Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu bentuk organisasi yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan kesehatan. Pelayanan kesehatan inilah yang selalu dituntut agar selalu bertambah baik. Hal ini tidak mudah,  karena terdapat persaingan yang semakin ketat. Salah satu faktor kunci keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi diawali dari kepuasan pasien Rumah Sakit itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan kriteria  Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence(MBCfPE). MBCfPE merupakan salah satu metode peningkatan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan dan terus-menerus .Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisa mengenai pengaruh masingmasing keenam kriteria MBCFPE (kepemimpinan, perencanaan strategis, focus pada pelanggan, pengukuran,analisa dan manajemen pengetahuan, focus pada karyawan, manajemen proses) terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS kesehatan pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan deskriptif analisik dengan pendekatan metode mix method dengan sequential explanatory design. Jumlah jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 200 responden. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keenam kriteria MBCFPE :kepemimpinan, perencanaan strategis, focus pada pelanggan, pengukuran,analisa dan manajemen pengetahuan, focus pada karyawan, manajemen proses berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batam artinya semakin baik hasil variabel tersebut akan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien BPJS kesehatan rumah sakit.

Abstract

This research is to purpose the small retail distribution who have always worked to establish close relationship with customer throught the Retail Marketing mix. Thus the literature has a long tradition of testing the effect of various instrument on Retail Patronage. This Meta-Study synthesis prior research into one comprehensive frame work. We use 120 responden which evaluate from 4 district extracted from 250 shopper to test the impact of 24 marketing mix instrument on retail patronage. Specifically, we investigate the direct and indirect effect in marketing mix of these instrument display to observe strongest effect of most outcome variable whereas price, communication service, WOM, hedonic behaviour, retail environment and other especially in Batam. To resolve the problem in the research we used Structure Equation Model (SEM) with Covarian basic approach.

Abstract

The Directorate General of Taxes has provided facilities to taxpayers to report taxes with SPT using e-Filing facilities and e-SPT. E-Filing is an application made by the directorate general of taxes so that taxpayers do not have to bother to queue at the tax service office. While e-SPT is also an application of services made by the directorate general of taxes for taxpayers to be able to report their taxes more easily and not consume a lot of paper. The study was conducted aimed to determine the effect of e-Filing and e-SPT facilities on the satisfaction of individual taxpayers in reporting SPT. The sample used was 400 using the purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that e-Filing and e-SPT facilities have a positive and significant influence on taxpayer satisfaction. Evident from the value of t count is greater than t table. The value of t table is 1.966 while the value of t count is obtained for the variable e-Filing facility (X1) 8.624 with a significance of 0,000 and the facility variable e-SPT (X2) 10,899 with a significance of 0,000. Result F shows F count 384,649 with a significant probability of 0,000.

Abstract

In the current era of business development, which is increasingly developing, it has an impact on brand image. Where the quality of the products produced can help consumers in making the right product purchase decisions. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of the quality of its products and its brand image on the decision to purchase its products at PT Trimas Mitra Perkasa. The consumers who are the population in this study are 150 consumers who have used and bought Lesso PPR and Rucika PVC at PT Trimas Mitra Perkasa. This research used a saturated sampling technique because the population was 150 respondents. Data collection was carried out by sharing the questionnaire online through a google form measured on a likert scale and then processed with the SPSS version 26 program. The analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the T test, the quality of its products and its brand image positively influenced the purchasing decision of its products with the acquisition of T the calculation smaller than the t table of 6.157 > 1.976 and the acquisition of significance of 0.000 > α 0.05 and 5.893 > 1.976 and the significance of 0.000 > α 0.05. Simultaneously the quality of its products and its brand image influence its purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan sangat perlu untuk perusahaan yaitu karyawan, karena karyawan terlibat dalam melakukan suatu kegiatan operasional di perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan berharap dapat mengatur karyawan sebaik mungkin karena bisa mempengaruhi pencapaian pada tujuan organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian tersebut agar dapat memahami pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Swalayan Pinang Kencana. Sampel yang dipergunakan sebesar 108 orang yang sebagai responden dan merupakan karyawan Swalayan Pinang Kencana. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier berganda kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS versi 25. atas hasil dari pada suatu penelitian membuktikan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dikarenakan thitung 3,654 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,982 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Kemudian disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dikarenakan thitung 3,594 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,982 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Serta komuniasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dikarenakan thitung 3,312 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,982 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Setelah itu motivasi, disiplin kerja dan komunikasi secara silmultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karayawan dikarenakan Fhitung 75,668 lebih besar dari Ftabel¬ 2,69 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Komunikasi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional, satisfaction and trust on customer loyalty. Adapaun who became the sample in this study were clients of the Office of Notary and PPAT Debora Ekawati Lukman Dadali, S.H., with a sample size of 170 clients. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method, while the data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research on emotional variables have no effect and are partially significant to customer loyalty 0.693 < 1.654, then the results of research on satisfaction variables have no effect and are partially significant to customer loyalty 0.268 < 1.654, and the results of research on trust variables have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty 3.692 > 1.654. While the results of research on emotional idependent variables, satisfaction and trust have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the dependent variable of customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand equity on consumer behavior in making purchasing decisions on iPhone brand smartphones in Batam City. This study was conducted using quantitative techniques. The research sample used 100 respondents to consumers in Batam City, especially those who have used iPhone smartphones using the lemeshow formula. The questionnaire was used as a data collection technique. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, brand image (X1) has an influence. After the data was collected, the researchers tested the data using SmartPLS 3.0 software. PLS functions to confirm the accuracy of a theory and build relationships between variables that do not have a theory or proportion. This study proves that there is a significant positive relationship between the variables Brand Equity on Consumer Behavior, Brand Equity on Purchasing Decisions and Consumer Behavior on Purchasing Decisions on iPhone brand smartphones in Batam City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how lifestyle, product attributes, and service quality affect purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. In this study, the number of consumer respondents taken was 100 respondents as the research population using a questionnaire data collection technique. The data quality test in this study uses the validity and reliability test, the classical assumption test and the influence test in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), while the hypothesis testing in this study uses (t test) and (f test) using SPSS software program version 25. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained from lifestyle, product attributes and service quality variables have an effect 0.496 (49.6%). The results of multiple linear regression shows that Lifestyle has an effect 0,496 (49,6%) on purchasing decisions, and product attributes has the effect 0,3968 (39,7%) on purchasing decision, and the quality of service has an effect 0,2000 (20)% on purchasing decision.. From the t test and f test, it can be concluded that lifestyle, product attributes, and service quality has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. From the results of the study it can be shown that lifestyle, product attributes and service quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at Tokopedia.

Abstract

The industrial world is currently progressing very rapidly, this is influenced by technology that is experiencing rapid development. The development of the industry as widely used by business people in running their business. This study aims to analyze the effect of quality perception and product completeness on customer loyalty. The sampling technique is saturated sampling, which means that all populations are sampled in this study. Data processing using SPSS version 25 with quantitative research type. The results of the t-test (partial) that product completeness have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with t count > t table with a significance value <0.05 that is 2.845>1.656 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, quality perception has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with t count > t table with a significance value of <0.05, namely 5.780>1.656 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This is evidenced from the results of the F test where f count>f table with a significance value <0.05, namely 57.545> 2.67 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 which states that product completeness and quality perception have a positive and simultaneous significant effect on customer loyalty at the VIVA Cosmetics

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of destination image, city branding, electronic word of mouth (E-WOM), and travel constraints on the decision of Singaporeans to visit tourist attractions in Batam City. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The number of samples used in this study was 100 Singaporeans.  Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to Singaporeans who have visited or plan to visit Batam City. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis to determine the influence of each variable on the decision to visit. The results of the study show that the image of the destination has a significant influence on the decision to visit, where the positive perception of natural beauty, facilities, and community friendliness is the main attraction. City branding also plays an important role in increasing the awareness and interest of Singaporeans in Batam, especially through the promotion of slogans, city icons, and international events. In addition, E-WOM through online reviews and social media has proven to be effective in building trust and influencing travelers' preferences. Meanwhile, travel constraints, such as travel costs and time, have a negative but relatively small influence given Batam's close distance from Singapore.This study concludes that the combination of a strong destination image, consistent city branding promotion, and optimal use of E-WOM can improve Singaporeans' decision to visit Batam.
