kurang berminat, dengan menjalani prosesi kegiatan menjadi sangat antusias. Pemateri yang dengan sabar dan telaten memberikan arahan dan wawasan sehingga peserta secara mandiri bias menghasilkan noken. setelah kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan berakhir.

Abstract

Berdasarkan pengamatan pada siswa kelas VII SMPN 2 Kopang, diperoleh data bahwa kemampuan siswa kelas VII dalam pembelajaran lompat jauh, secara umum siswa memiliki kemampuan dengan kategori sedang dan rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran gerak dasar lompat jauh gaya jongkok menggunakan permainan lompat katak pada siswa kelas VII SMPN 2 Kopang. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), yang terdiri atas empat tahapan dalam tiap langkah (perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi). Populasi yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 19 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan studi populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) keaktifan siswa meningkat dari siklus I sampai siklus II 100%; (2) perkembangan gerak dasar lompat jauh pada komponen awalan ditemukan 95% siswa berkategori baik, 5% siswa bekategori cukup; (3) komponen tolakan ditemukan 95% siswa berkategori baik, 5% siswa berkategori cukup; dan (4) komponen mendarat ditemukan 89% siswa berkatergori baik, 11% siswa berkategori cukup. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran lompat jauh yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan permainan lompat katak dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan gerak dasar lompat jauh siswa kelas VII SMPN 2 Kopang pada komponen awalan, tolakan, dan mendarat. Improvement of Basic Squat-Style Long Jump Movement Learning through Frog Jump Game Among Junior High School Students Abstract Based on observations of seventh-grade students at SMPN 2 Kopang, it was determined that the overall abilities of the students in learning the long jump were categorized as moderate and low. The purpose of this study is to enhance the teaching of the basic technique of the squat-style long jump using the frog jump game among seventh-grade students at SMPN 2 Kopang. This research employs a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design, consisting of four stages within each cycle (planning, implementation, observation, and reflection). The population utilized comprised 19 students, and the sampling technique involved a population study. The research findings indicate that (1) student engagement increased from Cycle I to Cycle II to 100%; (2) development of the basic technique of the long jump in the take-off phase showed that 95% of students were categorized as proficient and 5% as satisfactory; (3) the push-off component revealed that 95% of students were categorized as proficient and 5% as satisfactory; and (4) the landing component demonstrated that 89% of students were categorized as proficient and 11% as satisfactory. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the long jump instruction conducted through the frog jump game approach can enhance student engagement and proficiency in the basic technique of the long jump among seventh-grade students at SMPN 2 Kopang in the take-off, push-off, and landing phases.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of traditional games and motor skills on long jump skills of elementary school students in Metro, Lampung. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with a 2×2 factorial experimental design. The study population amounted to 103 students, with a sample of 24 male students selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through motor tests that included agility, coordination, explosive power, and speed. Data analysis was carried out using normality, homogeneity, ANOVA, and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 20.0 application. The results showed that: (1) there are differences in long jump skills between students who take part in cricket games and those who take part in jump rope games; (2) there is an interaction between the type of traditional games and motor abilities on long jump skills; (3) there are differences in long jump skills between students with high motor abilities who take part in cricket games and jump rope; and (4) there are differences in long jump skills between students with low motor abilities who take part in cricket games and jump rope. It is concluded that traditional games have a significant influence on the long jump skills of elementary school students in Metro, Lampung.

Abstract

Kurangnya kompetensi guru PJOK di Kota Palu dalam penerapan teknik sport massage menjadi kendala dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran olahraga dan kesejahteraan peserta didik. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru PJOK dalam memberikan layanan pemulihan dan pencegahan cedera melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan teknik sport massage. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 80 guru PJOK tingkat SMP se-Kota Palu, dengan materi meliputi pemahaman dasar sport massage, teknik-teknik manipulasi jaringan lunak, hingga praktik langsung penanganan cedera olahraga ringan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test serta observasi praktik peserta. Data hasil evaluasi dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 94,8% peserta telah menguasai materi yang diberikan, dan 87,4% mampu menerapkan teknik sport massage secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru PJOK, sehingga diharapkan dapat mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan pendidikan jasmani dan kesejahteraan siswa di Kota Palu.
