Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu bentuk organisasi yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan kesehatan. Pelayanan kesehatan inilah yang selalu dituntut agar selalu bertambah baik. Hal ini tidak mudah, karena terdapat persaingan yang semakin ketat. Salah satu faktor kunci keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi diawali dari kepuasan pasien Rumah Sakit itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan kriteria Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence(MBCfPE). MBCfPE merupakan salah satu metode peningkatan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan dan terus-menerus.MBCfPE.Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisa mengenai pengaruh masing-masing keenam kriteria MBCFPE (kepemimpinan, perencanaan strategis, focus pada pelanggan, pengukuran,analisa dan manajemen pengetahuan, focus pada karyawan, manajemen proses.) terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS kesehatan pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan deskriptif analisik dengan pendekatan metode mix method dengan sequential explanatory design. Jumlah jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 200 responden. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keenam kriteria MBCFPE :kepemimpinan, perencanaan strategis, focus pada pelanggan, pengukuran,analisa dan manajemen pengetahuan, focus pada karyawan, manajemen proses berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batam artinya semakin baik hasil variabel tersebut akan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien BPJS kesehatan rumah sakit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived price, brand image and product quality, and on purchasing decisions for packaged drinking water. The population of this research is students of the faculty of economics UNRIKA Batam totaling 105 people. The sample consists of 105 respondents, who were taken by the saturated sampling method. Data analysis using multiple regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study concluded that perceived price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.001, brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.035, and product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.019. Perceived price, brand image and product quality simultaneously influence the decisions purchase of 0.000. Keywords: Perceived Price, Brand Image, Product Quality, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether digital media advertising and information quality have an influence on purchasing decisions. This study uses primary data to prove the hypothesis, data collection through questionnaires. The population in this study is the people of Batam City with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis methods used in this study include quantitative analysis, descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests, and hypothesis tests processed using SPSS 27.0 software. Partially, the results of this study indicate that information quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while digital media advertising does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the results of the study indicate that the variables of digital media advertising and information quality have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of destination image, city branding, electronic word of mouth (E-WOM), and travel constraints on the decision of Singaporeans to visit tourist attractions in Batam City. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The number of samples used in this study was 100 Singaporeans.  Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to Singaporeans who have visited or plan to visit Batam City. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis to determine the influence of each variable on the decision to visit. The results of the study show that the image of the destination has a significant influence on the decision to visit, where the positive perception of natural beauty, facilities, and community friendliness is the main attraction. City branding also plays an important role in increasing the awareness and interest of Singaporeans in Batam, especially through the promotion of slogans, city icons, and international events. In addition, E-WOM through online reviews and social media has proven to be effective in building trust and influencing travelers' preferences. Meanwhile, travel constraints, such as travel costs and time, have a negative but relatively small influence given Batam's close distance from Singapore.This study concludes that the combination of a strong destination image, consistent city branding promotion, and optimal use of E-WOM can improve Singaporeans' decision to visit Batam.

Abstract

Research on human resource management is highly intriguing, and employee emotional engagement can create a favorable environment for job happiness and productivity. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how leadership style and work discipline and impact employee performance. SPSS version 20 and a questionnaire for 102 respondents are used in this study. This study uses multiple linear regression techniques along with statistical analysis and quantitative research. Multiple linear regression analysis results for leadership style (X1) of 2.174 with a significance value of 0.032 and work discipline (X2) of 6.002 with a significance value of 0.000 were produced by researchers based on SPSS data analysis. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) showed a significance value of 0.000 and a score of 36.233. The conclusion of this study, the first hypothesis is that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, the second hypothesis is that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance and the last hypothesis is that the two variables (leadership style, work discipline,) have a simultaneous influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Green accounting is an accounting approach that incorporates environmental considerations into financial reporting and decision-making. Despite its potential benefits, the adoption of green accounting among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, particularly in the Riau Archipelago, remains limited. This study aims to identify and analyze the barriers to implementing green accounting in MSMEs. A quantitative research design was applied, with primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to MSME owners across several districts in the Riau Archipelago. Data were analyzed using linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that limited knowledge, lack of training, low environmental awareness, and inadequate policy support are significant barriers to green accounting adoption. The study recommends increasing education and providing policy incentives to foster the implementation of green accounting in MSMEs.
