Abstract

Pemilu adalah salah satu peristiwa politik yang bisa mempengaruhi perekonomian suatu negara, terlebih pemilu tersebut dilaksanakan secara serentak. Pasar modal sebagai salah satu insrumen ekonomi tidak terlepas dari pengaruh lingkungan, baik lingkungan ekonomi maupun lingkungan non-ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis reaksi pasar modal terhadap peristiwa anomali pasar di Indonesia, dalam hal ini Pemilu serentak (Presiden dan Legislatif) tahun 2019. Reaksi pasar saham diukur dengan abnormal return dan volume aktivitas perdagangan saham. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang sahamnya tercatat dalam LQ-45. Penelitian ini menggunakan even study (studi peristiwa). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada reaksi investor di mana 10 hari sebelum dan 10 hari sesudah 17 April 2019 pemilu serentak. Kondisi ini menunjukkan adanya optimisme investor bahwa pemilu akan diadakan pada 17 April 2019. Hal yang serupa dengan volume rata-rata perdagangan saham sebelum dan sesudah pemilu serentak 17 April 2019 juga mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of collaboration on logistics performance mediated by capabilities in manufacturing companies. In this study, hypothesis testing and cross-sectional data collection were carried out. This research was conducted quantitatively by distributing questionnaires which resulted in 109 respondents with purposive sampling method. The data processing techniques used include validity test, reliability test, hypothesis testing using Smart PLS software. The results of this study are: (1) There is an effect of collaboration on logistics performance, (2) There is an effect of collaboration on capability, (3) There is an effect of capability on logistics performance, (4) There is an effect of collaboration on logistics performance through capability. From the results of the research that has been done, it is hoped that it can add important implications for manufacturing companies in improving logistics performance through collaboration practices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi Kinerja Portofolio Saham dengan menggunakan metode Sharpe, Jensen dan Treynor. Tujuannya adalah mengetahui Kinerja Portofolio Optimal dari 20 saham perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Rancangan analisis menggunakan data sekunder berupa data harga saham, Return Portofolio, Suku Bunga Bank Indonesia (SBI), Indeks Periode Juni – Juli 2019. Dalam metode ini ada beberapa set yang berhubungan dengan rumus Sharpe, Jensen dan Treynor yaitu Return portofolio (Rp), Average risk free (Rf), Average return market (Rm), Standard deviation return ( SD) dan Beta portofolio (Bp), yang digunakan untuk 1 periode (2 bulan yaitu bulan Juni – Juli 2019) dalam portofolio 20 saham sampel. Hasil Analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata Return Indeks dari 20 perusahaan, Jensen dan treyner menunjukkan positif dan Return yang memiliki Indeks nilai maksimum adalah Saham PT. Bank Mandiri, Tbk, (BMRI), serta beta yang memilki nilai maksimum adalah Saham PT. PP Persero, Tbk. (PTPP). Kinerja dari metode Sharpe, Jensen dan Treynor yang paling optimal adalah Indeks Jensen

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the war between Russia and Ukraine and its implications for the Indonesian economy. The conflict between these two countries has affected Indonesia as a developing country connected to international trade networks. This research uses secondary data analysis methods based on media reports, policy analysis, and recent economic data. The factors analyzed include international trade, commodity prices, foreign investment, tourism sector, and financial market stability. The results showed that the war between Russia and Ukraine had a significant impact on the Indonesian economy. The direct impacts include a decrease in exports and imports, especially in terms of trade with Russia and Ukraine. In addition, commodity prices such as oil and natural gas also experienced significant fluctuations due to global market uncertainty. The indirect implications involve foreign direct investment (FDI) which could be affected by geopolitical instability. The tourism sector can also be negatively impacted, due to negative perceptions of security and stability in the region. The government can take appropriate measures to deal with such impacts, such as diversifying trade with other countries, strengthening domestic investment, and developing more self-reliant economic sectors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Transglobal terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada perusahaan PT. Jaya Sakti Mandiri Unggul. Penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian hipotesis dan pengumpulan data secara nonprobality sampling . Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuisioner yang menghasilkan sebanyak 40 responden dengan metode purposive sampling . Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, deskriptif statistik menggunakan software SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Terdapat pengaruh dari Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan , (2) Terdapat pengaruh dari Transglobal Leadership terhadap Kinerja Karyawan . Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ini diharapkan dapat menambah penguatan penting bagi perusahaan PT. Jaya Sakti Mandiri Unggul dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan melalui praktik Kepuasan Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Transglobal .Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Kepemimpinan Transglobal, Kinerja Karyawan , dan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia

Abstract

Financial literacy is a combination of awareness, knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors that a person needs to possess to make sound financial decisions and ultimately achieve individual financial well-being. The purpose of this study is to determine the picture of financial literacy and financial management behavior in students, as well as to determine the influence of financial literacy on student financial management. The study used quantitative research methods. The results of data collection through questionnaires were then processed using SPSS and analyzed using multiple linear regression statistical methods. Based on this, it was found that financial literacy with indicators of basic financial knowledge, savings and loans affected student financial management, while insurance and investment did not affect student financial management.

Abstract

The implementation of information technology in the archival system of the Directorate of Facilities and Infrastructure at Basarnas aims to enhance document management efficiency through digitalization. Although an electronic administration system has been adopted, challenges remain, such as limited staff understanding, suboptimal integration of digital and manual systems, and manual archival disposal processes. To address these issues, staff training, paperless system development, automated archival disposal, and improved technological infrastructure are necessary. The MBKM internship program at Basarnas contributes to optimizing the digital archival system while providing students with hands-on experience. With continuous implementation and appropriate policy support, Basarnas' digital archival system can serve as a model for modernizing administration in government institutions, improving transparency, accountability, and public service effectiveness.

Abstract

Financial attitude is an important matter for all young people, especially a student, in order to avoid all strange financial problems. Especially in this pandemic period it must be good at managing its finances appropriately so as not to experience waste. This study aims to explain financial literacy, lifestyle, locus of control, and parental income on student financial behavior in Central Java. The population in this study are students of Central Java province which numbered 400 respondents with the formula slovin. Purposive sampling technique by determining sample criteria. This research uses quantitative data obtained from questionnaire google form. Data were analyzed through multiple regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results explain that financial literacy, lifestyle, locus of control, and parental income have a significant influence in student financial behavior in Central Java province.
