Abstract

The main problem in this research is how big influence leadership style,motivation, andorganization culture againts employee perfomance (A study on theWinaya Mukti Bandung University), either simultaneously or partially.Interest to undertake this work is to invetigate and analyze theleadershipstyle, motivation, organization culture and employee peformance as well asthe influence of leadership style, motivation and organization culture on employeeperformance at the Winaya Mukti Bandung University, either simultaneously orpartially.The method used in this research is descriptive and verification approaches.The population in this study are employees of the Winaya Mukti BandungUniversity with a sample 50 people, the data in this study were obtained from therespondents answers to a questionnaire author spreads.Keywords : leadership style, motivation, organizational culture,employeeperformance

Abstract

Internal quality assurance in schools is essential because it pertains to a school's confidence in complying to national education standards and achieving a nation's national education goals. In the discussion of this study, it is crucial to determine the degree to which Education Quality Assurance in primary schools is based on comparable research findings. The approach used to evaluate several learning outcomes is the matching evaluation strategy. In addition, the utilised systematic review is a Narrative systematic review, which carefully picks and conducts with discretion what the researcher has written about a subject or problem. As a consequence of the study's results, it was established that the education system and schools are responsible for ensuring that all students meet the criteria and using their resources effectively and efficiently. Especially elementary school, which is the foundation of education. Academic Quality Assurance is essential for attaining academic quality (teaching and learning procedures and curriculum) and structural provision (buildings and physical facilities) in accordance with predefined objectives and standards.

Abstract

The culinary business competition holds significant popularity among Indonesian individuals, particularly within the food and beverage industry. Coffee shops have been undergoing significant expansion and can now be found in numerous locations. One notable example of this growth is Kopi Kenangan, which has emerged as one of the largest coffee shop chains. The primary objective of this study is to examine the impact of store atmosphere, promotions, and service quality on consumer purchasing behaviour at the Curug branch of Kopi Kenangan in Tangerang City. The target group for this study comprises individuals who have engaged in transactions at the Curug Tangerang Branch of Kopi Kenangan between December 2022 and June 2023. This study employed a non-probability sampling approach, specifically utilising the incidental sampling technique. The overall sample size consisted of 125 respondents. This study employs the technique of multiple linear regression analysis, utilising the statistical software SPSS 26 for Windows. The findings of the study indicate that factors such as store atmosphere, promotions, and service quality have a partial and simultaneous impact on consumer purchase decisions. For those involved in the coffee industry, this study's managerial implications may be useful.
