Abstract

Persediaan merupakan salah satu perkiraan yang terpenting dalam sebuah perusahaan. Bagi perusahaan, persediaan merupakan asset yang cukup besar nilainya. Konsep penyimpanan diperlukan untuk pemenuhan keberlangsungan usaha. Toko Kemanggisan merupakan unit usaha mini market, toko serba ada menyediakan kebutuhan bahan pokok, peralatan kantor serta perabotan rumah tangga, terutama untuk memenuhi kebutuhkan warga sekitar. Lokasi gudang penyimpanan yang bersebelahan dengan Toko Kemanggisan, saat ini sistem penyimpanan barang di Toko Kemanggisan belum menerapkan konsep penyimpanan salah satunya metode FIFO (First In First Out). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Toko Kemanggisan. Diawali wawancara untuk penentuan kebutuhan mitra, peserta workshop adalah bagian persediaan yaitu staff administrasi dari  supplier, staff gudang dan manager operasional, workshop pemahaman, materi penerapan praktik penyimpanan barang dan metode FIFO (First In First Out). Workshop ini menambah ilmu, pengetahuan cara menyimpan barang yang efektif, kemudahan akses pengambilan barang lebih yang cepat dan penyimpanannya lebih teratur.

Abstract

Flats for rent need to be designed so that residents move comfortably and can save themselves in times of disaster. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the spaces needed by the occupants by taking into account the reliability of the building-safety and comfort. Some aspects of building reliability are motion comfort and safety. Data was collected by an online questionnaire, which was distributed to residents using non-random sampling. The collected text data was analyzed by content analysis. From the results of the analysis revealed that residents tend to be comfortable moving in rental residential units. Residents need a secondary space that is a shelf and work space. Storage space represents the meaning of storage of small items. Work, study and storage of equipment represent the meaning of workspace needs. Residents need some secondary space in a residential unit that has aspects of motion comfort and security during disaster evacuation. Motion comfort mainly represents a little furniture, has storage space, and doesn't interfere with activities like sitting and watching television. The number of residents felt safe moving when disaster evacuation in vertical housing was almost the same as the number of residents who felt the evacuation route was not ideal. Easy access is achieved, wide circulation room, near the emergency stairs is represented by the meaning of feeling safe moving during a disaster evacuation. There is no special emergency ladder, narrow circulation space, the condition of a damaged staircase at the time of disaster evacuation is represented by meaning not ideal. This study found a significant relationship between the reasons for motion comfort and the presence of space requirements. There is no significant relationship between disaster evacuation security and secondary space requirements.

Abstract

PT. Mustika Ratu, Tbk , established since 1981, is anIndonesian manufacturer of cosmetic products and traditional herbal medicines. Total Production in 2016 amounted to 26,330,695 units. In the production process, the company washes the production machine after completion of the process, during which the water as much as 17-34 m3 from the washing is daily discharged to the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). In a chemical vessel process or water purification process, the normal pH (6 to 9) can be made by adding alum and lime. This lime cleansing process produces a sludge or sludge precipitation. So far, the process of drying sludge still uses method of Drying Bed which dothe drying using sand, coral and fiber. The weakness of this method is it relies solely on the heat of the sun and the drying process takes a longer time during the rainy season. It is therefore necessary to think of purchasing a press filter machine to speed up the drying time and reduce the amount of sludge volume. Sludge waste volume monthly generated is as many as 8 tonon average, with the cost of removal of + Rp. 6,000,000. - if accumulated for 1 (one) year, it becomes Rp. 8,400,000. -. The research methods used are Payback Period Method, Net Present Value and Profitability Index Methods. The results of his research show that with Investment Value of the Purchase of Filter Press Machine of Rp. 170,000,000. - interest of 13% / year, present value of Rp. 93.600.000, a year – the company obtainsa payback period for 22 months (1.83 years), the value of NPV of Rp. 897,593,492. - and the value of Profitability Index (PI) of 6.3. So, it is concluded that the purchase of this machine is feasible.

Abstract

Industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia semakin beragam, menciptakan dan mengembangkan suatu produk makanan perlu mempertimbangkan perubahan konsep produk makanan. Kebutuhan akan pasokan bahan baku berkualitas sangat penting dalam mendukung strategi perusahaan, terutama kebutuhan bahan baku kemasan primer (alufoil). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kriteria – kriteria dalam pemilihan supplier, proses ini merupakan bagian dalam mendukung pengembangan produk inovatif. Metode SAST (Strategic Assumption Surfacing and Testing) digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan strategis dan model QCDFR (Quality, Cost, Delivery, flexibility, Responsiveness) sebagai dasar kriterianya. Kuesioner diberikan kepada enam responden (stakeholder) untuk dinilai berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kepastian dari masing – masing asumsi strategis. Data diolah melalui proses pemeringkatan asumsi strategis dengan teknik SAST, kemudian asumsi strategis akan dipilih berdasarkan nilai tingkat kepastian dan tingkat kepenting yang relatif tinggi. Hasilnya: terdapat 15 butir hasil pemeringkatan asumsi strategis dengan teknik SAST yang berada di dalam kuadran I dan lima butir asumsi strategis berada di dalam kuadran II. Kesimpulannya: 15 butir asumsi strategis yang yang berada di dalam kuadran I dipilih menjadi kriteria pemilihan supplier penyedia bahan baku kemasan primer (alufoil).
