Abstract

Latar Belakang: Anemia menjadi masalah kesehatan yang paling tinggi pada remaja putri, anemia pada remaja putri pada rentang usia 12-19 tahun yaitu pada angka 36% di wilayah kalimantan selatan. Tingginya angka kejadian anemia dapat berdampak pada menurunnya produktivitas remaja. Tujuan penelitian : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan ibu dengan Kejadian Anemia pada Remaja Putri di SMAN 1 Kelumpang Tengah. Metode Penelitian : Metode yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan cross sectional study. Sampel diambil dengan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 siswi di SMAN 1 Kelumpang Tengah, dengan waktu penelitian Juli-Agustus 2024. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Hasil Penelitian : hasil dari penelitian ini Pengetahuan tentang anemia paling tinggi sebanyak 25 siswi (50%), dan sebagian besar remaja putri yang anemia sebanyak 28 siswi (56%). Adapun hasil analisis bivariat Nilai Pearson Chi Square= 0,001<α (0,05) yang artinya ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kejadian anemia remaja putri. Kesimpulan :  Semakin baik tingkat pengetahuan remaja putri SMAN 1 Kelumpang tengah maka kejadian anemia pada remaja putri akan menurun. Saran : diharapkan dapat melakukan observasi langsung untuk melanjutkan penelitian ini agar hasil yang didapatkan lebih maksimal serta memperbanyak jumlah sampel.

Abstract

Tekanan pekerjaan yang tinggi di lingkungan perusahaan dapat menjadi momok yang menakutkan bagi setiap karyawan. Korelasi antara kelelahan dan masalah kesehatan mental memicu stres yang lebih tinggi. Hal ini akan berdampak besar pada kegiatan dan pertumbuhan perusahaan yang dijalani. Meskipun banyak perusahaan saat ini sudah melek terhadap isu stres kerja yang dialami karyawan melalui perencanaan dan pengembangan motivasi untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang efektif, penulis berharap adanya penelitian ini perusahaan yang belum maupun sudah memulai metode pengembangan motivasi dapat mengimplementasikan apa yang ada di dalam penelitian ini. Studi ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangakan hipotesis untuk dapat diaplikasikan pada penelitian selanjutnya. hasil penelitian diungkapkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, stres kerja dan motivasi bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to provide training and assistance to Dimsum Lunaire MSMEs in Salatiga City to enhance their digital marketing capabilities through content marketing and the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The focus is on AI-driven product photo design, content creation, and website development to increase the competitiveness and sales of Dimsum Lunaire. Method: The community service activities were carried out through hands-on training and mentoring provided directly to the MSME owners. These activities included practical sessions on social media optimization, website development, and AI applications for efficient content marketing. Practical Applications: This initiative is designed to equip Dimsum Lunaire MSMEs with the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize digital marketing tools effectively. By leveraging social media platforms and AI, the MSMEs are better positioned to adapt to the digital era, improve their marketing strategies, and expand their customer base. Conclusion: The community service has demonstrated that digital marketing training and support for Dimsum Lunaire MSMEs resulted in valuable outcomes such as well-structured content plans, high-quality product photos, engaging content designs, and an operational website. These resources will enable Dimsum Lunaire to continue developing and improving their digital marketing efforts.

Abstract

Soil contamination by the heavy metal lead (Pb) poses a significant threat to public health and ecosystems. This study evaluated the effectiveness of the ex-situ biopile method for remediating Pb-contaminated soil at the Kawatuna Landfill, Palu City. Soil samples were collected from the contaminated site and treated in a biopile prototype with controlled aeration and moisture, with the addition of compost as an amendment at 10% (w/w). Laboratory analyses conducted at the Integrated Laboratory of Tadulako University showed a decrease in total Pb concentration from 41.96 mg/kg to 31.83 mg/kg after seven days of treatment. This corresponds to a removal efficiency of 24.13% and an average degradation rate of 1.45 mg/kg·day. These results indicate that the biopile method is capable of reducing Pb concentrations in soil during the initial stage of treatment; however, optimization of treatment duration and operational conditions is required to achieve regulatory soil quality standards. Furthermore, the use of locally sourced compost as a nutrient amendment and the absence of secondary waste generation support the biopile method as an environmentally friendly and cost-effective soil remediation technology.

Abstract

Domestic wastewater treatment often faces challenges due to high concentrations of organic matter and dissolved solids that can pollute the environment if left untreated. This study aims to evaluate the performance of a honeycomb biofilter in reducing key wastewater pollutants. The method applied was a laboratory-scale experiment using a small-scale WWTP system equipped with a honeycomb biofilter unit. The treatment results showed a significant reduction of BOD from 56 mg/L to 4.15 mg/L (92% efficiency), COD from 224 mg/L to 5 mg/L (97% efficiency), and TDS from 290 mg/L to 194 mg/L (30% efficiency). All parameters meet the quality standards. However, pH decreased from 7.4 to 4.4 (40% reduction), indicating the need for a pH adjustment unit before final discharge. In conclusion, the honeycomb biofilter proved effective in reducing organic load and dissolved solids, although integration with a pH neutralization unit is required to comply with environmental standards.
