Abstract

Desa Jabung merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Pakis yang banyak menghasilkan ketela pohon, jagung, dan kedelai. Beberapa usaha industri rumah tangga sudah dikerjakan oleh masyarakat adalah kripik singkong, peyek kacang, dan sejenisnya. Ada satu peluang yang belum dikembangkan yaitu pengolahan kedelai menjadi tahu dan turunannya. Pada umumnya masyarakat Jabung tidak minat mengolah kedelai menjadi tahu, karena kesulitan membuang limbahnya. Pada titik inilah diperlukan solusi untuk menangani limbah tahu. Kebermaknaan kehadiran pengabdi di desa Jabung sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat yang mengalami kendala pembuangan limbah tahu. Awalnya masyarakat desa Jabung selalu menjual hasil panen kedelai kepada tengkulak, dengan harga murah, tetapi setelah memperoleh penjelasan, penyuluhan, dan wawasan tentang pengolahan kedelai menjadi tahu dan turunannya dengan alat teknologi terapan bernama Tasudo, maka minatnya mulai tumbuh. Masyarakat mulai diajak berpikir kreatif, produktif, dan komunikatif membangun pasar yang lebih luas. Kesemangatan masyarakat semakin terlihat meningkat ketika berbicara tentang lapangan kerja, hasil keuntungan, dan keterlibatan anggota masyarakat dalam pembuatan tahu beserta turunannya. Hasil: olahan kedelai menjadi bermacam-macam makanan dan minuman dengan tanpa limbah, serta sumber daya manusia di desa Jabung menjadi sebuah jaringan bisnis yang dinamis untuk peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the human resources development, organizational commitment, job motivation, loyalty performance lecturer, analyzing the influence of the human resources development, organizational commitment, and motivation work towards loyalty and performance lecturer, analyzing the influence of loyalty towards the performance of lecturers, and analyze the influence of the human resources development, organizational commitment and motivation of working through loyalty to the performance of a lecturer. Analytical techniques descriptive analyses that used and SEM analysis. Based on the results of the analysis showed that the human resources development, organizational commitment, motivation and loyalty effect on work performance of a lecturer. Loyalty is an intervening variable that could mediate the human resources development, organizational commitment and motivation on performance lecturer, meaning that professors who are committed and have a high work motivation and supported by human resources development good will create loyalty lecturer at institutions that will ultimately improve the performance of lecturers. Keywords         Human Resource Development, Job Motivation, Lecturer Performance, Loyalty, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

Abstract. Empowering Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is an integral part of the National Development and became a strategic step in improving and strengthening the basis of economic life. Thus the development of cooperatives and SMEs is a priority and become very urgent and vital. Under these conditions an employee is required to continue to hone and emningkatkan his work, thus impacting positively on the performance of employees. The purpose of this study to see the effect of simultaneous and partial training, employment and career development desripsi on the performance of staff at the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Malang. Samples are 49 respondents who are employees of Department of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Malang. The analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneous and partial training, employment and career development desripsi on the performance of staff at the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Malang. While the dominant variable career development is the most dominant variable affecting the work performance of employees. Keywords: Effects of Training, Job Description, Career Development, Employee Job

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of supervisory leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction that contribute simultaneously and significantly to the work discipline of PDAM Malang City employees. In accordance with the main problem and research objectives that have been formulated, this type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study were 188 employees of PDAM Malang City. The population in this study were 353 people . The data analysis method used is path analysis. Based on data analysis, there is evidence that leadership supervision and work motivation have a simultaneous and significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership supervision, work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously and significantly affect work discipline, and leadership supervision and work motivation simultaneously and significantly affect work motivation. work discipline through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Working environmental conditions have a significant influence on employee performance. This research aims to analyze how the work environment at the East Java Cooperative and SME Training UPT Office affects employee performance. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The main informants consisted of 10 employees selected based on certain criteria. The research results show that a clean, bright, peaceful, and safe work environment, as well as office facilities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and other important equipment, play a significant role in increasing employee motivation and performance. Apart from that, good working relationships between superiors and subordinates also make a positive contribution to performance. The implications of this research show that improving the physical and social work environment can improve employee performance significantly and sustainably.

Abstract

The various potentials that exist in the village cannot be seen and accessed using online media so that the various potentials that exist cannot be managed optimally, this is also recognized by the village apparatus where there are no clear road directions (maps) to tourist destinations either based on nature such as Coban and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the environment. From the various problems that have been presented, this service focuses on two activities, namely the creation of the Village Website and the Making of the Sukopuro Village Gate Park. The conclusions of the service are 1) The Sukopuro Village website although it is still under repair and continues to be improved, but it can be enjoyed through the desasukopurojabung.com page 2) The Sukopuro Village Gate Garden can already be enjoyed because there are living plants with elegant designs equipped with stones. times and when the night comes the atmosphere becomes bright.

Abstract

The widespread distribution of cosmetic products that have not been certified halal has raised concerns about the content being dangerous to health and unfit for use because of questionable cleanliness. Likewise, for food and beverage products. On the other hand, the pandemic has significantly impacted people's social behavior, including in the economic sector. Both business actors and consumers tend to carry out their business activities online. As a result, food and beverage products and cosmetics that have not been certified halal can be easily obtained and consumed by the public. The biggest consumers of these two types of products are teenagers and housewives. This service program's role in halal awareness education comes into play. The aim is to build halal awareness in the community, especially teenagers and homemakers in Kedungrejo Village, Pakis District, Malang Regency. The method used is educational activities to increase halal understanding and awareness, as well as creating simple information media to accelerate the dissemination of information about halal products. The output of this service program includes a better level of community empowerment (increased understanding of the counseling participants) as evidenced by the pre-test and post-test given, audio-visual work in the form of videos and a poster, Ayo Aware Halal, which is posted on the information board at the hall office Village. This poster was also handed over to the PKK Cadre community so that it could be copied and reread at home.ABSTRAKBeredar luasnya produk kosmetik yang belum tersertifikasi halal, memunculkan kekhawatiran berupa kandungan yang berbahaya bagi kesehatan, dan tak layak digunakan karena kebersihannya yang diragukan. Demikian juga pada produk makanan dan minuman. Di sisi lain, pandemic memberikan dampak cukup signifikan dalam perilaku sosial masyarakat, termasuk dalam sektor ekonomi. Baik pelaku usaha maupun konsumen cenderung menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya secara online. Akibatnya, produk makanan dan minuman serta kosmetik yang belum tersertifikasi halal tadi dapat dengan mudah diperoleh dan dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat. Konsumen terbesar kedua jenis produk ini adalah remaja dan ibu rumah tangga. Di sinilah peran program pengabdian berupa penyuluhan kesadaran halal ini. Tujuannya adalah membangun kesadaran halal masyarakat terutama remaja dan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Kedungrejo Kecamatan Pakis Kabupaten Malang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kegiatan edukasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran halal serta pembuatan media informasi sederhana untuk mempercepat penyebaran informasi mengenai produk halal. Luaran dari program pengabdian ini diantaranya yaitu tingkat keberdayaan masyarakat yang lebih baik (pemahaman peserta penyuluhan yang meningkat) terbukti dari pre-test dan post-test yang diberikan, karya audio visual berupa video dan sebuah poster Ayo Sadar Halal yang ditempel di papan informasi kantor balai desa. Poster ini juga diserahkan kepada komunitas Kader PKK agar dapat digandakan dan dibaca kembali di rumah.

Abstract

The increasing bullying trends become a fear and worry of the parents who are members of PKK cadres in Kedungrejo Village, Pakis District, Malang Regency. Therefore, parents should take a proper role in order to prevent the behavior, particularly those involving their children, either as victims, perpetrators, or witnesses. In order to realize that, the government of Kedungrejo Village cooperated with Universitas Wisnuwardhana Malang Team to conduct Anti-Bullying Education activity for the cadres of PKK. This educational activity aimed to improve the parents’ insight regarding Bullying Behavior. Based on the educational activity that has been done, there was an increase in the cadres’ insight regarding bullying behavior, in which before the education was carried out, 2 participants understand the behavior, 2 others a little bit understand the behavior, while 17 others did not understand the behavior. Meanwhile, after the educational activity was carried out, all 21 participants strongly understand the bullying behavior, in which they can describe how the bullying behavior is, and how to prevent and overcome the behavior. Hence, it can be summed up that this educational activity can successfully increase the PKK cadres’ insight.ABSTRAKKecenderungan kasus perundungan yang semakin meningkat menjadi ketakutan dan kekhawatiran para orang tua yang tergabung dalam Kader PKK Desa Kedungrejo, Kecamatan Pakis, Kabupaten Malang. Karena itu orang tua harus mengambil peran yang tepat untuk mencegah perilaku perundungan, terutama yang melibatkan anaknya, baik sebagai korban, tersangka, maupun saksi. Agar orang tua dapat mengambil peran yang tepat, pemerintah Desa Kedungrejo bekerjasama dengan Tim Universitas Wisnuwardhana Malang untuk memberikan edukasi pada para kader PKK mengenai perilaku perundungan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan orangtua mengenai Perilaku Perundungan. Berdasarkan kegiatan edukasi yang dilakukan, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pada orang tua, di mana sebelum edukasi di lakukan, 2 orang peserta memahami, 2 orang peserta sedikit memahami, dan 17 orang perserta tidak memahami perilaku perundungan. Namun setelah edukasi di lakukan, didapatkan data bahwa seluruh peserta yang berjumlah 21 orang sangat paham dengan perilaku perundungan, dimana mereka dapat mengambarkan apa yang dimaksud dengan perundungan, bagaimana cara mencegah dan menanganinya. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan edukasi ini berhasil meningkatkan wawasan dan pemahaman para kader PKK.

Abstract

Employee work behavior can include their actions, attitudes, and opinions about their own work. All business organizations must understand the work behavior of their employees. Employee work behavior will influence company performance and direct the achievement of company goals. employee work behavior at PT. Indolakto Pasuruan is the subject of this research. Primary data was obtained through surveys, observations and interviews. This research involved all production department employees at PT. Indolakto Pasuruan, numbering 160 people. The results show that employees have motivation, can show work productivity, are responsible and work hard.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IX-6 di SMP Negeri 21 Kota Malang melalui penggunaan metode Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila materi "Menjaga Keutuhan Wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI)." Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yang didasarkan pada model spiral Kemmis dan McTaggart dan terdiri dari dua bagian. 34 siswa menjadi subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data mencakup observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan analisis lapangan, bersama dengan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa telah meningkat, terbukti dari rata-rata peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis mereka dari 65,29 di semester pertama menjadi 82,06 di semester kedua. Model PBL yang efektif meningkatkan keterampilan analitis, evaluatif, dan pertumbuhan signifikan siswa dalam kurikulum Pendidikan Pancasila.
