Abstrak : This research is motivated by the lack of the students learning outcome in Mathematics. It is indicated by the students’ mean score (68.33). Form 24 students, there are only 10 students (41.67%) who can reach score above the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) and 14 students (58.33%) are still in beneath average score. The score of the minimum mastery criteria (KKM) which is decided is 70. Based on the fact, the researcher tried to use a classroom action research by apply the pair check method. The aim of the research is to increase the learning outcome in Mathematics of students grade IV of SDN 02 Bandar Sungai , Sabak Auh Subdistrict, Siak regency in school year 2015 / 2016. the population is all students of the fourth grade as many as 24 students who consist of 10 male students and 14 female students. The research is conducted as many as three cycles. The cycle I consists of three meetings; two of them are learning processes and the last meeting is final test of the cycle. Cycle II consists of two meetings; one of them is learning process and the last meeting is final test of the cycle. Cycle II consists of three meetings; two of them are learning processes and the last meeting is final test of the cycle. The application of the pair check method can increase the students learning outcome in Mathematics. It is shown by the percentage of the students who reach score above of the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) increase from 41.67% and the mean score is 68.33 to 70.83% and the mean score is 72.08% in the cycle I. It increases again in cycle II become 91.66% and the mean score is 80. There is also an increasing in the percentage of teacher’s activity. It is shown by the percentage of teacher’s activity from 79.15% in cycle I to 97.90% in cycle II. The percentage of students’ activity is also increase from 70.80% in cycle I to 95.80% in cycle II. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the application of the pair check method can increase the students learning outcome in Mathematics of students of grade IV SDN 02 Bandar Sungai, Sabak Auh subdistrict, Siak regency.Keywords: pair check method, learning outcome in Mathematics

ABSTRAKSI: Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar mahasiswa Jurusan Agribisnis pada matakuliah Penyuluhan dan Komunikasi Pertanian, dengan penerapan metode penemuan terbimbing. Penelitian ini adalah PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas), yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa semester III (Ganjil) dan dilaksanakan selama 4 bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aktivitas mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II pada enam indikator, yaitu: tanya-jawab antar mahasiswa; tanya-jawab antara mahasiswa dengan dosen; mengerjakan dan mendiskusikan LKM (Lembar Kerja Majasiswa); mempraktekan langkah-langkah metode penemuan terbimbing; menyajikan hasil kerja kelompok; serta menyimpulkan materi pelajaran bersama-sama dosen. Dalam menerapkan pembelajaran, sebaiknya dosen membuat perencanaan yang matang sehingga pembelajaran berjalan secara sistematis; dan membuat LKM yang lebih variatif. KATA KUNCI: Aktivitas Belajar; Mahasiswa; Dosen; Hasil Belajar; Model Pembelajaran Penemuan Terbimbing.Â ABSTRACT: â€œThe Use of Guided Discovery Learning Model to Increase Studentsâ€™ Activity and Learning Outcomes in the Subject of Agricultural Communication and Extensionâ€. This research is to determine the increase in the learning activities and learning outcomes of Agribusiness Department stundents in the subject of Agricultural Communication and Extension, by implementing the guided discovery method. This is CAR (Clasroom Action Research) conduced to the 3rd semester students and was carried out for 4 months. The research results showed that studentsâ€™ activity increased from the first cycle to the second cycle in six indicators: debriefing between students; debriefing between students and lecturers; working on and discussing student worksheet; practicing the guided steps of discovery model; presenting the results of group work; and drawing a conclusion of subject matter along with the lecturer. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi tenaga kesehatan melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening terhadap kualitas pelayanan di RSUD Cileungsi. Data penelitian menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer berasal dari kuisioner serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari instansi yang bersangkutan. Metode sampling dilakukan terhadap 60 responden, seluruh populasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikanÂ terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Namun, kompetensi terhadap komitmen organisasi, kompetensi terhadap kualitas pelayanan, motivasi terhadap komitmen organisasi serta motivasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan. Adapun motivasi merupakan variabel yang pengaruhnya paling besar terhadap kualitas pelayanan tenaga kesehatan.

This research aims to know what the extent to which the community adopted the innovation of processing land without burning and what stages of cultivation without burning by people of Rokan Hilir Riau Province. The research method used was survey method and in-depth analysis using questionnaires with primary and secondary data. The respondents in this research as many as 15 people consisting of a society that has already adopted the innovation of processing land without burning and the Government as well as Society of Fire Care (SFC) in the village of Rantau Bais Sub-district of Tanah Putih and Labuhan Tangga Kecil village Sub-district Of Bangko Regency of Rokan Hilir. The determination of community respondents used snowball sampling and purposive sampling for institutional respondents. The analysis of the data used for the purposes of the adoption process innovation to cultivate land without burning, namely Scales Likerts analysis and descriptive analysis is used to find out land processing system without burning have done by the community. Research results showed that land without burning processing system which conducted the community consist of several stages in the form of clearing or logging and spraying, and buildup and allowed to decay naturally. The rate of adoption of innovation of processing land without burning in the Rokan Hilir has thehigh categorywith value score 3.52. The high adoption process innovation of processing land without burning is due to the high level of knowledge, decision and implementation that also have been good. The decision to adopt was high because the society doing processing in terms of plant maintaining plants and plantations.

ABSTRACTPurpose - This study aims to determine and analyze, 1). The influence of leadership style on teacher performance. 2). Effect of satisfaction on teacher performance. 3). The influence of leadership style has an impact on decision making. 4). The effect of job satisfaction has an impact on decision making at the Muhammadiyah High School and Vocational School in Palembang, and 5). The effect of teacher performance has an impact on decision making.Design/methodology - The design of this research is associative research by connecting between variables. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data, and respondents' answers were 80 teachers in the Muhammadiyah High School and SMK Palembang City. The analytical method used is path analysis and through testing the validity and reliability. Test data used to determine the characteristics of the data are the normality test and linearity test. The test model used consisted of multicollinity test and heterodecacity test.Findings - 1). Teacher leadership style and job satisfaction significantly influence teacher performance. 2). Leadership style and job satisfaction have an impact on decision making. 5). Teacher performance has an impact on decision making in the Muhammadiyah High School and SMK Palembang City. Implications: This study provides results that motivation and competence are supporting factors for improving employee performance.Keywords : Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, Performance and Decision Making.

The fulfillment of agricultural information needs is one of the determining factors for the success of farming. Currently, there is a change in communication which results in changes in individual behavior which will ultimately affect changes in the social behavior of the community, especially farmers. This study aims to analyze the effect of communication on the convergence of capacity building of coconut farmers in the Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sample in this study was selected by purposive sampling method which collected 140 independent farmers who are members of farmer groups and actively participate in counseling. The data obtained were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Communication factors analyzed include sources of information, internal and external characteristics, (recipients of information), communication media, and communication programs (messages). The convergence of capacity building analyzed is involvement in network communication, utilization, and dissemination of information and institutional participation. From the SEM analysis, it is found that the internal characteristics of the recipient of information, communication, and communication programs have a positive effect on the convergence of increasing farmer capacity. External characteristics of recipients of information and sources of information have a negative effect on the convergence of capacity building for coconut farmers in the Indragiri Hilir Regency.Keywords: coconut farmers; communication convergence; capacity building; farmers; extension. ABSTRAK Terpenuhinya kebutuhan informasi pertanian merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan usahatani. Saat ini terjadi perubahan komunikasi yang mengakibatkan adanya perubahan perilaku individu yang pada akhirnya akan mempengaruhi perubahan perilaku sosial masyarakat khususnya petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap konvergensi peningkatan kapasitas petani kelapa di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan metode purpossive sampling berjumlah 140 orang petani swadaya yang tergabung dalam dalam kelompok tani dan aktif mengikuti penyuluhan. Data yang didapat selanjutnya dianalisis dengan jalur Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Faktor komunikasi yang dianalisis antara lain sumber informasi, karakteristik internal dan eksternal,(penerima informasi), media komunikasi dan komunikasi program (pesan). Konvergensi peningkatan kapasitas yang dianalisis yaitu keterlibatan dalam jaringan komunikasi, tingkat pemanfaatan dan penyebaran informasi dan tingkat partisipasi kelembagaan. Dari analisis SEM didapatkan hasil bahwa karakteristik internal penerima informasi, media komunikasi dan komunikasi program berpengaruh positif terhadap konvergensi peningkatan kapasitas petani. Karakteristik eksternal penerima informasi dan sumber informasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap konvergensi peningkatan kapasitas petani kelapa di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Kabupaten Kepuluan Meranti merupakan daerah sentra produksi sagu terbesar di Propinsi Riau. Di kabupaten ini berkembang industri kecil pengolahan sagu menjadi makanan yang bernilai jual tinggi, seperti mie sagu, kerupuk sagu, aneka kue dengan bahan baku sagu. Gula sagu merupakan produk inovasi baru pemanfaatan sagu menjadi gula yang dikembangkan oleh masyarakat di Kabupaten Meranti. Kandungan kadar glucosa gula sagu kalorinya lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan gula tebu, walaupun rasanya tidak terlalu manis, gula sagu ini dapat menjadi gula alternatif yang sehat untuk para penderita diabetes. Selain itu pengembangan gula sagu dapat mensupply kebutuhan masyarakat akan gula, serta dapat mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap gula tebu impor. Sampai saat ini di Kota Pekanbaru sendiri, bahkan di Indonesia belum ada produk gula sagu sejenis yang sudah dipasarkan. Program Bina Desa dirancang selama tiga tahun dan tujuan pada Tahun I telah selesaikan dilaksanakan dengan menghasilkan hal sebagai berikut: Mitra telah mengetahui dan memahami cara membuat produk gula sagu dengan kualitas yang baik dan produk turunannya (minuman dengan bahan baku gula sagu). Bantuan peralatan sebagai bagian paket teknologi pembuatan gula sagu dan produk turunannya juga telah dilakukan. Hasil monitoring dengan mitra diketahui bahwa mitra telah membuat minuman dari gula sagu dengan aneka rasa (rasa yang banyak diminati mocca dan rasa buah) dan telah diperkenalkan pada masyarakat dengan menyuguhkan minuman tersebut pada saat ada kegiatan di kantor desa. Kegiatan lomba cita rasa minuman dengan bahan baku gula sagu yang dilakukan atas kerjasama tim bina desa dengan Pemda Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti telah mampu memunculkan kreativitas UKM setempat (mitra) dalam menghasil produk minuman yang enak dan layak untuk dikomersilkan. Pada Tahun II ini kegiatan dilanjutkan tujuan sebagai berikut: (1) melakukan analisis kelayakan industri kecil gula sagu cair; (2) pengurusan izin atribut produk (Sertifikat Halal, Depkes dan BPPOM) supaya produk minuman gula sagu dapat dipasarkan ke pasar modern. Dukungan yang besar dari pemerintah setempat menjadi harapan besar bagi pengembangan produk gula sagu kedepannya untuk dapat menjadi usaha masyarakat Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti dalam rangka meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat setempat.

The role of two-way development communication (convergence) is important so that coconut farmers can obtain information and determine the right farming technology towards farming management which is increasingly advanced in increasing the capacity of coconut farmers. Convergence to increase the capacity of farmers can be achieved well if there is an understanding between farmers in the process. For this reason, it is necessary to have good communication in farming activities between fellow farming actors. This study aims to: (1) To describe the communication elements of coconut farmers in Indragiri Hilir Regency, (2) to describe the communication behavior of coconut farmers in Indragiri Hilir Regency, (3) to analyze the factors which influence the communication behavior of coconut farmers in Indragiri Hilir Regency. . The method used in this research is a survey method. The population of this study consists of people who work as independent farmers, being members of farmer group, and having participated in extension activities and being included as inhabitants in Keritang and Reteh Districts, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling in this study is carried out by purposive sampling with a total sample of 140 farmers. The results of the study illustrate that all variables influence coconut communication behavior in Indragiri Hilir Regency. But the differences are the direction of the relationship and the level of significance. The factor that positively and significantly influences farmer behavior in Indragiri Hilir Regency is the variable of communication media.

Farmers of palm oil requaired 1. Farmers of palm oil are mandatorily required to follow the ISPO standar in their business. 2. The problem arise due to mobilty to implement the standard. 3. The purpose of this study was examine the perception of palm oil farmers to the concept of ISPO. 4. The study was conducted from March 2019 to September 2020 using survey methods. Stratified Random Sampling with a sample number of 90 people from 3 sub-districts (Tapung Hulu, Tapung Hilir and Tapung). Were done the analysis was performed descriptively. The results showed that the characteristics of palm oil were full filled still not still not the principles of ISPO, especially in the principle of sustainable business improvement and the principle of environmental management and monitoring. Farmers have a perception that they are still less able to apply the four principles of ISPO, especially in improving sustainable business and environmental management and monitoring.

This study aims to (1) find out the characteristics of the society of the utilization yard in Sidomulyo Village, Lirik subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu District (2) to find out the pattern of the yard Sidomulyo Village, Lirik subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu District. This research was conducted in Sidomulyo Village, Lirik subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu District, from Januari 2018 to November 2018 using snowball sampling. The number of samples in this study amounted to 25 people, where all samples used the yard. Data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate: (1) The Characteristics that influence the society in the used of yard are age, sex, education, income, and dependents of family, (2) The pattern of yard use of respondents in Sidomulyo Village is that the whole uses a horizontal pattern (100%) and there were no respondents in Maharatu Village who used the verticulture patternKeywords: yard, Society, yard pattern.
