Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian di bidang manajemen pemasaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang merupakan metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menganalisis suatu data statistik secara deskriptif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode peramalan kuantitatif (forecasting). Tujuan penelitian adalah dapat mengetahui peramalan produksi gitar model APX500II bulan Januari 2015 pada PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia menggunakan metode forecasting dan QM for Windows. Sehingga hasil produksi gitar sesuai dengan permintaan pasar dan tidak terjadi pemborosan atau kerugian akibat produksi berlebih. Serta dapat mengetahui nilai MAD dan MSE yang paling sesuai untuk meramalkan hasil produksi gitar bulan Januari 2015. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada 08 Desember 2014 sampai 09 Januari 2015 selama satu bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ke enam metode peramalan yang digunakan, nilai MAD dan MSE yang paling rendah yaitu nilai MAD sebesar 391,0755 dan MSE 246.291,6152. Maka dapat diperoleh nilai peramalan hasil produksi gitar model APX500II untuk bulan Januari 2015 sebesar 1.068.4695 unit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence Price, Promotion, and Weather to Decision at PT Bintang Meruya Lestari Jakarta. This type of research is survey research with quantitative approach, where research is done by taking some samples from the population and using questionnaire as data gathering tools. The population of this study is 85 consumers. In this study using a 85 respondents. The research method used primary data. Sampling technique using Accidental Sampling and processed by using SPSS 21.0. From the results of the study showed that all independent variables (Price, Promotion, and Weather) simultaneously or together effect to Decision at PT Bintang Meruya Lestarijaya. Judging from the value of correlation coefficient (R) of 0.609 there is a strong relationship between Price variables Promotion, and Weather to Decision. Then from the calculation of Coefficient of Determination (R2), it can be concluded that the independent variables in this study has an Adjusted R Square value of 0.347 or 34.7%, it shows that the percentage of contribution variable Price, Promotion, and Weather Giving influence of 34.7%, to Decision at PT Bintang Meruya Lestari Jakarta while the rest equal to 65.3% influenced other factor not included in this research.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of training and discipline on employee performance with motivation as a moderating variable. The sample in the study used a simple random sampling technique with a total of 99 respondents. Data was measured using a Likert scale and data analysis used the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this research directly analyze discipline variables that influence employee performance and motivation, training variables influence motivation and have no influence on employee performance and motivation variables influence employee performance. The results of the analysis indirectly influence discipline and training variables on employee performance which is mediated by motivation. Several recommendations for research are presented based on the conclusions and suggestions regarding the results of this research

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of price, promotion, and service quality on customer satisfaction. This study uses primary data with a total sample of 30 subjects were obtained from a population, that is customers who have purchased more than one time. The analysis tool used is multiple regression using SPSS for Windows version 22.0. Results of this study indicate the F test that price, promotion, and service quality simultaneous significant influence on customer satisfaction with value Sig 0.000 and value Fcount > Ftable (54.738 > 2.98). Results of the t test (partial) shows that prices have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with value Sig 0.025 and the value tcount > ttable (2.377 > 2.056), the promotion had no significant effect on customer satisfaction with value Sig 0,282 and the value tcount < ttable (1.099 < 2.056) and service quality significantly influence customer satisfaction with value Sig 0.000 and the value tcount > ttable (6.009 > 2.056). It can be concluded that the promotion had no significant effect on customer satisfaction, while price and service quality have a significant effect partially on customer satisfaction. Price, promotion, and quality of service have a significant effect simultaneously on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service marketing performance on loyalty of savers at Bank South Jakarta. The research method used multiple regression and correlation analysis, where the number of samples is determined by using the number of 100 savers. The results showed that the value of correlation (R) of 0.721 which means showing the correlation/strong relationship between People, Process and Physichal Evindenc to Loyalty of the Customer. As for the coefficient of determination seen from the figure on Adjusted R Square of 0.505 it shows that the percentage contribution of independent variables of People, Process, and Physichal Evidence can contribute influence of 50.5% on the dependent variable Customer Loyalty, and the remaining 49.5 % Influenced by other variables not included in this research model.
