Abstract

Training and intentive have large effect to employeeperformance therefore, in this research analysis the effect of thetwo variable to the employee performance. This research aims is toknow the effect of training and incentive to employeeperformance.This research use 56 employee at PT Bank DanamonMadiun, the data are collected by quwitionaire and self-completedby respondend. From the data, it analized by regression multipleanalysis to know the effect off each variable that has dominanteffect.The research result show the both training and incentivehave positive and significant effect to employee make. From thetwo variable, training variable has dominant effect to employeeperformance. It is because training is given rightly, therefore. Itcan increase employee performance at PT Bank DanamonMadiun.From the research there are two implication. First, for PTBank Danamon Madiun, in order to increase the employeeperformance of PT Bank Danamon Madiun must use the trainingand incentive rightly, especially training variable that hasdominant effect to employee performance. Second, for researchthat interested to advance the research could develop the researchto wider object to increase generalization of this research finding.Keywords : Training, Incentive, Employee performance, PT BankDanamon Madiun

Abstract

The role of human resources in the organization is very important, because it is natural if the management give more attention through the policies that has been taken. Currently many problems that arise related to employment, especially employee performance, therefore the problems relating to performance need to be resolved. Motivation is a condition or energy that moves employees directed to achieve the goals of the company organization. besides motivation, another thing that can affect performance is ability, by having the appropriate ability in the field of work that he does, then he can work better. While employee performance in general is influenced by two main factors, namely the ability and driving force or what is called motivation. The purpose of this study were: 1) describing the motivation, work ability, commitment and performance employers at the Meuble Basuki Lacasa Art Gallery Singosari-Malang. 2) analayzing the influences of motivation, work ability, and commitment employer performance at the Meuble Basuki Lacasa Art Gallery Singosari-Malang Company. And 3) analyzing the dominant influences of Motivation, Ability and Work Commitment on Employee Performance at Singosari-Malang Meuble Basuki Lacasa Art Gallery. The analysis method used in this research was descriptive analysis. The results of his research were: 1) Motivation, work ability and commitment of employer simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employer at Meuble Basuki Lacasa Art Gallery Singosari Malang, and 2) Based on the results of the t test shown that motivation, work ability and employee commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at Meuble Basuki Lacasa Art Gallery Singosari Malang, while the variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance were motivation. Abstract

Luring Hamlet is a hamlet located in the village of Sukopuro Jabung. The Sukopuro village area includes 4 hamlets namely Luring, Karang Rejo, Kepuh and Pandan Rejo. The total area of Sukopuro village is 630,935 hectares. With an area of approximately 150 hectares, Luring hamlet includes hamlets that have a fairly large agricultural land, which is 120 hectares. Wetlands produce vegetables and sweet potatoes, while drylands produce sugarcane, cassava, maize and durian. The superior commodity is cassava.  The resident's home-based business is the production of cassava chips. Unfortunately, this business has not run optimally. One of the businesses that became the location of assistance from the service team was the cassava chip business owned by Pak Rahmat's family. Traditional business management causes low productivity. To start business development, the service team provides direction to change the products sold from previously in the form of raw chips to chips as ready-to-consume snacks with hygienic, durable and durable packaging. In addition, the service team also provides directions so that in the production process fixed procedures or SOPs are carried out starting from simple ones to maintain product hygiene such as arranging the location for drying chips, using goring oil in a healthy manner and packaging of chips that are hygienic, safe and durable.

Abstract

The increasing bullying trends become a fear and worry of the parents who are members of PKK cadres in Kedungrejo Village, Pakis District, Malang Regency. Therefore, parents should take a proper role in order to prevent the behavior, particularly those involving their children, either as victims, perpetrators, or witnesses. In order to realize that, the government of Kedungrejo Village cooperated with Universitas Wisnuwardhana Malang Team to conduct Anti-Bullying Education activity for the cadres of PKK. This educational activity aimed to improve the parents’ insight regarding Bullying Behavior. Based on the educational activity that has been done, there was an increase in the cadres’ insight regarding bullying behavior, in which before the education was carried out, 2 participants understand the behavior, 2 others a little bit understand the behavior, while 17 others did not understand the behavior. Meanwhile, after the educational activity was carried out, all 21 participants strongly understand the bullying behavior, in which they can describe how the bullying behavior is, and how to prevent and overcome the behavior. Hence, it can be summed up that this educational activity can successfully increase the PKK cadres’ insight.ABSTRAKKecenderungan kasus perundungan yang semakin meningkat menjadi ketakutan dan kekhawatiran para orang tua yang tergabung dalam Kader PKK Desa Kedungrejo, Kecamatan Pakis, Kabupaten Malang. Karena itu orang tua harus mengambil peran yang tepat untuk mencegah perilaku perundungan, terutama yang melibatkan anaknya, baik sebagai korban, tersangka, maupun saksi. Agar orang tua dapat mengambil peran yang tepat, pemerintah Desa Kedungrejo bekerjasama dengan Tim Universitas Wisnuwardhana Malang untuk memberikan edukasi pada para kader PKK mengenai perilaku perundungan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan orangtua mengenai Perilaku Perundungan. Berdasarkan kegiatan edukasi yang dilakukan, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pada orang tua, di mana sebelum edukasi di lakukan, 2 orang peserta memahami, 2 orang peserta sedikit memahami, dan 17 orang perserta tidak memahami perilaku perundungan. Namun setelah edukasi di lakukan, didapatkan data bahwa seluruh peserta yang berjumlah 21 orang sangat paham dengan perilaku perundungan, dimana mereka dapat mengambarkan apa yang dimaksud dengan perundungan, bagaimana cara mencegah dan menanganinya. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan edukasi ini berhasil meningkatkan wawasan dan pemahaman para kader PKK.

Abstract

Corrie Gallery makes various products made from fabric and thread as well as soap-based products, such as wall decorations that have value or are called "Valuable Products", that is, apart from being wall decorations, these decorations also have a fragrant scent which is complemented by the aroma of therapeutic oil to make it smell good. room. Corrie Gallery has been established for the last 5 years under the leadership of Mr. Andhik Dharmabakti is the owner of the UMKM Home Decoration and Fashion Corrie Gallery in the Handicraft business sector which is located at the Sawojajar Permai Shop Block A No 30, Sawojajar Village, Kedungkandang District, Malang City. This product from Corrie Gallery is made in such a way with a variety of designs and a combination of materials so that it becomes a product that has artistic value and selling power. Apart from Home Decoration Products, Corrie is also trying to develop Fashion Products, namely Women's batik clothes which are elegantly designed and have been displayed in several Fashion Show activities. The problem that has been agreed upon lies in digital marketing and product marketing that is less than optimal so that people do not recognize the products produced even though there are many kinds of products that are needed by the public. And marketing digitalization, namely studying digital marketing through social media, mass media and other supporting technologies. Get to know the market and audience to get to know more about the diversity of products produced. Using social media to build Brand Awareness so that Corrie Gallery can be known by the public both on social media and offline customers who come directly to the gallery. The approach method for this community service activity is educational, namely an interactive discussion followed by a question and answer session as a means of transferring knowledge to empower participants. The results achieved are of course a wider market because of this service activity, Corrie Gallery, sales automatically increase, they are better known to the public, they can develop products that are more popular with the consumer market.

Abstract

The low level of financial literacy in Indonesia, with a rate of only 38.03%, is a challenge in managing family finances, especially among homemakers. Homemakers who are members of the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) have great potential to be empowered. Still, most do not yet understand stock investment as an alternative for long-term financial management. This program is designed to improve the financial literacy of PKK mothers through stock investment education to help them manage family finances more effectively and sustainably.The solution implemented involves community-based education with a participatory approach. The implementation method includes interactive training, stock investment simulations using a digital platform, and real-world practice assistance. This program is implemented for three months in three stages: basic education, simulation, and direct application.The results showed a significant increase in participant understanding, from 20% who understood the basic concept of stock investment before training to 85% after training. As many as 70% of participants started real investments with small funds. In addition, this program forms stock study groups, increases self-confidence, and creates an investment culture in the community. This program provides innovative solutions to empower local communities and improve family welfare through better financial literacy.

Abstract

Abstract. Human Resource Management (HRM) is the science and art of managing the relationship and role of labor to achieve the effectiveness and efficiency of company goals, employees, and society as a whole. In a competitive business, companies realize the importance of encouraging employee enthusiasm to improve performance through a reward system. both financial and non-financial. This study aims to understand employee perceptions of the existing reward system and identify the types of rewards that most affect employee performance at PT Rangros Plastik Malang City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection triangulation techniques in the form of sources, time, and interview and observation methods. The results showed that although PT Rangros Plastik has implemented various forms of rewards, such as weekly salary, Holiday Allowance (THR), recreational incentives, and recognition and appreciation, its effectiveness is still limited by the low quality of human resources and the perception of employees who still often differentiate the rewards received. The implementation of a fair and transparent reward system is proven to improve employee performance. However, to achieve optimal results, it is necessary to adjust the reward system that is more in line with the needs and expectations of employees. This study concludes that the implementation of an effective reward system can make a positive contribution to improving employee performance and achieving company goals

Abstract

Motivasi kerja dari pemimpin PDAM Kota Malang juga merupakan pemberian dorongan-dorongan individu untuk bertindak yang menyebabkan karyawan tersebut berperilaku dengan cara tertentu yang mengarah pada tujuan. Pemberian motivasi merupakan salah satu tujuan agar karyawan yang diberi motivasi dapat bekerja sesuai dengan acuan kerja dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan sehingga tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Dalam penelitian kualitatif data dan informasi yang diperoleh dari individu yang memahami tentang permasalahan fokus penelitian yang disebut informan utama/key person serta informan pembantu/co actor. Tiga teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa,Peran motivasi merupakan penggerak yang mengarahkan karyawan PDAM Kota Malang pada tujuan dan itu jarang muncul dengan sia-sia. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, peranan pemimpin PDAM Kota Malang sangat penting. Untuk menggerakkan karyawannya agar sesuai dengan yang dikehendaki perusahaan, maka haruslah seorang pemimpin PDAM Kota Malang memberikan pemahaman tentang motivasi kerja tersebut, karena motivasi inilah yang menentukan perilaku karyawan PDAM Kota Malang untuk bekerja, atau dengan kata lain perilaku merupakan cerminan yang paling sederhana dari motivasi, tanpa adanya motivasi, seorang tentu tidak akan bisa melaksanakan dan menyelesaikan tugasnya sesuai standar yang bahkan juga bisa jauh dibawah standar yang telah di tetapkan. Salah satu saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu Pemimpin PDAM Kota Malang diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebetuhuan dan keinginan karyawan supaya para karyawan merasa nyaman dan semangat dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran biaya modal dalam mempengaruhi kemampuan penerima kredit dalam membayar kembali pinjamannya. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 100 orang. Peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, survei, dan catatan transaksi pinjaman. Penurunan suku bunga dalam program kredit mikro mempunyai dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pembayaran. Hal ini meningkatkan kemampuan peminjam untuk membayar kembali pinjamannya dengan mengurangi jumlah cicilan. Kebijakan suku bunga rendah juga efektif dalam mengurangi risiko tunggakan dan mendukung tujuan inklusi keuangan dan pengentasan kemiskinan. Saran dari penelitian adalah penting bagi pemerintah untuk mempertimbangkan tingkat suku bunga dalam merancang program kredit mikro.
