Abstract

Ketersediaan air bersih di wilayah Kabupaten Bengkayang menjadi tugas dari PERUMDAM Tirta Bengkayang. Namun PERUMDAM Tirta Bengkayang sendiri saat ini masih berjuang dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan yang mana Intake atau sumber airnya, yaitu intake Madi, memiliki permasalahan yaitu banjir luapan air yang sulit terdeteksi akibat semakin banyaknya curah hujan yang tertampung mengakibatkan air memiliki tekanan yang besar dan mempengaruhi nilai ambang batas intake. Alhasil kondisi ini menyebabkan meluapnya air dan akhirnya banjir dan menyebabkan pipa tidak mampu lagi menampung tekanan yang besar dan meledak. Dari keterlambatan untuk mendeteksi luapan air mengakibatkan pipa bocor dan terpaksa intake harus dihentikan sehingga air PDAM alirannya dihentikan ke rumah konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan deteksi pipa yang bocor dengan melakukan simulasi deteksi dini banjir pada intake PERUMDAM Tirta Bengkayang menggunakan proteus dan IoT(Internet of Things) Arduino Uno yang terintegrasi web untuk log. Dari hasil uji simulasi, prototype ini diujikan pada pihak Perumdam Tirta Bengkayang. Nilai rata-rata pengujian dapat mendeteksi dengan akurat hingga 100 cm lebih ketika prototype didemonstrasikan dengan tingkat validitas sebesar 90% pada uji blacbox dan mampu terintegrasi web untuk pencatatan log harian.

Abstract

The implementation of information systems and technology within the scope of Governmentis now mandatory to adhere to a framework known as Swakelola. The framework necessitates that every system and technology project involving local community organizations or regencies should develop the existing human resources potential within the city. This also applies to the procurement of open data systems managed by the Department of Communications and Informatics of Bengkayang Regency, involving the IT Department of Shanti Bhuana Institute through direct appointment based on Type III (Swakelola). The creation of the Open Data system is named Open Data 1.0, aiming at facilitating the Regent in accessing data from the Regional Work Units in Bengkayang Regency for easier future monitoring. The Swakelola implementation involves various documents that are expected to assist other universities in establishing official collaborations with the Local Government for system development. The feedback from the collaboration on creating Open Data 1.0 obtained a satisfaction rating of 4.6 out of 5 from the Head of the IT Division and the Users of Diskominfo Bengkayang Regency.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 diyatakan masuk ke Indonesia awal tahun 2020 dan masih hingga sekarang menjadi perhatian bagi pemerintah dan masyarakat tidak terkecuali di kabupaten Bengkayang yang saat ini sudah menerapkan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) level 3 di bulan Agustus 2021. Apotek Berkat sebagai satu dari beberapa apotek di Bengkayang fokus menjual produk obat-obatan setiap harinya menjadi salah satu tumpuan masyarakat dalam mendapatkan obat dengan harga terjangkau dan lengkap. Perputaran stok pada apotek berkat sekitar 25000 item untuk produk yang terjual maupun sebagai stok keluar setiap bulannya, menjadikan apotek berkat salah satu apotek yang paling dikenal masyarakat khususnya kabupaten Bengkayang. Namun pada implementasinya, proses administrasi penjualan dari stok masuk hingga stok keluar terdapat beberapa kendala teknis sejak berdiri toko cabang di bulan november tahun 2020. Permasalahan seperti pemilik yang masih penggunaan sistem kasir sederhana offline, selisih stok ketika adanya cacat produk, belum tersedianya fasilitas teknologi untuk menunjang administrasi seperti jaringan internet, lokal server, maupun perangkat kasir dan belum adanya stok opname. Hal ini menjadi suatu permasalahan pokok pada keberlangsungan Apotek Berkat Bengkayang yang diselesaikan pada program pengabdian masyarakat kali ini. Pada program ini dilakukan pendampingan untuk penggunaan aplikasi berbasis digital point of sale yaitu olsera yang dikombinasikan dengan teknologi jaringan internet selama delapan bulan terhitung sejak januari 2021. Hasil dari program pengabdian pada masyarakat, sistem administrasi apotek menjadi lebih mudah dan terdokumentasi dari sisi penambahan stok, stok opname, stok keluar, penjualan, laporan penjualan, pengembalian barang, hingga pendataan atau pencarian dan penghapusan stok. Abstract

Based on research conducted by the author, two server machines at Diskominfo Bengkayang District have poor resources because they use personal computers with specifications not for servers, so they cannot serve clients properly. Besides that, there is no central data storage server for sharing data. The solution to the problem of server resources is to replace it with one unit of PC Server with high specifications and because there are two servers, the method used for this problem is Virtualization Technology. All server machines are built in virtualization technology using Proxmox. Proxmox is open-source software for running Virtual Machine. With proxmox, it can minimize the use of hardware and facilitate maintenance because it uses Web Base Management for its settings and with the construction of a data center server for value data storage and data sharing, will provide convenience in doing work. The benefits of this community service activity are to streamline time and costs in server maintenance and optimal use of resources.

Abstract

Internet of Think (IoT) is emerging as a big issue on the internet, it is expected that billions of objects will be equipped with various types of sensors connected to the internet through networks as well as technology support such as embedded sensors and actualization. This study aims to design and analyze the application of a prototype door locking system via the internet using Arduino Uno based on Android. This research uses the SDLC method in designing and developing a prototype door lock system over the internet using Arduino Uno based on Android. There are 3 stages of the SDLC method used in this research, namely Requirements Analysis, System Design, and System Implementation. The input from this system is in the form of on and off commands from smartphones that are sent to thingspeak as a server service and will be continued to Arduino devices that have been connected to a solenoid doorlock. If the door is opened, the magnetic sensor switch will send the information back to Thingspeak and continue to the smartphone as feedback. The results of the tests that have been carried out are that the average time required for lock = 4.36 seconds and unlock = 5.30 seconds, while the average sensor test time required to send sensor data with conditions Open = 12.33 seconds and Closed = 12.43 seconds. The delay time depends on the condition of the network connected to the system.

Abstract

Computerized employee attendance data collection provides convenience in terms of real-time monitoring. The computerized attendance data collection process has been widely implemented by government and private agencies. With a computerized system, the data collection process is easier to carry out. The data that has been collected increases as time passes. To improve discipline in employee attendance patterns. Perumdam Tirta Bengkayang implements an attendance application with features consisting of working hours, shifts, attendance location and is equipped with documentation of incoming and outgoing absences in the form of selfies attached to the application. The data that has been collected is then analyzed to assess employee discipline levels using data mining techniques, namely the K-Means method. Data mining methods are used to group employee attendance data patterns. Data mining is the process of collecting data, and finding patterns or relationships between data. The K-Means method works by dividing data into k closest clusters. The calculation begins by determining the value of k, centroid, and closest point. Meanwhile, the analysis uses the Python library by importing the necessary libraries such as numpy, pandas, matplotlib, sklearn. Based on the results of the analysis and grouping of employees, 26.76% of employees fall into cluster 0, namely the low level of discipline, 71.83% of employees fall into cluster 1, namely the medium level of discipline, and 1.41% of employees fall into cluster 2, namely the high level of discipline.

Abstract

In the implementation of learning activities, it is necessary to support good facilities and infrastructure so that they can run smoothly. One of the learning facilities needed is a computer laboratory. Shanti Bhuana's IT Study Program has supporting facilities in improving the teaching and learning service process, one of the facilities provided is a computer laboratory. As a form of measuring the role of the computer laboratory on student satisfaction in developing the learning process, it is necessary to measure the quality of service so that it can support the role and function of the laboratory optimally. In this study, it is explained how the quality of computer laboratory services in improving teaching and learning skills based on criteria that become benchmarks are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, courtesy, credibility, secure, and communication. Data analysis using descriptive statistical calculations. From the results of the research analysis, it was concluded that the overall computer laboratory service was still relatively good, it could be seen from the average of 5 service quality measurement indicators consisting of 14 questions getting an average score of 178.64 indicating that the computer laboratory service was in the fairly good category. From this research, there are still many things that need to be improved, and researchers provide suggestions, such as adding computer tools or equipment and internet access power by optimizing the functions of the facilities and infrastructure that are already available.

Abstract

University requires the integration of data from one system with other systems as needed. This is because there are still many processes to input the same data but with different information systems. The application of data integration generally has several obstacles, one of which is due to the diversity of databases used by each information system. Schema matching is one method that can be used to overcome data integration problems caused by database diversity. The schema matching method used in this research is linguistic and constraint. The results of the matching scheme are used as material for optimizing data integration at the database level. The optimization process shows a change in the number of tables and attributes in the database that is a decrease in the number of tables by 13 tables and 492 attributes. The changes were caused by some tables and attributes were omitted and normalized. This research shows that after optimization, data integration becomes better because the data was connected and used by other systems has increased by 46.67% from the previous amount. This causes the same data entry on different systems can be reduced and also data inconsistencies caused by duplication of data on different systems can be minimized.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengimplementasikan metode Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) dalam mengenali pola aksara Dunging. Dalam hal ini sebagai sistem yang melakukan pengelompokan aksara dunging sesuai kelasnya masing-masing. Dengan menerapkan kedua teori ini maka sistem akan melakukan pengidentifikasian tulisan tangan aksara dunging yang mempunyai karakteristik menyerupai jaringan syaraf manusia. Data yang digunakan berupa citra yang telah diambil menggunakan foto kamera digital dan smartphone.Citra diubah menjadi numerik dengan menggunakan image processing. Tahapan image processing antara lain proses crop citra RGB menjadi 50 x 50 pixel, dan binerisasi citra. Tahap pelatihan jaringan menggunakan data sebanyak 10 citra yang terdiri dari aksara dunging yang berjumlah 10 karakter. Hasil pengujian citra latih diperoleh persentase 88,66 %. Menggunakan diakritik anak huruf dunging, menggunakan atau menambahkan beberapa fungsi image processing, dan diimplementasikan. Dari hasil akurasi yang didapatkan maka dapat dikatakan metode LVQ belum optimal dalam memecahkan masalah pengenalan pola terutama aksara Dunging. Teknik optimalisasi kepada proses pembelajaran LVQ dengan algoritma-algoritma optimasi merupakan rencana penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to enhance the classification accuracy of fake bandwidth using a CNN model, leveraging network logs collected in real-time. For this research, the network logs from the Cyber Security Laboratory of the University of Technology Sarawak are used as a dataset for training the CNN model. The dataset consists of 20 days of continuous network activity logging, which results in over 500,000 data entries. According to the model evaluation results, the trained CNN model demonstrated high accuracy in classifying genuine bandwidth (Precision: 0.92, Recall: 0.95). Moreover, it achieved considerable success in detecting fake bandwidth (Precision: 0.89, Recall: 0.90) and the no heavy activity category (Precision: 0.98, Recall: 0.84). Analysis of Loss Over Epochs showed a dramatic decrease in loss during the training phase, with optimal convergence reached by epoch 2000. Identifying these characteristics enables monitoring systems to classify network data with high certainty, detecting bandwidth manipulation in expansive networks. Thus, this research aids the design of dynamic network monitoring systems that require minimal response time while maintaining high accuracy.
