Abstract

The development of the automotive sector in Indonesia has driven rapid growth in supporting industries such as motorcycle repair shops, which play a crucial role in supporting community activities. This study aims to analyze the profile, management strategy, and business challenges and opportunities of Speed ​​Zone Garage—a motorcycle repair shop offering vehicle service, maintenance, and modification services in Padang City, West Sumatra. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, field observations, and documentation. Analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that Speed ​​Zone Garage excels in terms of service quality, experienced mechanics, and complete and modern facilities. However, the business still faces several obstacles, including suboptimal promotion and an unstrategic workshop location. A SWOT analysis reveals that Speed ​​Zone Garage has significant growth opportunities through strengthening its digital promotion strategy, improving human resource competencies, and partnering with motorcycle communities. Implementing strategies that adapt to developments in automotive technology, such as fuel-injected and electric motorcycles, is crucial for maintaining competitiveness in the future. This study concludes that Speed ​​Zone Garage's success depends not only on technical excellence, but also on managerial skills, service innovation, and a customer-oriented marketing strategy. Abstract

Kegiatan Project Base Learning ini merupakan kegiatan tim Mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Padang untuk melakukan project base learning terhadap UMKM Yara Olshop. Sehingga tujuan dari kegiatan project kepada UMKM ini adalah memberikan pelatihan pelaku kepada UMKM dalam menggunakan media sosial sebagai strategi pemasaran digital guna memperkenalkan produk ke konsumen yang lebih luas. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Assets Bassed Community Development (ABCD) yaitu model pendekatan dalam pengembangan masyarakat. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan PBL ini adalah pelaku usaha yang mengenali dan terampil melakukan pemasaran melalui media sosial.

Abstract

This basic learning project explains how to increase sales of Twocfood brand Frozen Food MSME products by displaying their products on blogger programs. SMEs usually sell either through offline sales or through a system in grocery stores, supermarkets. so that the development of the product is slow, in terms of sales it is also limited to a certain area, so this basic training aims to increase sales in Twocfood MSME companies. through the web system in the blogger application from product introduction to ordering. Registering products on Blogger involves several steps, starting with information gathering, product analysis, and business evaluation of Twocfood. strategies that are then applied online when selling through the blogger program. Before creating an MSME blogger, an analysis of consumer behavior and online store shopping habits was first conducted. This step allowed Twocfood to customize its content and marketing strategies to communicate effectively with target consumers. In addition, this research emphasizes the importance of creating valuable and engaging content that meets the interests, needs and wants of visitors/consumers. In addition, the proposed strategy also includes search engine optimization techniques to ensure better visibility and discoverability of Twocfood's blog. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi Praktik Kerja Lapangan/PKL dalam meningkatkan kompetensi Mahasiswa. PKL merupakan kegiatan yang direncanakan dan tertuang dalam kurikulum pembelajaran sebagai media belajar hal-hal baru yang belum atau kurang didapatkan dikampus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Usaha Perjalanan Wisata Politeknik Negeri Padang, sedangkan sampelnya adalah  mahasiswa yang telah melaksanakan PKL. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik kuesioner atau angket dimana pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara memberi seperangkat pertanyaan atau pernyataan tertulis. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa  responden sangat setuju bahwa Praktik Kerja Lapangan yang telah dilakukan mampu melatih mahasiswa untuk menjaga Sikap dan Sopan Santun dalam bekerja (96%), meningkatkan tanggung jawab dalam bekerja, mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kecakapan dalam bekerja (95%), meningkatkan Loyalitas dalam bekerja, melatih untuk rajin dan tekun dalam bekerja (94%). Kata kunci:  Praktik Kerja Lapangan, Kompetensi, Usaha Perjalanan Wisata

Abstract

An archive storage system is a system used for document storage to make it easier to store and quickly find documents that have been stored if needed at any time. Proper storage of government archives is very necessary to maintain and preserve documents so they can be used and found again in the future. Some of the obstacles faced by the Administration and Personnel Subdivision of the West Sumatra Province Regional People's Representative Council Secretariat in managing incoming and outgoing letters is that it takes quite a long time to search for certain letters. The research method used is data collection through observation . Archives at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of West Sumatra Province are stored in a filing cabinet, this functions to save archive storage space.
