Abstract

Every year, the development of the business world continues to increase. The location to open a business in accordance with the sales target in accordance with the market share is very difficult. In order to provide the right decision in choosing a business location, a method is needed in making decisions. Materials (data) and Methods: The business locations processed in this study were 6 types of criteria, namely the number of competitors, the level of population density, the number of supporting businesses around the location, business location permits, business position and traffic access. The method used in processing the data is SAW and Topsis. The stages of processing the SAW and Topsis methods in this research are initializing the wood data. The result of dividing and then multiplying all the criteria according to the weights. Then in the end, the highest preference value will be obtained for each alternative. The result of testing this method is ranking. The best ranking is the ninth alternative. This result has 90% accuracy. The choice of business location can be done optimally. So that the results of the decisions that have been obtained can be used as a guide for choosing a business location that is in accordance with the target market to be achieved.

Abstract

Fires often become disasters that can cause significant losses, both material and human lives. Fires can occur anywhere, including buildings, homes, and industries. During a fire, the risk of death or serious injury is also very high for people trapped inside a room, due to limited access to exit from the room where the fire occurs. Security is one of the most important aspects of life; everyone needs greater safety assurance regarding their home. In this research, the author employs system development and simulation methods, which allow researchers to reproduce complex environments and test system performance under various conditions without building actual physical infrastructure. Researchers have an idea to create a model and simulation of an automatic fire extinguisher and a security system based on IoT and cloud computing using Cisco Packet Tracer. The use of Cisco Packet Tracer as a simulator allows for the creation of IoT-based network simulation models to analyze the results of the simulations on the developed system, ensuring that the simulation results are accurate. The automatic fire extinguisher and security system simulation model yields positive results. When a fire is detected, the sprinkler system, alarm, and LCD provide information indicating a fire, while exit access such as doors and windows yield good simulation results. Additionally, the simulations for security systems for entrance security and rooms containing valuable items produce favorable simulation outcomes.

Abstract

The independent curriculum requires teachers to carry out an initial assessment to determine the appropriate form of learning according to students' learning styles. This is the basis for determining appropriate learning methods for teachers to apply to each student. It is difficult to detect student learning styles at the beginning of learning. Identifying student learning styles is an important indicator of successful learning in the independent curriculum. The application of the CF method is appropriate to the problem of determining student learning styles because the criteria values ​​used in determining learning styles are mostly certain and uncertain. The results of this research are to provide recommendations to teachers whether the stimulation given to students based on learning styles is appropriate and to monitor students' cognitive development, it will be easier for teachers to organize learning according to students' learning needs by paying attention to students' learning styles. The system will produce a report sheet on the diagnosis of the percentage of children's learning styles in what areas and the stimulation that teachers can provide based on the type of learning style.

Abstract

A woman's fertile period is a menstrual cycle in women that occurs once a month. The average fertile period lasts between days 8-19 after the first menstrual period ends. During this fertile period, women will release mature egg cells from the ovaries to the uterus or the so-called ovulation period. There are several menstrual cycles in women, namely the follicular fake menstrual cycle (pre-ovulation) and the luteal phase. If the menstrual period in women is smooth, it is said that it is impossible to have a disease, but in fact there are still diseases in women who have experienced a menstrual period who must get a doctor's treatment as soon as possible.Edward clinic is one of the gynecology clinics that currently serves a variety of health care in pregnant women and complaints in certain areas of women, as well as problems with female fertility. With the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, Edward clinic must be able to follow the development of existing systems in order to make it easier for users to find more complete information by processing patient data and other information. Therefore, the authors want to design an application to assist users in providing services to patients in obtaining more efficient information about the problem of women's fertile period disease, by designing and building a system that will be used in the process to diagnose women's fertile period disease based on symptoms felt by patients using Bayes ' Theorem method, in order to facilitate and shorten the time patients in consultation or further examination. From the results of the study obtained the certainty value of the combination of bayes ' theorem that patients are likely to experience egg follicle disease in women's fertile period with a percentage of 69.50%.

Abstract

The health and beautiful appearance of pets is important because treating these diseases requires more money. If the pet is infected with a disease that can be transmitted, then as the owner you have to do something to find out the type of disease and treatment, one of which is cats. However, many keepers still do not know the symptoms of diseases suffered by cats. So the treatment that should have been carried out at the beginning is delayed and the cat is no longer healthy because it is already suffering from an illness. The lack of veterinarians is also one of the factors causing delays in treatment for cats. For this reason, we need a system that can store knowledge about the symptoms and treatment process of the disease experienced by the cat. Expert system is a system that adopts human knowledge into a computer so that the computer is able to solve problems the way an expert works. Meanwhile, the Certainty Factor Method is a method that defines a measure of certainty regarding facts or rules to describe an expert's confidence in the problem being faced. Based on the results of the trials carried out, it was found that the highest confidence value was in the symptoms of Ringworm disease with a confidence value of 91%.

Abstract

The free lunch program is a goverment initiative aimed at addressing the issue of stunting in Indonesia. This program focuses on toddlers, school-age children and pregnant women. Various opinions have emerged from the public regarding this initiative, especially through sosial media platform X (Twitter) and news portals. In this research, sentiment analysis was conducted to understand public responses to the program, whether they are positive, neutral or negative. To evaluate the accuracy of the sentiment analysis perfomed, a deep learning approach was applied using the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm. The results show that public sentiment varies responses, on social media X tend to be negative, while those on news portals tend to be positive toward the free lunch program in Indonesia. Through LSTM-based testing, sentiment analysis on tweet data achieved an accuracy of 88.6%, with a precision of 84.6%, recall of 88.6% and an F1-Score of 86.3%. Meanwhile, sentiment analysis on news portal data reached an accuracy of 89%, with a precision of 81.7%, recall of 89% and an F1-Score of 85.1%.

Abstract

Angka kematian ibu di Indonesia, sebagian besar disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai informasi kehamilan serta gangguan kehamilan seperti amenia yang sering terjadi pada ibu hamil, dan terlambatnya penangan di rumah sakit, serta kurangnya tenaga medis maupun fasilitas yang memadai dan mahalnya biaya untuk konsultasi membuat para ibu memilih tidak untuk pergi kedokter ahli. Di mana kehamilan merupakan suatu proses fisiologik yang hampir selalu terjadi pada setiap wanita, dan kehamilan terjadi setelah bertemunya sperma dan ovum, tumbuh dan berkembang di dalam terus selama 259 hari atau 37 minggu atau 42 minggu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuat suatu sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa gangguan kehamilan ini dengan menggunakan metode teorema bayes yang lebih mudah dan menjadi alternatif dalam memberikan pengetahuan lebih mengenai hasil diagnosa gangguan pada ibu hamil serta dapat memberikan saran dan media konsultasi mengenai penyakit pada kehamilan serta mengurangi banyaknya biaya konsultasi ke dokter ahli.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan data pendonor darah berdasarkan golongan darah, tempat domisili, dan usia menggunakan metode Clustering K-Means. Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) Kabupaten Langkat menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan data pendonor yang masih bersifat konvensional, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan berbasis data mining untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelompokan data. Data sebanyak 2000 pendonor diolah menggunakan algoritma K-Means melalui perangkat lunak MATLAB R2014b dengan konfigurasi 3, 4, dan 5 cluster. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa konfigurasi 5 cluster memiliki nilai rata-rata variance terendah sebesar 2,2048, yang menandakan bahwa pengelompokan lebih kompak dan stabil dibandingkan konfigurasi lainnya. Mayoritas pendonor darah berasal dari golongan darah A, domisili Kecamatan Stabat, dan berusia 25–44 tahun (dewasa). Pengelompokan ini diharapkan dapat membantu PMI Kabupaten Langkat dalam menyusun strategi pelayanan donor darah secara lebih tepat sasaran dan efisien.

Abstract

Increasingly tight business competition encourages Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to have the right strategy in developing their business, one of which is through selecting strategic branch locations. This study aims to design and build a decision support system for MSME branch placement based on SWOT analysis combined with the Promethee method. The case study was conducted on the Cak Kotes MSME, which operates in the beverage sector and has three branches in Binjai City. SWOT analysis was used to identify internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) relevant in location selection. The Promethee method was applied to weight and rank alternative locations objectively and systematically. This web-based system was built using the CodeIgniter framework, the PHP 5.3.7 programming language, and the MySQL database. The results of this system are expected to assist MSME owners in determining the most appropriate branch location for the target market and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of business decision-making.
