Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja Guru SMA Di Wilayah Kecamatan Parung Panjang dan Tenjo Kabupaten Bogor baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling menggunakan dengan sampel sebanyak 142 responden dari populasi 220 dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 40,5%. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 43,2%. Pelatihan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y = 6,031 + 0,382X1 + 0,469X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,754 artinya variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 56,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43,2% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (91,540 > 2,670). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja Guru SMA Swasta  Di Wilayah Kecamatan Parung Panjang dan Tenjo Kabupaten Bogor.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of compensation and work environment on employee performance at SMP Mulia Buana, Parung Panjang, Bogor. The importance of employee performance in achieving organizational goals is undeniable, particularly in a competitive environment. Compensation and work environment are key factors influencing employee motivation and performance. A quantitative approach was used, and data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all 66 employees at SMP Mulia Buana. The study employed multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance. The findings indicate that both compensation and work environment have a significant positive impact on employee performance, with the work environment showing a stronger influence. The study concludes that improving these factors can significantly enhance employee performance, ultimately aiding the organization in achieving its goals. The study recommends continuous evaluation and improvement of compensation systems and work environment conditions to further boost employee performance

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terkait keilmuan wirausaha pada siswa di MA YABIKA Kabupaten Tangerang yang perlu didukung agar termotivasi menjadi seorang wirausaha muda muslim yang sukses di era globalisasi. Metode Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini di antaranya dengan menggunakan ceramah dan berdiskusi secara bersama sehingga penyuluhan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan khususnya materi mengenai ilmu kewirausahaan dan konsep bisnis sebagai bekal menjadi seorang wirausaha muda muslim yang sukses di era globalisasi. Hasil dari kegiatan Pengabdian oleh dosen Prodi Manajemen Program Sarjana, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pamulang dapat membuahkan hasil yang positif terlihat dari antusias dan bersemangat dalam mengikuti pemberian penyuluhan saat pengabdian, tanya jawab dan diskusi yang interaktif.

Abstract

This study was conducted to identify PANIN customer loyalty in mobile banking by using service quality, brand trust, and brand image. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the criteria (1) customers have a PANIN mobile application; (2) over 17 years old; (3) have used the app at least once. Data were obtained from questionnaires using Google Forms. Received a sample of 340 respondents, the test is carried out by SEM analysis using AMOS 24 software. The analysis using AMOS 24 shows that: (1). Service quality affects brand image. (2). Brand trust affects brand image (3). Service quality affects customer loyalty (4). Brand trust affects customer loyalty. (5) brand image affects customer loyalty. (6) Service quality mediated by brand image affects customer loyalty. (7) Brand trust mediated by brand image affects customer loyalty.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang lebih dalam mengenai keilmuan wirausaha kepada santri di Yayasan Panti Asuhan Al-Munasharoh, Tangerang Selatan. Program ini bertujuan untuk memotivasi mereka menjadi wirausahawan muda Muslim yang sukses, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan era globalisasi. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan melalui ceramah dan diskusi bersama. Dengan pendekatan ini, diharapkan peserta dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang ilmu kewirausahaan serta konsep bisnis yang relevan sebagai bekal untuk menjadi wirausahawan muda yang sukses. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan oleh dosen Program Studi Manajemen, Program Sarjana, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pamulang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan dampak positif, terlihat dari antusiasme dan semangat para santri dalam mengikuti penyuluhan. Aktivitas tanya jawab dan diskusi interaktif juga berlangsung dengan baik, menunjukkan partisipasi aktif para santri dalam memperoleh wawasan dan ilmu baru mengenai kewirausahaan. Melalui pengabdian ini, diharapkan dapat terbentuk generasi wirausaha muda yang tidak hanya kompeten secara bisnis, tetapi juga memiliki landasan moral dan etika yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam dalam menjalankan usaha.

Abstract

This community service aims to help open the paradigm of Mulia Buana Parung Panjang SMK teachers to want to explore in teaching and provide an understanding of the real conditions outside of the threat of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. which was then given material on developing the skills of SMK Mulia Buana's teachers in implementing creative and innovative teaching in accordance with the development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The problem faced by the Mulia Buana Parung Panjang Vocational School Teacher is the lack of ability of the Mulia Buana Parung Panjang Vocational School teacher in mastering technology and many teachers who have not been able to utilize ICT devices for teaching and learning. This certainly has an impact on the lack of enthusiasm for student learning. Through the training method in the form of providing material and practice, at the end of the activity a question and answer session was conducted as a form of evaluation, the teachers received training in soft skills and hard skills. The results after attending the training given by Pamulang University lecturers, the ability of Mulia Buana Parung Panjang Vocational School teachers to increase. It's just that it needs to be maintained regularly and improved the ICT support devices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Training and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT GOS Indoraya Tangerang. This study uses quantitative research with an associative method approach. The population in this study were all employees at PT GOS Indoraya Tangerang. In this study, the sampling used was saturated sampling of 56 respondents. Data collection was by questionnaire. The data analysis method used simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, partial t test and simultaneous F test. The results of the study showed that: Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT GOS Indoraya Tangerang. This can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 9.650 + 0.250X1. The correlation value of 0.464 is moderate (quite strong). The determination coefficient value is 21.6%. The calculated t value is 3.852 > t table 2.004 with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT GOS Indoraya Tangerang, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 9.469+0.24X2. The correlation value is 0.415, which is moderate (quite strong). The coefficient of determination is 17.2%. The calculated t value is 3.351 > t table 2.004 with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05.Simultaneously, Training and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT GOS Indoraya Tangerang, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 6.927 + 0.203X1 + 0.185X2, the correlation value is 0.593 (Strong Enough). The coefficient of determination is 30.2%. The Fcount value is 11.487 > Ftable 4.01 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05.
