Harga daging sapi di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung cenderung berfluktuasi pada 10 tahun terakhir. Fluktuasi harga dapat menyebabkan volatilitas harga yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis volatilitas harga daging sapi di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung dan (2) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi volatilitas harga daging sapi di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data time series periode Januari 2007 sampai Desember 2016. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis model ARCH-GARCH (Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (ARCH) dan Generalized Autogressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (GARCH)) dan analisis model VAR/VECM (Vector Autoregression (VAR) atau Vector Error Correction Model (VECM)) dengan bantuan aplikasi Eviews 8.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa volatilitas harga daging sapi di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung rendah dengan nilai koefisien ARCH sebesar 0,467403 dan akan bertahan dalam jangka waktu yang lama dengan koefisien GARCH sebesar 0,807681. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi volatilitas harga daging sapi di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung dalam jangka panjang yaitu harga daging sapi domestik dengan nilai presentase sebesar 4,60692, suku bunga dengan nilai presentase sebesar 3,41990 dan nilai tukar rupiah dengan nilai presentase sebesar 3,03446. Pada jangka pendek tidak terdapat faktor yang mempengaruhi volatilitas harga daging sapi di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung

The economic growth in the agriculture sector contributes to the income of the Bangka Belitung Island Province. In the few decades, pepper production in Indonesia retains its position as one of the biggest producers in the world. However, pepper production in the province goes down. Consequently, the income of pepper farmers reduces. Understanding the farmers' demographic and their perception of the technology acceptance model will help policymakers provide the best empowerment program and agricultural support program to uplift their welfare. The study aims to understand the socio-economic profile and the perception of pepper farmers towards the technology acceptance model using information technology in pepper farming activity. The data collection process was conducted from August to November 2019. Structured questionnaires and face-to-face data collection methods were applied to earn the primary data from 100 pepper smallholders in Bangka Tengah and Bangka Selatan, Bangka Belitung Island Province. Descriptive analysis was used to identify the respondents' profiles and explain their skills and awareness to adopt information technology in their farming activity. The study revealed that most of the pepper farmers were in the average age of 45 years old, held elementary school level, received income of about 5.7 million, was experienced farmers with 20 years of pepper farming activity, and had about 2.1 – 5 ha of land area. The majority of the pepper smallholders offered low scores to the proportion of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The results benefit the policymaker and farmer in providing a better farming activity and offering the best program to empower pepper farmers.

Dalam pengembangan suatu usaha perlu dilakukan suatu model bisnis yang dikenal dengan Business Model Canvas. Dalam model bisnis ini perusahaan bercerita tentang kondisi internal maupun eksternal perusahaan. Adapun bisnis model canvas perusahaan menampilkan model blok/elemen bisnis yang terdiri dari sembilan elemen. Pendekatan ini digunakan untuk menerapkan implementasi Business Model Canvas di UKM“Raja Abon Makmur Lestari” Kota Pangkalpinang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi model bisnis produk abon menggunakan analisis Business Model Canvas. Data didapatkan dalam penelitian ini hasil wawancara dengan kuesioner terhadap pemilik, dua orang karyawan serta konsumen abon sebanyak 30 orang di kota Pangkalpinang serta hasil studi literatur pendukung. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah setiap elemen yang diidentifikasi telah dipertajam dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Dari analisis tersebut diketahui bahwa diperlukan perbaikan pada hampir semua elemen model bisnis dalam usaha raja abon makmur lestari. Perbaikan model bisnis raja abon makmur lestari terfokus kepada perbaikan kegiatan pemasaran. Terutama melalui media online guna meningkatkan pendapatan. Business model canvas is known as an approach in business development and used as a business model. It describes about a condition of internal and external of organization. It also shows the business element which consists of nine elements. The approach is applied on the business model canvas in a small medium enterprise which is called as “Raja Abon Makmur Lestari” in Pangkalpinang City. The study aims to evaluate the business model of the product using business model canvas analysis. The data was collected through the interview using questionnaire towards the owner, two staffs and 30 customers in Pangkalpinang City and other related articles or documents. The study revealed that every identified element has been emphasized using SWOT analysis. It stated that it required the improvement on every single element of business model in Raja Abon Makmur Lestari. The improvement of business model of Raja Abon Makmur Lestari prioritized on the improvement of marketing activity especially throuh the online media in order to increase the income.

Kota pangkalpinang memiliki potensi di sector perikanan, dimana hasil dari sektor perikanan tersebut memunculkan sebuah kegiatan usaha pengolahan hasil dari ikan. Salah satu usaha yang mengolah hasil perikanan yaitu adalah industri dengan skala rumah tangga yaitu industri getas Wah-you. Adanya banyak industri di kota pangkalpinang menyebabkan industri getas Wah-you untuk biasa bersain dengan produk yang ditawarkan oleh industri sejenis. Sehingga dengan Penelitian ini peneliti bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian akan produk getas Wah-you. Waktu dan tempat penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan Februari hingga bulan Agustus 2020 di Industri rumah tangga getas Wah-you. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus, jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer, dengan sedangkan metode penarikan contoh menggunakan metode accidental dengan jumlah respondense banyak 30 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh dalam bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian akan getas Wahyo yaitu variabel price. the pineapple plant (Ananas comosus (L.). In South Bangka Regency, especially in Bikang Village, Toboali District, pineapple has great potential to be developed , there is still a lot of unused land in various locations which is an area that has the potential to develop pineapple.With abundant production of bikang pineapple and it can be developed by innovating processed products, then the economic potential of the bikang pineapple is increasingly promising. So based on this explanation the purpose of this research is to see how the government's strategy is to make Bikang Village a place for downstream development of Pineapple. The research was carried out in Bikang Village, Toboali District, South Bangka Regency with the selection of locations carried out using the purposive method of considering Bikang Village which is a pineapple production center as well as bikang pineapple which has been registered as a local genetic resource. This research is categorized in descriptive qualitative research by observing the stages that have been carried out by the local government. From the results of observations of the stages that have been carried out by the government in making Bikang Village a place for pineapple downstream development, it is concluded that the government has taken definite steps and evidence that the local government is serious about making Bikang Village a place for pineapple downstream development is that the stages that have been implemented have progressed more than 50% and will continue to increase until the level of implementation becomes 100%.

Indonesia sebagai negara agraris memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor pertanian dan agribisnis, termasuk di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Desa Balunijuk merupakan salah satu daerah di Kabupaten Bangka yang menggantungkan perekonomiannya pada sektor pertanian, terutama dalam budidaya tanaman cabai. Namun, petani di desa ini sering menghadapi kendala dalam pengendalian hama dan kualitas hasil panen akibat penggunaan pestisida kimia yang berlebihan. Sebagai alternatif ramah lingkungan, asap cair diperkenalkan sebagai solusi dalam sektor pertanian dan pengolahan pangan. Kegiatan sosialisasi yang bertajuk “Sosialisasi Aplikasi Asap Cair LISA (Liquid Smoke Agribisnis) Sebagai Pestisida Alami dan Pengawet Makanan” dilaksanakan di Desa Balunijuk pada 12 Desember 2024. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah memperkenalkan pemanfaatan asap cair grade 3 sebagai pestisida alami untuk tanaman cabai dan grade 2 sebagai pengawet makanan, khususnya ikan asap. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan pendekatan partisipatif melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan praktik langsung. Peserta diberikan materi mengenai manfaat dan teknik penggunaan asap cair, diikuti dengan demonstrasi aplikatif pada tanaman cabai dan ikan tongkol. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan memahami cara penggunaan asap cair yang aman dan efektif. Ibu-ibu PKK berhasil mempraktikkan penggunaan asap cair sebagai pengawet makanan, meningkatkan daya simpan ikan asap. Sosialisasi ini tidak hanya mengedukasi petani dan masyarakat setempat tentang teknik pertanian berkelanjutan, tetapi juga membuka peluang usaha baru yang dapat meningkatkan perekonomian desa. Diharapkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi ini dapat terus diperkenalkan dan dikembangkan di daerah lain yang membutuhkan solusi serupa.

ABSTRACT Curly red chili (Capsicum annum L.) is a horticultural commodity whose production, availability and price affect inflation and the national economy including in Bangka Belitung. Fluctuations in the price of curly red chili often vary depending on the amount of availability and the number of needs for curly red chili in the community. The price dynamics that occur in the market between marketing institutions for curly red chili commodities in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province are quite interesting to study. This study aims to analyze the transmission of curly red chili prices starting from producers, wholesalers to consumers. The research method is secondary time series data for 5 years (2019-2023) with Asymmetric Error Correction Model (AECM) analysis. The results of the study show that the transmission of curly red chili prices between institutions in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province runs symmetrically. This study shows the importance of efficient marketing distribution chains and price stability policies in order to maintain the stability of curly red chili prices in Bangka Belitung

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan pembiayaan pada perusahaan agribisnis, dengan studi kasus pada CV Babe Karya Mandiri (BKM), perusahaan skala menengah yang bergerak di sektor perkebunan kelapa sawit dan karet. Pentingnya pengelolaan pembiayaan bagi keberlanjutan dan pengembangan usaha menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini, karena tanpa pembiayaan yang memadai, perusahaan akan kesulitan untuk mempertahankan operasinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, di mana data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan direktur utama CV BKM pada bulan Mei 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan CV BKM berasal dari dua sumber utama, yaitu modal pribadi sebesar Rp250 juta dan pinjaman bank dengan tingkat bunga 9% per tahun, dibatasi maksimal 35% dari total modal. Pengelolaan keuangan dilakukan secara profesional dengan menggunakan jasa konsultan untuk pembukuan dan pelaporan keuangan bulanan. Perusahaan menerapkan strategi yang hati-hati dalam mengelola arus kas, dengan menjaga rasio utang di bawah 35% dari total aset. Risiko pembiayaan, seperti keterlambatan pembayaran angsuran, dimitigasi dengan menyediakan dana cadangan kas. Selanjutnya, perusahaan memanfaatkan strategi lindung nilai alami, di mana kenaikan harga jual komoditas akibat inflasi dapat mengimbangi kenaikan biaya operasional, sehingga stabilitas keuangan tetap terjaga.

The problem of Muntok Pepper business performance continues to decline due to the inability of farmers to face price uncertainty, recognize and understand market conditions. The fact is that the number of business actors continues to grow. Competing to face changes in the business environment is necessary, so entrepreneurial farmers are needed. This study aims to look at the postharvest process carried out by Muntok Pepper farmers and analyze whether entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation are determinant factors that affect the postharvest handling process. The research method used a survey method involving 60 farmers. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), data analysis was carried out using smart Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that the postharvest handling process was significantly influenced by entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation, but entrepreneurial orientation influence was greater than market orientation. Farmers carry out postharvest handling of Muntok Pepper in two stages. 50% of farmers carry out threshing, soaking, and drying processes. 50% of farmers do not do the sorting, grading, and milling process. Farmers’ decisions in postharvest handling are more influenced by the influence of the entrepreneurial orientation of farmers. Farmers who are motivated to excel, dare to take risks, and are willing to innovate by using new production methods tend to carry out a good postharvest handling process, not only threshing, soaking, and drying but also sort and process pepper derivative products.
