Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of discipline, personality competence and supervision of the principal on the performance of the teachers of the Public Middle School in the Seberang Ulu 1 District of Palembang.The research design uses an associative type. The population in this study were teachers of Public Middle Schools in the Seberang ULU 1 Palembang District, amounting to 305 people. The sampling technique in this study is cluster sampling. The sampling technique uses the Yamane formula to obtain 173 people, the analysis model used uses multiple linear regression methods.The results showed that: 1) There was a significant effect of discipline, personality competence and supervision of principals together on the performance of teachers in the Public Middle School in the Seberang ULU 1 Palembang District. 2) There is a significant effect of discipline, personality competence and supervision of principals partially on the performance of teachers in the Public Middle School in Seberang District ULU 1 Palembang.The implications of this study provide results that principals as leaders must be able to provide examples of discipline to teachers accompanied by communication that can lead to compliance. The principal includes his teacher for personality training to improve knowledge, skills, skills, and attitudes to be able to carry out tasks and positions based on the personality needed by a teacher. Furthermore, the principal needs to master the supervision technique so that he can find out the problems that occur in his school.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah partisipasi belajar peserta didik dapat ditingkatkan dengan menerapkan metode tanya jawab. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada kelas 11 jurusan Pendidikan Bisnis, SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang, tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Pendekatan penelitian ini termasuk kualitatif, yaitu metode yang analisisnya bersifat narasi, tidak menggunakan analisis statistik seperti pada pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan partisipasi belajar peserta didik setelah guru menerapkan metode tanya jawab, hal ini dapat dilihat setelah membandingkan partisipasi peserta didik pada siklus pertama dan siklus kedua. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah partisipasi belajar peserta didik dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan metode tanya jawab. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menyarankan kepada para guru supaya memahami dan menerapkan berbagai metode mengajar salah satunya metode tanya jawab sehingga dapat meningkatkan partisipasi  peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah: (1) Guru belum banyak mengetahui tentang metakognitif, (2) Minimnya pemahaman guru mengenai instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengukuran kesadaran metakognitif. Kedua permasalahan ini berdampak pada tidak adanya tindak lanjut untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran yang mengasah penggunaan kesadaran metakognitif siswa. Rumusan masalah penelitian adalah apakah terdapat hubungan antara kesadaran metakognitif dengan hasil belajar biologi siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, dan 8 Palembang?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kesadaran metakognitif siswa dengan hasil belajar biologi di SMA Muhammadiyah Se-kota Palembang. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan berupa penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar angket dan hasil belajar biologi (UAS). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji signifikansi dan uji pearson product moment. Subyek penelitian adalah kelas X IPA, XI IPA, dan XII IPA di SMA Muhammadiyah Palembang, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Hasil penelitian diperoleh setelah menggunakan uji signifikansi di SMA Muhammadiyah se-kota Palembang diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi < 0,05, yang artinya terdapat hubungan antara kesadaran metakognitif dengan hasil belajar biologi siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah se-kota Palembang dan memiliki tingkat hubungan yang termasuk dalam kategori “Kuat dan Cukup Kuat”

Abstract

Berbagai studi telah dilakukan dalam upaya menggali dan menganalisis variabel kecerdasan Adversitas yang memiliki keterhubungan dengan hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa. Untuk penelitian kali ini, peneliti lebih fokus pada sekolah menengah kejuruan. Adakah Hubungan Antara Adversity Quotient Dengan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran Di Sekolah Menengah Kejujuran Negeri 1 Palembang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Adversity Quotient Dengan Hasil Belajar Siswa Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran Di Sekolah Memengah Kejujuran Negeri 1 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan metode korelasi. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan angket yang disebarkan ke 40 siswa sampel penelitian, dokumentasi untuk memperolah data nilai akhir rata-rata semester ganjil T.A. 2021-2021.  Angket terdiri dari satu variabel yaitu variabel (X) Adversity Quoient  dengan 33 item pernyataan, sedangkan variabel (Y) Hasil Belajar Siswa mengambil  data dari nilai semester akhir. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis pearson product moment dan analisis hipotesis. Berdasarkan analisis peneliti,  Berdasarkan analisi diatas, menunjukkan bahwa antara variabel X (adversity quotient ) dengan variabel Y (hasil belaajr siswa) menunjukkan nilai korelasi pearson atau rhitung yaitu 0,548 pada taraf 5% dan nilai rtabel  yaitu 0,312. Dari nilai rhitung dan rtabel yaitu 0,548 > 0,312 sehingga menunjukkan bahwa korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y cukup kuat Jadi, Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara adversity quotient dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Palembang.

Abstract

This study, aimed to determine, the science learning process oriented to the aspects of moral, knowledge, and leadership at Sekolah Alam Indonesia (SAI) Palembang. The, research, method used, is descriptive qualitative using a case, study approach. The,research subjects consisted,,of science teachers, as well as students, in grades VII and VIII.. The data, were collected, using interview, observation, and documentation. Then, the data was analyzed, using. the Miles, and Hubermen model. The resultsn showedb that the science learning process carried out at SAI Palembang could be carriedd out in thee classroom or outsidee the classroom. Inn addition, the,method used,by the teacherris in the formmof lectures,qquestions andaanswers, discussions, presentations aand observations of the school environment, using learning resources in thee form off books and thee internet. The learning model applied is exploring the surrounding nature, and the learning mediaa is in tthe fform of learning videoss and the school environment. The implementation of the moral, scientific, and leadership aspects is more emphasized on the implementation of programs and activities that have been designed at the beginning of each semester. Kata kunci: proses pembelajaran, sekolah alam

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the effect of principal management, teacher performance on students' interest in learning. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were students of State Elementary School 79, State Elementary School 88 and State Elementary School 83 in the Jakabaring area of Palembang City specifically for class VI, totaling 468. The sample was taken 216 from 468 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, there was a significant influence between the management of the school’s principal and the performance of the teachers together on student’s learning interest. It can be seen from the ANOVA test or F-test, that principal’s management and teacher’s performance have a significant effect on interest in learning. So, the interest in learning can be improved significantly by principal’s management and teacher’s performance. This means that the higher of the quality school principal's management and the higher of the teacher's performance level, will grow the student's interest in learning.

Abstract

This research's background was the declining performance of teachers at the Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation from 2019 to 2022. The aims of this research were (1) to see the effect of competence, motivation, and work environment on the teacher's performance of the Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation (2) to see the effect of competence on the teacher's performance of the Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation (3) to see the effect of motivation on the teacher's performance of the Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation (4) to see the effect of the work environment on the teacher's performance of the Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation. This research was a causality associative research using a quantitative approach.  The population used in this research were MTs, MA, SMPIT, and SMAIT Raudhatul Ulum teachers who had the status of Foundation Permanent Teachers (GTY) at the Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation, totaling 122 people.  The 94 sample was taken using the Slovin formula in the degree of error; the maximum error rate was 5% (0.05). The analytical model used was multiple linear regression analysis with a confidence level of 95% and a significance level of 5% (0.05).  The results of this research indicate that (1) simultaneously, there was an effect of competence, motivation, and work environment on the teacher's performance of the Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation, (2) there was an effect of work competence on the teacher's performance of Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation (3) partially there was not the effect of motivation on the teachers' performance of the Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation (4) partially there was not the effect of the work environment on the teachers performance of the Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic College Foundation

Abstract

The problem in this study is whether the cooperative learning model type Teams Assisted Individualization(TAI) can improve student learning outcomes in Biology subjects in 11th Grade Science Public High School14 Tebo Jambi? This study aims to improve student learning outcomes from the domains of studentknowledge, attitudes and skills through the Application of Teams Assisted Individualization (TAI)Cooperative Learning Model in 11th Grade Science Public High School 14 Tebo Jambi. The research wasconducted at Public High School 14 Tebo Jambi, involving 30 students consisting of 15 boys and 15 girlswho were registered in the 2019/2020 school year. This study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR)design with a Kart Lewin research design consisting of two cycles. Each cycle held two meetings in theclassroom and each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Theresults showed that the learning outcomes in the realm of knowledge obtained a class average score in thefirst cycle of 63.08 and in the second cycle the class average score was 78.93 with a classical percentage of78.57%. In the realm of attitude, the class average score for the first cycle was 66.31. Cycle II, with a classaverage of 74.86. And in the realm of skills, the class average score in the first cycle is 51.73. While in cycleII the class average value was 77.88. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in student learningoutcomes in the domains of knowledge, attitudes and skills after the application of the Teams AssistedIndividualization (TAI) cooperative learning model in Biology subjects in 11th Grade Science at Public HighSchool 14 Tebo Jambi

Abstract

Independence is the ability of students to manifest their desires and desires in a real way withoutdepending on others. In addition to independent learning, interest also has an influence on studentlearning outcomes. The Minister of Education and Culture has issued Circular Number 4 of 2020 that thelearning process is carried out at home through online learning during the Covid-19 outbreak, onlinelearning is carried out according to the abilities of each school. The research objectives were to determine:1) the effect of independent learning on the results of online biology learning at SMAN OKU SelatanDistrict?; 2) the influence of learning interest on the results of online biology learning at SMAN SouthOKU Regency 3) the influence of independence and interest in learning together on the results of onlinebiology learning at SMAN South OKU Regency?. Research Method: Descriptive Quantitative. Researchresults: there is a significant effect of independent learning on learning outcomes of biology with asignificant value of 0,002 <0,05 with a contribution value of 47% while 53% is influenced by othervariables not examined, namely children's readiness and intelligence, on interest there is a significantinfluence on the results. learning biology with a significant value of 0,023 <0,05 with a contribution valueof 45% while 55% is influenced by other variables that are not examined, namely habits and a willingnessto learn as well as independence and interest in learning together, there is a significant effect on thelearning outcomes of biology with a value significant amounting to 0,001 <0,05 with a contribution valueof 52%, while 48% is influenced by other variables not examined, namely teacher competence andlearning methods. Conclusion: There is a significant effect of independence and interest in learning on thelearning outcomes of biology at Public Senior High School in South OKU District.
