Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Teologia Ekklesia Pontianak salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang berada di Pontianak. Dalam mempromosikan STT Ekklesia ke masyarakat masih menggunakan konvensional seperti brosur, flyer, dan spanduk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membuat website sebagai media promosi. Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Ekklesia Pontianak bisa memanfaatkan website sebagai media promosi untuk menunjukan bahwa Sekolah Tinggi Teologia Ekklesia Pontianak tersebut memiliki alternatif untuk mempromosikan kampusnya. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan HTML, CSS dan JavaScript untuk pembuatan website dan memiliki kriteria website yang menarik, rapi dan isi konten yang dapat dimengerti sehingga masyarakat dapat melihat website tersebut menggunakan media handphone, laptop yang sudah mempunyai tampilan halaman website yang sesuai dengan device. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara dan observasi. Hasil yang telah dilakukan dengan merancang, membuat dan implementasi website sebagai media promosi, diharapkan akan meningkatkan kualitas baik itu fasilitas, tenaga pengajar dan sebagainya untuk dapat bersaing dengan Sekolah Tinggi lainnya. Abstract

Menjelang persiapan visitasi online, penambahan prodi S1 Teknologi Informasi dan prodi Pendidikan Guru SD Shanti Bhuana pada Agustus 2020, tentunya diperlukan perombakan dari segi infrastruktur jaringan internet terutama bandwidth dan manajerial. Sejak tahun 2016-2019 jaringan gedung induk rektorat masih menerapkan routing dan login jaringan hot spot menggunakan bandwidth 10 Mbps yang dibagi 50 user secara bersamaan dengan teknik antrian sederhana. Pada tahun 2020 telah dilakukan overhaul jaringan oleh peneliti menggunakan bandwidth 100 Mbps pada jaringan utama, jaringan backup 20 Mbps, dan jaringan publik 5 Mbps dengan penerapan metode Hierarchical Token Bucket. Hasil pemerataan bandwidth dengan rata-rata pemakaian per minggu sebesar 95,35 % dari total throughput 100%, delay dari 177,9 ms menjadi 69,48 ms, packet loss dari 22,67% menjadi 1,67% dan jitter dari 189,4 ms menjadi 14.768 ms. Dengan jaringan HTB yang didistribusikan sesuai prioritas sehingga hingga saat ini overhaul jaringan oleh peneliti masih digunakan dengan backbone terbagi menjadi dua jalur publik RB 1100 AHx4 dan jalur administrasi RB 450G. Abstract

The use of the internet network since the covid-19 pandemic is increasingly needed as the backbone of the implementation of mobile technology, websites, and desktops where all of them utilize network infrastructure and servers. The use of the right enterprise network combined with adequate server management results in optimal access and stable network conditions. The more complex the network that is built, the more server needs are needed and the more complicated the queuing algorithm that is built to produce the appropriate access speed and optimal storage. Behind these needs, there are several algorithms that can be implemented to optimize the application of enterprise networks.In this study, the implementation of a comparison between the RED, SFQ, and AQM algorithms on RouterOS and VMware ESXi in an enterprise network, in this case a university-scale internet network, is carried out. RouterOS was chosen because most of the networks in the agency, especially using Mikrotik RouterOS for network management and monitoring, while VMware ESXi is used as a virtualization server that can replace many physical servers into one server by implementing virtualization in it to be more practical and efficient. The implementation of the RED, SFQ, and AQM algorithms was tested during March to July and the results showed that the AQM throughput test value was greater than RED and SFQ by 91.4%, the delay and packet loss test values of AQM were better than RED and SFQ by 7% and 8856 ms.Keywords: VMware ESXi, RED, SFQ, AQM,, routerOS.

Abstract

Infrastructure and network service is the important things that need to be developed in the campus UKRIM.This is in harmony with the values of both institutions as well as accreditation B overall optimization requires the status of network services to support the learning and performance of the entire civitas academic.During this UKRIM campus networks implementing load balance ECMP and managerial mechanism with a bandwidth of simple queue service of 20 Mbps dedicated and 10 GGC.As a result of congestion often occurs down connection status was at the time interval 1-3 times a month for approximately 5-10 minutes.Responding to this research needed to provide suggestions for the campus network admin UKRIM in providing service load balance as well as managerial bandwidth.This research was conducted on simulation using GNS3 to compare load balance method ECMP and PCC or Per Connection Classifier.As for the HTB used to replace simple queue to minimise wasted bandwidth.Testing on this research using wireshark on a simulated network being built based GNS3.From the test results the comparison using standardization TIPHON obtained that the PCC has advantages compared to the ECMP on condition when a dense network experienced congestion.This is proven by the same throughput rating 100% but the jitter and packet loss is different at PCC have packet loss 15% category medium, the value of jitter 15.69 ms nice category whereas in packet loss value ECMP 58% bad and categories jitter 98.2 ms categories. Keywords: ECMP, GNS3, Per Connection Classifier,Hierarchical Token Bucket.

Abstract

The use of a website based application system has become an administrative requirement for employees of Perumdam Tirta Bengkayang, West Kalimantan. Meetings that are held four times a month are the obligation of employees of Perumdam Tirta Bengkayang to evaluate the performance with the director to advance Perumdam Tirta Bengkayang for the people of Bengkayang district. The purpose of this study is to implement a website-based meeting minutes application system using the FIFO (First In First Out) method. The FIFO (First In First Out) method is a method for managing and manipulating meeting data, where the first data entered will be processed first. The meeting minutes application is presented to make it easier for employees to archive data online, so that every data can be accessed when connected to the internet. By using the CodeIgniter framework, it is able to produce a system that can be understood by the employees of Perumdam Tirta Bengkayang for the implementation of their work and this system has the ability to run on computers and smartphones so that the employees of Perumdam Tirta Bengkayang can access wherever they are. The final results of this study indicate that the meeting minutes system is beneficial for Perumdam Tirta Bengkayang and has been tested by several IT experts using black box and getting 100% valid status and 119.866 ms delay testing in the very good category for using the meeting minutes application. Abstract

The management and optimization of IT infrastructure are vital for the Regional-Owned Enterprise Agency, Perumdam Titra Bengkayang, considering the number of connections on 2021 was 10.100 SR and the number continues to grow. This causes the need to improve services in the field of information technology, especially facilities and infrastructure for information disclosure of public bodies involving facilities such as network infrastructure and websites as well as online payment systems. Since the change of director and of name from PDAM to Perumdam Tirta Bengkayang, it is stated in the five year strategic plan to change the status of information disclosure from the black zone in 2019 at least to yellow for 2020-2022 and blue or green for 2023-2024. Through this activity, the design of a network system among the branches of the Perumdam Tirta Bengkayang office and website management to facilitate monitoring and evaluation of information disclosure for public agencies were done. This activity resulted in a network design based on inter-branch networks for future improvements and website management based on wordpress CMS.

Abstract

University requires the integration of data from one system with other systems as needed. This is because there are still many processes to input the same data but with different information systems. The application of data integration generally has several obstacles, one of which is due to the diversity of databases used by each information system. Schema matching is one method that can be used to overcome data integration problems caused by database diversity. The schema matching method used in this research is linguistic and constraint. The results of the matching scheme are used as material for optimizing data integration at the database level. The optimization process shows a change in the number of tables and attributes in the database that is a decrease in the number of tables by 13 tables and 492 attributes. The changes were caused by some tables and attributes were omitted and normalized. This research shows that after optimization, data integration becomes better because the data was connected and used by other systems has increased by 46.67% from the previous amount. This causes the same data entry on different systems can be reduced and also data inconsistencies caused by duplication of data on different systems can be minimized.

Abstract

Sentimen adalah proses komputasional dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengategori opini-opini dalam bentuk potongan teks, khususnya untuk mengukur maksud si pembuat potongan teks terhadap topik tertentu, dapat bernada positif, negatif, atau netral. Dalam konteks layanan perusahaan, sentimen yang sering muncul biasanya adalah sentiment yang bernilai positif dalam bentuk pujian dan apresiasi maupun sentiment bernilai negatif dalam bentuk complain. Ketika komplain dilakukan oleh pelanggan, maka pihak perusahaan harus dapat melakukan tindakan untuk menanggulangi komplain tersebut, yang dimungkinkan dapat berimbas terhadap kredibilitas perusahaan, bahkan dapat berimbas pada harga saham. Sosial media menjadi tempat yang dapat digunakan untuk menyampaikan keluhan maupun review positif dari pelanggan terhadap layanan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Proses analisis sentimen pelanggan terhadap layanan perusahaan perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar jumlah sentimen yang muncul menggunakan metode KNN dengan studi kasus pada perusahaan telekomunikasi di Indonesia. Kemudian dilakukan analisis regresi untuk menilai apakah jumlah sentimen pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sentimen positif sebesar 16% , sentimen negatif sebesar 78 % dan sentimen netral sebesar 6%. Metode KNN menghasilkan akurasi paling tinggi sebesar 79,06% pada cross validation = 4. Jumlah sentimen negatif dan harga saham memiliki nilai regresi dan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,46 atau dengan kata lain tidak memiliki keterikatan satu sama lain. Sentimen positif menghasilkan nilai regresi dan korelasi sebesar 0,02 dengan artian memiliki keterikatan satu sama lain.

Abstract

Abstract— With the development of technology, the number of new users in the field of technology will increase. Along with the development of technology, the ability in the internet network is also increasing, causing a traffic on the network to get worse. Load blanching can make the performance on the internet network more optimal and make the network traffic process more stable. Load Blancing configuration can be done on the Mikrotik server through the Winbox application media. The configuration process so that it becomes stable can be done with 2 ISPs so that the network is evenly distributed. With Load Balancing, it is not only about distributing equity on the network but also as a control and balancing on the web server. The process of testing traffic on the network we got a network speed of 17.6 Mbps, and it can be concluded that the internet network at the Shanti Bhuana Institute is classified as "Good".

Abstract

High Schools of Technology or abbreviated as STT Humble and STT Berea, are two institutions that are under the Director General of Christian Guidance in monitoring and reporting but must be integrated with the Ministry of Education and Culture through a Neofeeder. So far, the existence of STT Humble in Bengkayang Regency and STT Berea in Ansang, Darit, Landak Regency has become the prima donna for undergraduate higher education for prospective Christian teachers and prospective ministers such as missionaries and pastors. However, in practice, the limitations of information technology-based services in both STTs make it very difficult to see the unavailability of IT personnel. For example, the need to coordinate with each other is not documented in meeting minutes until the existence of the Pddikti feeder application, which has turned into a Neofeeder through monthly updates and a SISTER service for BKD services for each lecturer. Through this community service, the implementation of digital-based meeting minutes for STT Humble, and an online cloud for neo feeder, to the management of VMware-based SISTERs for STT Berea were designed.
