Abstract: The study of Islamic law has always moved dynamically following the times, this is whatled to the study of Islamic law to be an interesting phenomenon for Muslim academics. In a moretechnical level Islamic law is identified with fiqh which also grows in conjunction with the growth ofIslamic religion. The law is formed from the laws of the Koran, from the various laws that come out ofthe prophet. As a fatwa against a case, or an award against disputes, or an answer to a question. Thecomplication of the Fiqh laws in the first period is formed from the laws of God and its Apostles, andthe source is the Koran and the Sunnah. Using the study’s approach to the library of the followingdescriptions will explain in detail the comprehensive jurisprudence as an approach to Islamic studies.Keywords: Jurisprudence, Comprehensive, Islamic studies

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak kelompok B di TK Pertiwi Pangkalpinang terhadap kegiatan kolase dengan menggunakan media bahan alam telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18 April 2022 s.d 29 April 2022. Waktu penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus yaitu siklus I dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18-22 April 2022 dengan tema binatang hasil yang diperoleh adalah anak dalam kategori Belum Muncul sebanyak 6,25%, kategori Mulai Muncul 6,25%, kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan 25%, kategori Berkembang Baik Sekali 62,5%, Siklus II dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25 April 2022 s.d 29 April 2022 dengan tema tanaman hasil yang diperoleh yaitu anak dalam kategori Belum Muncul dan Mulai Muncul tidak ada, kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan sebesar 12,5%, kategori Berkembang Baik Sekali sebesar 87,5%. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di kelompok B usia 5-6 tahun, dengan jumlah 16 orang anak yang terdiri dari 9 orang anak laki-laki, dan 7 anak perempuan. Dengan demikian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media bahan alam dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak kelompok B di TK Pertiwi Pangkalpinang.

In terms of the medical field, it has evolved in tandem with human capabilities and the passage of time. Humans, like all other living things, will inevitably suffer from a variety of illnesses, some minor and others serious. People are encouraged to look for other treatment options in an attempt to overcome this illness, and as a result, it is discovered that the law of treatment—which stipulates which treatments are permitted and which are haram—is connected to the usage of haram products and chemicals. Al-Baqarah verses 168 and 172 provide justification for the use of halal and good food, despite the commandment to abstain from haram items. In deciding how to regard haram items, scholars of the mujtahid school also cite QS Al-Baqarah verse 173. This provider makes use of socialization methods and questions and answers in the studio at...., it is hoped that the studio group will be able to know the law of treatment with haram goods/substances in accordance with the Shari'a specified in Islamic law.

The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's efforts to improve student learning discipline during the pandemic by maximizing the role of the teacher. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 34 Prabumulih. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. After that, the data can be summarized or collected and analyzed through three stages of activity simultaneously, namely: data reduction, and concluding / verification. According to the findings of the study, the teacher's efforts to strengthen the learning discipline of SD Negeri 34 Prabumulih students by incorporating the values of the discipline into each topic presented so that discipline can become the students' basic character in everyday life. The teacher also creates conducive learning activities and an environment that encourages students to fully participate in the learning process. The instructor then continually develops his or her ability to handle learning by engaging in training and deepening his or her understanding of learning management by employing techniques/methods that apply to theory in authoritative publications related to learning management, both national and international journals.

The purpose of this research is to identify and characterize the influence of teacher professionalism in increasing learning quality at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Lago in Banyuasin Regency. This is a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach. The following data gathering methods were used: (1) observation; (2) interviews; and (3) documentation. Techniques for analyzing research data include (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) data verification/conclusion. According to the study's findings, the role of teacher professionalism in improving the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Lago, Banyuasin Regency can be described as active, with teachers planning ahead of time in preparing lesson plans, carrying out learning in accordance with the established curriculum, and referring to the Minister Regulation, where the educational process leads to a character approach using a contextual approach. Furthermore, every mid-semester, every semester, the instructor reviews the learning outcomes.

The conflict in the plantation sector involving the community and the company in the Senama Nenek Village occurred because of a dispute of an area of 2,800 hectares which had been acknowledged by both parties, the people of Grandma Senama Village and PTPN V Sei Kencana. This difference in opinion caused the public to make complaints to local governments. This study aims to overcome plantation conflicts and describe plantation conflicts that occur between the people of Senama Nenek Village and PTPN V Sei Kencana. The key informants of this study found 16 people consisting of 12 key informants from the community and 4 key informants from stakeholders. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis with triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the parties involved in mapping the plantation conflict consisted of the Senama Nenek Village government, the Tapung Hulu District Government, the Kampar Regency and Riau Province Plantation Service, the Kampar Regency, and Riau Province Land Agency, the Kampar Regency Government, the Kampar Regency DPRD. , the Regent of Kampar, the Regional Government of Riau Province, the Governor of Riau, the Ministry of SOEs, and the President of the Republic of Indonesia. The plantation conflict that occurred among the community, company, and local government is related to the use of custom land covering an area of 2,800 ha. Both parties continue to carry out activities even though they recognize each other's land ownership. Lately, the warring parties have returned to normal because the disputes between the parties can be resolved thanks to the leadership of the Ninik Mamak figures and the group board from the company.

This research article aims to find out the dynamics of Islamic political parties with Islamic nuances in Asahan Regency providing arguments and subangsih in Islamic nuanced bylaws in Asahan Regency. Data input and collection are carried out by direct involvement and interviews (Indeepth Interview), direct observation with a sampling method that is carried out deliberately (Purposive sampling), the approach implemented is symbolic interaction. The result of this research is to state that in responding to, analyzing and participating in summarizing regional regulations with Islamic nuances in Asahan Regency, be more vigilant so that there are no clashes with other groups. It started when the Islamic party in Asahan Regency analyzed the "religious" contained in the vision and mission of Asahan Regency. The application carried out by local governments in accordance with the needs and input from the existence of political parties as a juridical basis or gate for later application of the concept of Islamic sharia adopted by the government. Because the political parties in Asahan make a higher legal foundation that gives greater authority to the regions to make regulations that are in accordance with Islamic law universally in order to realize Religious Asahan.
