Abstract

ABSTRACT The present study examines the exploration of national identity, as reflected in the diverse content and linguistic aspects of the historic manus­cripts housed in the Sumedang Larang Palace. The investigation emphasizes previously unexplored facets of these manuscripts. The research design employed is qualitative in nature, with a case study approach offering an in-depth understanding of the subject matter. The data collection included both primary and secondary sources. Field data served as the primary source of information, and secondary data was obtained from literary sources, thereby providing a comprehensive perspective. Data was analyzed through the stages of inventory, classification, and interpretation. The results of this study significantly enhance the understanding and preservation of cultural heritage, thereby serving the interests of both present and future generations. The analysis reveals a rich diversity in content and language within the manuscripts, showcasing a unique blend of collaboration and acculturation of religious values that have shaped the cultural identity. Moreover, this study affirms that these manuscripts are imbued with religious teachings and cultural values that contribute substantially to the formation of national identity, in alignment with the principles of Pancasila. The intellectual contributions drawn from these manuscripts are deeply rooted in religious and cultural values, leaving a substantial legacy for future scholarship. In conclusion, this research underscores that the ancient manuscripts of the Sumedang Larang Palace are a testament to the perpetuation of religious and cultural traditions, which form an integral part of the Indonesian national identity. Keywords: Culture, Manuscript, Religion, Sumedang Larang   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas tentang pencarian identitas nasional mela­lui keragaman isi dan bahasa naskah kuno Keraton Sumedang Larang, dengan fokus pada aspek-aspek yang belum pernah diketahui sebelumnya. Melalui studi kasus, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Data kualitatif dikumpulkan dari sumber primer dan sekunder.  Data lapangan merupakan data primer, sedangkan data kepustakaan merupakan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen­tasi dan kemudian dianalisis melalui tahap inventarisasi, klasifikasi, dan interpretasi. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pelestarian dan pemanfaatan warisan budaya untuk kepentingan generasi sekarang dan yang akan datang. Terbukti dari temuan keragaman isi dan bahasa yang digunakan dalam naskah, berbagai naskah merupakan bentuk kolaborasi dan akulturasi yang tulus dengan nilai-nilai agama sehingga membentuk sebuah identitas budaya. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa berbagai naskah mengandung ajaran agama dan nilai-nilai budaya yang berkontribusi dalam membangun identitas nasional yang sejalan dengan Pancasila. Sumbangan pemikiran melalui naskah-naskah yang ditemukan memiliki makna yang dilandasi oleh nilai-nilai agama dan budaya yang meninggalkan warisan keilmuan bagi generasi mendatang. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa naskah-naskah kuno yang diteliti di Keraton Larang Sumedang merupakan kelanjutan dari tradisi agama dan budaya yang menjadi jati diri bangsa Indonesia.  Kata kunci: Agama, Budaya, Manuskrip, Sumedang Larang

Abstract

During the 2021 period, the total production of PT. Moradi often has advantages and disadvantages compared to the actual number of requests due to the availability of raw materials that are not suitable. Availability of raw materials in the right amount will support the smooth production process, so it is necessary to do proper forecasting. The forecasting process carried out in this study uses the methods of Moving Average, weighted Moving Average and exponential smoothing. From the calculation results, it is obtained that the estimated number of production needs for the next period using the Moving Average method is 220, the weighted Moving Average method is 218 and the exponential smoothing method is 212. Next is to compare the forecast error values ​​to determine one method to be used as basis for decision making. From the calculation of the error value, the most appropriate forecasting method is the exponential smoothing method = 0.3, with a Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) value of 21.02, a Mean Square Error (MSE) of 656.95 and a Mean Absolute Percent Error (MAPE) value of 10%. , with the value distribution of the Tracking Signal control map, nothing crosses the upper limit of the UCL and the lower limit of the LCL.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the landscape of the culinary industry. Changes in consumer behavior that tend to cook and eat at home due to stay at home and social distancing policies have triggered a shift in consumption patterns from offline to online, with e-commerce becoming the new backbone. Product availability, functionality, and speed and convenience of delivery are the main driving factors for consumer shopping decisions. In this context, service quality plays a crucial role in creating customer satisfaction. This study focuses on five dimensions of service quality determinants, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangible, to understand and strengthen service strategies amidst the dynamics of the post-pandemic culinary industry. The purpose of the study is to determine what factors are the weaknesses in the quality of restaurant service, and how to increase restaurant sales. The Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis shows priority areas for service improvement to increase customer satisfaction: Tangibles, namely the need for improvements to conditions and chairs. Reliability: Improving services according to promises and ease of payment. Maintain the speed of delivery and taste of the food.. Responsiveness is Improving the speed of employee service and their ability to answer questions. Maintaining the ease of order delivery. Assurance is improving the consistency of good service to all customers. Maintain parking security. and Empathy is Maintaining opening hours according to promotions.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an alternative in reducing poverty problem, by developing businesses or entrepreneurships that create jobs. Many people on the Untung Jawa island have become entrepreneurs to meet their daily lives. The problem arises in entrepreneurship is to maintain the quality of products and services, because one of the keys to business sustainability is the reliable products. Furthermore, maintaining the quality is important because it can reduce costs and prevent consumer disappointment that is caused by damaged product. In addition to controlling product quality, it is necessary to have good financial management because businesses that have a good marketing ability but have a poor financial management will fail and after that they will need to build a business mentality. The method used in quality development, financial management and mental building are through counseling, discussions and simulations method through the development and mentoring activities of the Kepulauan Seribu community with the theme of product quality development, financial management and building business mentality to improve the living standards of the Kepulauan Seribu community. From the 20 participants who attended the program, they mostly could understand, although there was still a need to follow up the training to improve understanding.

Abstract

The Community Service Program titled "Strategy for Identifying Business Opportunities through the Utilization of Digital Marketing in Tegal Village, Bogor" was initiated due to the urgent need for MSMEs to adapt to digital technological advancements to enhance their business competitiveness. The goal of this activity was to equip participants with knowledge and skills in digital marketing, which could be used to identify and develop business opportunities. The method employed involved interactive counseling and training sessions covering the use of social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding and application of digital marketing, with many reporting improved customer interaction and sales. Post-activity survey results also confirmed the program's success, although there remains a need for further training to support more effective and sustainable implementation in the future.

Abstract

Penjahit yang melakukan pekerjaan terkait bahaya ergonomis memiliki risiko lebih tinggi terkena musculoskeletal disorders. Pada PT Putra Lee Poure penjahit melakukan semua kegiatan yang diperlukan untuk mengubah selembar kain menjadi sepatu jadi.Oleh karena itu, upaya untuk menghindari musculoskeletal disorders, dilakukan perancangan kursi ergonomis dengan menilai risiko ergonomi melalui penilaian pada postur kerja (postur duduk ) ketika kegiatan menjahit berlangsung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) untuk mengetahui risiko postur kerja ketika penjahit bekerja, mengajukan pertanyaan saat wawancara, dan pengisian kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM) untuk memastikan bagian tubuh mana saja yang mengalami ketidaknyamanan yang dapat menyebabkan musculoskeletal disorders dengan tingkatan tertentu. Penelitian hanya dilakukan kepada tiga penjahit di PT Putra Lee Poure yang mengeluhkan sakit pada puunggung, leher dan kaki . Hasil perhitungan REBA pada postur kerja duduk penjahit adalah 5, maka level risiko postur kerja duduk adalah sedang dan memerlukan Tindakan atau perubahan. Maka tindakan selanjutnya adalah menyusun proporsi kursi ergonomis sebagai usulan perbaikan kursi penjahit. Direkomendasikan menggunakan kursi kerja dengan metode Anthropometri didapatkan tinggi kursi 61,7 cm , lebar kursi 45 cm, kedalaman kursi 33cm, tinggi sandaran 39 cm, lebar sandaran 45 cm, kecondongan sandaran 97˚ dan tebal alas kursi 4 cm.

Abstract

Mc.Donald’s merupakan salah satu restoran cepat saji yang berada di kawasan perumahan elit Karawaci namun adanya pelayanan pesan antar yang lambat maka menimbulkan tingkat keluhan pelanggan masih tinggi. Maka penulis melakukan analisa peningkatan kualitas layanan kepada konsumen menggunakan metode Service Quality yang bertujuan untuk menentukan kualitas pelayanan di McDonald ST’MARK Karawaci dengan menggunakan 5 (lima) dimensi Service Quality yaitu ada tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty. Dilanjutkan dengan metode KANO yang tujuannya untuk mendiagnosis atribut-atribut yang didasarkan pada kepentingan masing-masing apakah pelayanan tersebut berkinerja buruk atau berkinerja berlebih. Dari hasil nilai gap antara kualitas pelayanan tiap dimensi menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan yang kurang baik. Adapun hasil dimensinya, Tangible 0,978, Reability 0,962, Responsiveness 0,981, Assurance 0,971, Emphaty 0,966. Atribut yang perlu ditingkatkan dalam pelayanan di McDonald ST’MARK Karawaci yaitu seluruh atribut layanan, dan seluruh atribut masuk ke dalam kategori Kano Reverse. Hal ini berarti bahwa seluruh atribut layanan harus diperbaiki karena masih banyak konsumen yang kurang puas terhadap layanan di McDonald St.Mark Karawaci. Hal ini lah yang menyebabkan turunnya jumlah konsumen di McDonald St.Mark Karawaci. Dari hasil penilaian kualitas pelayanan tiap dimensi menunjukkan kualitas.
