In order to ensure the continuity and progress of the company, leaders are required to be able to carry out various special management of employees. One way is to pay attention to the application of culture in the organizational environment. The purpose of this study is to review the position of implementing the clan culture used by PT Sang Hyang Seri and provide recommendations for improving the applied clan culture. The method of this research is evaluative research. The data used in this study came from questionnaires and direct observation of the research object. Based on the results of the assessment using the Likert scale method, it can be seen the position of each element of organizational culture. The results of the study show that there are three elements of culture that are in a "strong" position including, elements of clarity, elements of performance and elements of cohesion. While in the "medium" position three elements were found, namely the element of intensity, the element of dissemination and the element of ritual. Overall it is stated that PT Sang Hyang Seri has implemented a clan culture which is in a "strong" position with a total interval score of 65.00%.

Brand Image is a determining factor in decision making. This study aims to determine whether brand image (brand image), location affect the decision of prospective students to continue their studies in college. The place of research is Padang State Polytechnic with 244 students who are the class of 2022 in the Department of Commerce Administration. The research method uses quantitative methods with data collection using questionnaires, primary data obtained using quantitative analysis with data processing tools using SPSS. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression (independent variables brand image and location, while dependent variable is decision making). The percentage contribution of the influence of brand image and location variables on purchasing decisions is 46%, while the rest (100% - 46% = 54%) is influenced by other variables that are not taken into account in this study. The limitation of this research is that the number of samples is still small, namely 244 people and further research can be carried out with a large sample with the addition of other variables as factors that influence DNA, which can also be done with a mix method.

Based on the results of field inspections, damage to architectural, mechanical, and electrical components was found in several rooms of Hotel X in the city of Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia. Lack of maintenance is one of the causes of damage to hotel building components. Good maintenance management can reduce repair activities that cost more due to injury. This study aims to evaluate the maintenance management of hotel buildings that have been carried out so far. In this study, researchers conducted surveys and interviews about hotel maintenance management. The survey and discussions focused on the hotel's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each component reviewed. After obtaining the hotel SOP, the researcher analyzed it by comparing the hotel SOP with the Minister of Public Works Regulation No.24/PRT/M/2008 as a standard in the implementation of building maintenance. From the results of the conformity calculation carried out, the conformity results in each component are architectural components with an average conformity result of 72.38%, mechanical parts with an average conformity result of 88.89%, and electrical components with an average conformity result of 77.78% of a maximum weight of 100%. This percentage of conformity weight shows that the hotel's maintenance management concerning the Ministerial Regulation is quite good. Still, to further optimize maintenance activities, it is necessary to plan better standard operating procedures, cost planning, and maintenance schedules to support implementing Hotel X building maintenance in the future.

Survival of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is important in uncertainty and rapid advancement of digitalization nowadays, which leads to significant changes in the business environment. SMEs must be able to be resilient and face turbulence to survive and maintain business continuity. To support this resilience, digital leaders are required to help enterprises transform and lead them to a more promising future. Thus, SMEs have a digital mindset so that they can recognize and exploit opportunities, as well as overcome the challenges of surviving in an increasingly dynamic environment. Based on Social Exchange Theory and Resource Base Theory, this study examines the relationship between digital leadership and SMEs resilience through the mediation of employee creativity. Based on a sample of 179 SMEs from various sectors in Indonesia. The data were analyzed using AMOS-SEM by assessing construct validity and reliability, as well as measurement and structural models. The analysis confirms the effect of digital leadership on SMEs' resilience. The findings also provide support for the mediating role of employee creativity. The ﬁndings reveal the effect mechanism of digital leaders on SMEs resilience and enrich the literature on antecedents of SMEs resilience. Practical implications and future research are also discussed.

Archives are documents relating to the administration and archiving of government activities carried out at the Wali Nagari Salo Office. Various documents include letters and certificates. Manual recording sometimes results in unclear writing in the agenda book, making it difficult to process the data. One solution to overcome problems and simplify archive management is through designing a digital archive system that can overcome problems regarding archive management. PHPRad Classic is a sophisticated, fast application development program combined with MySQL, which is a database processing system that can process various types of data and produce the final result in the form of a report with a more attractive appearance that can be accessed via the internet network. Data was collected through interviews with the Nagari Secretary and Administrative staff of the Wali Nagari Salo Office. Data was also collected by making direct observations in the archives at the Wali Nagari Salo office.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai perencanaan pembesian pada Gedung X pada wilayah Jawa Tengah. Material konstruksi adalah elemen dasar yang digunakan dalam pembangunan, mulai dari struktur utama hingga detail finishing. Besi adalah salah satu material utama dalam proyek konstruksi, namun rentan terhadap karat jika tidak disimpan dengan benar. Rantai pasok konstruksi mencakup koordinasi semua bagian dari pemasok, kontraktor dan pengguna jasa. Rantai pasok konstruksi mencakup 5 sumber utama yaitu manusia, peralatan, metode, dan pendanaan. Konstrol biaya meruapakan bagian dari manajemen biaya konstruksi yang harus dijalankan secara terus-menerus. Kontrol biaya dapat memberikan gambaran berupa progress pekerjaan, hubungan biaya dengan schedule pekerjaan, identifikasi potensi masalah dan milestone valid sesuai dengan rencana kerja. Besar voleme pengadaaan pembesian selama masa konstruksi 12 bulan pada Gedung X sebesar 540.272,49 kg dengan total biaya sebesar Rp 7.004.092.612,22. Proses pengadaan material ke area konstruksi memerlukan tahapan untuk membantu kontrol, tahapan tersebut menimbulkan siklus pengadaan material konstruksi. Siklus atau tahap akan berjalan dengan baik dan benar jika dilakukan secara bersama-sama oleh seluruh pihak yang terlibat.

Jembatan adalah struktur yang melintasi jurang atau sungai untuk menghubungkan dua jalan. Jembatan merupakan prasarana penting karena merupakan jalur untuk menghubungkan antara satu desa dengan desa lainnya. Jembatan sangat penting dari perspektif ekonomi, sosial, dan goegrafi. Jembatan Bumi Ayu Putus sudah beberapa tahun putus diakibatkan air sungai yg deras dan hujan yang sangat lebat. Sampai saat ini masyarakat desa Bumi Ayu belum memiliki jembatan pengganti, sehingga anak-anak melalui jalan yang jauh untuk pergi sekolah dan akses masyarakat untuk ke luar dan masuk ke desa ini juga susah. Masyarakat sudah berusaha meminta bantuan tapi belum juga terealisasi sampai akhir tahun 2022. Akhir tahun 2022 masalah itu teratasi, karena ada donatur mampir di desa ini, lalu diceritakan permasalahan yang kami hadapi. Karena pentingnya jembatan ini bagi kami dan beliau mengerti, Alhamdulilah curahan hati masyarakat tersebut mendapat sambutan baik dan donatur bilang nanti ada bantuan dari orang baik yang akan membangun jembatan ini. Desa Bumi Ayu benar-benar mendapatkan bantuan dari orang baik untuk membangun jembatan pada bulan Februari. Bantuan yang diberikan itu disambut baik olehÂ masyarakat dan bersama-sama melakukan pembangunan jembatan tersebut. Alhamdulillah, jembatan yang dibangun secara swadaya ini sekarang dapat dilalui. Ini memungkinkan transportasi anak-anak sekolah dan orang-orang di sekitarnya menjadi lebih mudah dan memudahkan mereka untuk mencapai tujuan mereka.

Arsip digital merupakan perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam bidang kearsipan. Sebagai institusi pendidikan, SMAN 4 Padang memiliki banyak dokumen yang harus dikelola secara baik, rapi, dan tertata. Saat ini pihak sekolah masih melaksanakan penyimpanan arsip secara manual. Hal ini mengakibatkan arsip hanya menumpuk di lemari, sulit ditemukan saat dibutuhkan, tidak dirawat dengan baik, bahkan informasi yang ada tidak terjamin kerahasiaannya. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan sistem pengelolaan arsip berbasis digital pada SMAN 4 PAdang. Adapun tujuan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan adalah untuk menambah pemahaman dam melatih kemampuan para peserta dalam tata kelola arsip berbasis digital. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat dikategorikan sangat efektif dengan rata-rata skor 62,1. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa aplikasi arsip digital menggunakan Mircosoft Access pada SMAN 4 Padang sangat efektif sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa aplikasi ini optimal karena dapat memudahkan pengelolaan arsip berbasis digital dan memudahkan dalam penemuan kembali arsip.
