Abstract

Stasiun Tanah Abang merupakan stasiun besar di Jakarta dengan kawasan pusat kegiatan primer dan merupakan stasiun transit yang menghubungkan kota Tanggerang, Bogor dan Jakarta Pusat. Pertumbuhan penumpang yang setiap tahunnya terus bertambah dan perkembangan sistem transportasi di Jakarta seperti; MRT, LRT, dan KA – bandara, menuntut pelayanan sistem transportasi di stasiun Tanah Abang dapat terpenuhi bagi masyarakat pengguna jasa kereta api. Pengembangan dengan sistem beroientasi transit dengan metode Transit Oriented Development (TOD) adalah konsep pengembangan sistem terintergrasi dengan moda transportasi masal lainya agar dapat mempercepat waktu transit dan menunjang mobilitas masyarakat menuju perkantoran dan pusat kegiatan ekonomi lainnya.

Abstract

Flats for rent need to be designed so that residents move comfortably and can save themselves in times of disaster. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the spaces needed by the occupants by taking into account the reliability of the building-safety and comfort. Some aspects of building reliability are motion comfort and safety. Data was collected by an online questionnaire, which was distributed to residents using non-random sampling. The collected text data was analyzed by content analysis. From the results of the analysis revealed that residents tend to be comfortable moving in rental residential units. Residents need a secondary space that is a shelf and work space. Storage space represents the meaning of storage of small items. Work, study and storage of equipment represent the meaning of workspace needs. Residents need some secondary space in a residential unit that has aspects of motion comfort and security during disaster evacuation. Motion comfort mainly represents a little furniture, has storage space, and doesn't interfere with activities like sitting and watching television. The number of residents felt safe moving when disaster evacuation in vertical housing was almost the same as the number of residents who felt the evacuation route was not ideal. Easy access is achieved, wide circulation room, near the emergency stairs is represented by the meaning of feeling safe moving during a disaster evacuation. There is no special emergency ladder, narrow circulation space, the condition of a damaged staircase at the time of disaster evacuation is represented by meaning not ideal. This study found a significant relationship between the reasons for motion comfort and the presence of space requirements. There is no significant relationship between disaster evacuation security and secondary space requirements.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the profile Street Vendors at the location specified by the City, as well as the wishes of the people of the existence of street vendors. By studying the behavior of Street Vendors then be recognizable traits and stuff so it can be made the planning and arrangement in accordance with the Street Vendor Profile so that the evaluation of public policies that can be implemented.There is a need for Street Vendors by society makes the existence of street vendors even more and more. Surabaya City Government through the Regional Regulation No. 17 of 2003 on Structuring Traders Five feet have attempted to organize street vendors, among others, the determination of the location of the street vendors, but still not effective. Which is marked with the number of offenses committed by street vendors. From the location specified by the government of Surabaya, Surabaya Bungkul Park area is the perfect location as the location of street vendors because people are still high levels of traffic and a location that is in demand by the public and street vendors. Keywords: Street Vendor Profile, Evaluation of Public Policy

Abstract

Creating and retaining customers should be a bigger priority for the company. The right strategy should be prepared carefully so that customers want to buy products or services produced by the company. More than that, with all the tips, the company should also continue to strive so that customers can become loyal customers. In connection with the marketing strategy of MSMEs which is more oriented towards efforts to direct consumers and potential customers to be more loyal to the products or services provided, this study aims to identify and analyze the factors related to consumer loyalty and satisfaction of MSME product users. as the dependent variable, as well as the influence of perceived price and brand image as independent variables. The study uses a quantitative approach. The examining method in this study was to utilize Non-Likelihood Purposive Testing which is an examining strategy that doesn't give equivalent open doors or conceivable outcomes to every component or individual from the populace to be chosen as an example. The example in this study added up to 38 respondents. The information utilizes essential information, in particular utilizing the aftereffects of survey information that has been handled utilizing SPSS 21.00. The results can be concluded that price perceptions have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty, and brand image affects the level of consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan oleh tim dari Jurusan Arsitektur bekerjasama dengan sebuah paguyuban yang membahas tentang Arsitektur berkelanjutan. Arsitektur merupakan sebuah wadah bagi manusia untuk berkegiatan. Ruang arsitektur digunakan oleh manusia selama hidupnya, karena itulah penting ruang arsitektur bisa difungsikan kepada semua lapisan masyarakat. Permasalahannya adalah seringkali ruang arsitektur hanya fokus mewadahi kenyamanan rentang usia tertentu seperti usia anak-anak hingga dewasa, semuanya membutuhkan kenyamanan yang sama dalam berkegiatan. Metode yang dilakukan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah penyuluhan secara hybrid luring dan daring. Penyuluhan hybrid membutuhkan teknologi dan metode penyampaian yang berbeda dengan luring, karena itulah tim pengabdian masyarakat melakukan beberapa tahap dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini. Secara umum ada tahapan yang dilakukan yaitu mulai dari persiapan, publikasi dan pendaftaran, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah tercapainya pemahaman mengenai ruang arsitektur yang berkelanjutan serta dapat dimanfaatkan segala usia masyarakat, dalam rangka perencanaan desain yang lebih baik dan lebih nyaman untuk semua pengguna ruang arsitektur yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract. Indonesia has rich local wisdom and is worth preserving since it is an archipelagic nation with a diverse population of ethnic and cultural backgrounds. The identity and even the cultural character of an area in Indonesia are shown via the existence of Indonesian architecture. Because of this, traditional dwellings differ greatly throughout Indonesia, with unique features seen in each location. A traditional home in Flores called Mbaru Niang is one of them. Indonesian residential architecture has adapted effectively to the country's current climate. Local values are often emphasized in folk architecture, sometimes referred to as vernacular architecture. This distinguishes it from other architectural forms and reflects the knowledge of the place. Mbaru Niang, residing in Waerebo, serves as a study subject. After that, the information was examined to determine the traditional house's architectural idea depending on its location. It is also anticipated that the building idea would provide Indonesia with a workable, hygienic, and ecologically beneficial option for contemporary structures. Keywords: Artistic Design, Concepts, Folk Architecture

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of cooperatives and investments in economic development and their impact on unemployment in DK Jakarta and West Java. Data was obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) from 2001 to 2022. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that the number of cooperatives, the number of cooperative members, and own capital have the following relationship: Y=12.70-0.00X1-2.58E-07X2+5.41E-09X3-9.53E-10X4-1.27E09X5-5.61E06X6. This equation implies that if the number of cooperatives, the number of cooperative members, own capital, business volume, remaining business results, and investment are in a certain condition or remain unchanged (or the change is zero), economic growth will be 12.70%. The equation Z=8.06+0.06Y implies that if economic growth is in a certain condition or remains unchanged (or the change is zero), unemployment will be 8.06%. The contribution of the number of cooperatives, the number of cooperative members, own capital, business volume, remaining business results, and investment to economic growth is only 12.8%. Meanwhile, the contribution of economic growth to unemployment is only 3%.

Abstract

Bangunan menghasilkan 40% dari emisi gas rumah kaca global dan menggunakan 33% dari sumber alami termasuk sumber-sumber non-terbarukan. Sehingga bangunan memiliki potensi besar dalam mengurangi itu. Dianjurkan untuk mencegah 20 C suhu meningkat dan mengurangi emisi CO2 sebesar 70% pada tahun 2030. Untuk mendukung ini, penggunaan energi terbarukan harus lebih ditingkatkan sebagai pengganti sumber energi non-terbarukan. Optimasi dalam hal ini adalah upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi untuk kenyamanan yang lebih baik di ruang dengan memanfaatkan energi matahari. Secara global, matahari menyediakan 10.000 kali energi manusia, energi ini dapat digunakan secara bebas dan tidak terbatas. cerita multi bangunan dipilih dengan pertimbangan ruang terbatas tanah di masa depan. Langkah awal adalah untuk menganalisis orientasi bangunan dipelajari (gedung kelas universitas di Jakarta Timur) di samping orbit matahari di lokasi terkait. Langkah selanjutnya adalah menghitung lebar kemungkinan daerah untuk panel surya untuk ditempatkan. pemanfaatan energi surya dilakukan oleh Usulan instalasi panel surya. Usulan instalasi panel surya dilakukan dengan menganalisis posisi yang optimal sebagian besar panel terhadap posisi matahari dengan panas maksimal tapi masih mempertimbangkan penampilan estetika bangunan. Abstract

Dengan kondisi sekarang ini, semua serba sulit, banyaknya pengangguran serta banyak anak-anak remaja serta pemuda yang memiliki sikap masih lugu dengan memiliki permasalahan hidup mencoba lari dari permasalahan dan terjebak serta tidak memahami tentang narkoba. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan penyuluhan serta pemahaman kepada pemuda karang taruna yang berada di lingkungan kelurahan Pangkalan Jati Kecamatan Cinere, Kota Depok. Dengan memperhatikan protokol kesehatan kegiatan ini dihadiri 25 orang peserta yang dilaksanakan di Aula karang Taruna kelurahan Pangkalan Jati Kecamatan Cinere, Kota Depok. Dalam Kegiatan penyuluhan menggunakan metode tatap muka dengan peserta Dengan memberikan dan menjelaskan teori perspektif pendidikan, menjelaskan konsep pendidikan karakter serta langkah-langkah dalam pembelajaran pendidikan karakter. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan hal yang positif dan berjalan baik sesuai dengan rencana serta respons dari peserta akan kegiatan ini sangat cepat dan menarik dengan memberikan pemahaman serta pengetahuan dampak bahaya penggunaan obat-obat terlarang dengan penanaman pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

This community service activity involves a team from Indraprata PGRI University acting as a team of experts to overcome the problems faced by partners. The limited knowledge of partners in developing the concept of open space is an effort to restore the environmental park as an open space for residents of RT06/RW03, Depok Jaya urban Village. The purpose of this community service is to provide ideas and concepts for designing an environmental park based on the activities of the RT06/RW03 community of Depok Jaya Urban Village, Depok. The method used is qualitative with the support of direct interview data with residents and the head of the neighborhood association regarding the partner's desire to revitalize the environmental park space and the support of book data, previous thoughts, and research to overcome partner problems. The results of the analysis of the environmental park have limited dimensions and an elongated space structure so that they produce a linear layout for park activities. The park space prioritizes the activity space and social interaction of residents individually and in groups. The park space is located in a dense settlement and directly adjacent to the community road, it is used strategically to support the functionality of linear space circulation. The results of this service are that the environmental park space of RT06/RW03, Depok urban Village, Depok is designed to include a badminton sports area, a recreation area that supports elderly activities, and a children's play area.
