Abstract

Consumer goods industry is an industry that is engaged in a business that meets the needs of human life. To run the activities of the company, the company has a policy in the use of sources of funds, especially debt. Capital structure is the composition of debt and equity capital. The purpose of the study was to observe the effect of sales growth, firm size and the profitability of the company on the capital structure. This study used a sample of consumer goods companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2011. The method used is regression using SPSS for windows version 19. The result  showed that in the consumer goods industry, the three variables (sales growth, firm size  and profitability) simultaneously statistically proven not affect the capital structure. Partial test showed significance greater than 5%. This means that the three variables (sales growth, firm size and profitability was also not statistically proven to affect the capital structure during the period 2009 to 2011 in consumer goods industry.

Abstract

Servicescape or service environment is a variable that defines the availability of tangibles where services areprovided to consumers. In the service business, the physical condition of the place where the service is provided caninfluence consumer perception and satisfaction. Servicescape is one of the most critical aspects in adding value to customersbecause business players need to provide satisfaction and value to customers. The objects of this research activity areAmbient Condition, Spatial Layout, Functionality, Sign Symbol, and Artifact, with the unit of analysis being the consumersof Workas Coffee and Eatery. This research model is qualitative, and data collection is conducted using a questionnairethat includes open-ended questions. Data analysis was performed using Nvivo Version 12 to assist in coding therespondents' answers. The coding results indicate that 50% of respondents highlighted aspects of the servicescape ofWorkas Coffee and Eatery, such as limited parking area, insufficient indoor cooling, a lack of electrical outlets, and lightingissues.

Abstract

Archives are documents relating to the administration and archiving of government activities carried out at the Wali Nagari Salo Office. Various documents include letters and certificates. Manual recording sometimes results in unclear writing in the agenda book, making it difficult to process the data. One solution to overcome problems and simplify archive management is through designing a digital archive system that can overcome problems regarding archive management. PHPRad Classic is a sophisticated, fast application development program combined with MySQL, which is a database processing system that can process various types of data and produce the final result in the form of a report with a more attractive appearance that can be accessed via the internet network. Data was collected through interviews with the Nagari Secretary and Administrative staff of the Wali Nagari Salo Office. Data was also collected by making direct observations in the archives at the Wali Nagari Salo office.

Abstract

Kawasan Kota Tua merupakan salah satu nagari yang berada di kecamatan Padang Selatan. Daerah ini memiliki beberapa potensi yang bisa dikembangkan menjadi kegiatan pariwisata,. Masyarakat di daerah ini berinisiatif membentuk Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) agar melalui Pordarwis tersebut bisa berkembang kegiatan pariwisata di Kawasan Kota Tua ini. Saat ini sudah banyak pengunjung yang datang untuk berekreasi ke daerah tersebut, namun kawasan Kota Tua tersebut belum dikelola dengan baik oleh masyarakat. Pokdarwis yang sudah terbentuk diharapkan bisa mengelola potensi dan sumber daya yang ada. Akan tetapi saat ini sumber daya manusia yang bergabung di Desa Wisata Cagar Budaya Batang Arau ini masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam pengembangan kegiatan pariwisata di daerah ini.masih minimnya pengetahuan mitra terhadap pariwisata yang berakibat wisatawan tidak senang terhadap pelayanan dari Desa Wisata Cagar Budaya Kota Tua Batang Arau Batang Arau ini . Oleh sebab itu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada anggota Desa Wisata Cagar Budaya Kota Tua Batang Arau Batang Arau ini, dalam memberikan pengetahuan tentang pelatihan Sadar Wisata di objek wisata kawasan kota tua ini

Abstract

MSMEs in Indonesia play an important role in supporting the national economy. However, not all MSMEs have access to and knowledge of how to utilize digital technology as a means of business development. One solution that can be used is a free blogging platform such as Blogger. Through blogging, business owners can introduce their products more widely and build a positive brand image. This study aims to design and implement a Blogger-based website for Pondok Buah Uly SMEs, with a primary focus on improving branding and market reach. The methodology used is a qualitative approach through direct interviews and observation. The results of this study indicate that blogs are very helpful for SMEs in presenting their business identity in a more professional manner, while also serving as a cheap and effective marketing medium.

Abstract

The Tofu Bakso Perintis MSME is proof that a simple business can grow significantly with the right strategy. In the digital era, promotions are no longer limited to direct sales, but can be expanded through effective blogger platforms to introduce products to a wider audience. By utilizing digital marketing, this MSME is able to build strong branding, create a positive image, and maintain consumer loyalty. Promotion through articles, social media, and creative content makes Tofu Bakso Perintis more widely known. In addition to offering a distinctive taste, this MSME also encourages local entrepreneurs to be unafraid of competition in the modern era. Combining product quality with a digital-based promotional strategy will help Tofu Bakso Perintis grow, not only in the local market but also with the opportunity to penetrate the national market.

Abstract

Digital technology development provides significant opportunities for MSMEs to enhance competitiveness through online marketing. Bakso Brakbruk MSMEs typical of Purwokerto in Padang City face challenges in utilizing digital media to expand market reach. Blogs as digital platforms have the potential to increase product visibility and build communication with consumers. This community service aims to analyze the use of blogs as a digital marketing strategy for Bakso Brakbruk MSMEs. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and documentation to collect data on blog implementation in marketing activities. Results show that blog usage can increase brand awareness, facilitate customer interaction, and present comprehensive product information. Optimal blog implementation requires consistent content strategies and understanding of local target market characteristics. Blog usage proves effective as an economical promotional medium for developing traditional culinary businesses in the digital era.

Abstract

Warung Ajja is a culinary MSME that requires a branding strategy to increase its competitiveness. The use of digital technology through the Blogger platform offers an affordable, accessible, and effective solution. This study aims to design a Blogger-based website to introduce products while building the brand image of Warung Ajja. The methodology applied is a qualitative approach through interviews with the business owner and direct observation. The results of this research show that the website helps the MSME present its business identity more professionally, provide clear product information, and expand promotional reach. The use of Blogger has proven to increase the digital visibility of Warung Ajja.

Abstract

This article discusses the development strategy of UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in traditional snack businesses, with a case study of Kue RAHEL in Tanah Datar. The purpose of this research is to analyze the strengths, challenges, and opportunities of UMKM in maintaining traditional culinary heritage while expanding its market. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, documentation, and interviews with business owners. The results show that UMKM RAHEL has unique strengths in taste, cultural value, and local ingredients, but faces challenges in digital marketing and production capacity. This study highlights the importance of innovation, branding, and the use of digital platforms to increase competitiveness in the modern era. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for other traditional snack businesses in Indonesia.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology requires micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt to more effective digital marketing strategies. This study aims to examine the utilization of web design through the Blogger platform as a promotional tool to improve the marketing performance of Ayam Pecak 99 MSME in Padang City. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of an attractive, informative, and user-friendly web design increases business visibility on search engines and expands consumer reach. Furthermore, consistent digital content on Blogger helps build brand image and customer trust. Therefore, the use of Blogger-based web design serves as a strategic alternative for MSMEs to enhance digital marketing and competitiveness in the era of technological transformation.
